Easy and safe
Glitchy
The app shuts down before I’ve approved anything. It’s updated, my phone is update and the only way to fix it is to delete and reload it onto my phone. Then it takes 12 hours to use since the one token needs activation. This has happened twice in the past 7 days. Please fix it.

The latest update made using the app much more user friendly and is leaps and bounds much better than the old version.

Transfer receipt vry long, too many steps to transfer money. View card details also vry hard to click Totally not user friendly, 很鸡勒的app

It’s very hard to send payment proof when the app disables screenshot or does not provide receipt downloads that we can share.

Outdated app and very poor customer service
The overall experience with this bank has been extremely disappointing. Customer service is very poor, both in-branch and through support channels. Staff are generally unhelpful, and simple requests turn into long, drawn-out processes with little guidance or ownership. The mobile app feels like it is stuck 20 years in the past. The interface is outdated, functionality is limited, and basic features that are standard with modern banks are either missing or poorly implemented. The onboarding and account opening process is completely antiquated, involving excessive paperwork, long waiting times, and unnecessary steps that could easily be handled digitally. The inefficiency is frustrating and time-consuming. Experiences like this make it very clear why online only banks and e-banks are growing so quickly. Compared to modern digital banking standards, this bank is far behind and urgently needs to modernise both its systems and its approach to customer service.

Because I can't log in to my account and need to verify my security, I've called the customer service hotline countless times but no one answers. What if I urgently need to use the company account to pay a supplier someday，how？！

Request to have a pdf version transaction slip
The App is easy and good to use, but possible to have a pdf version after a transaction is successfully. A pdf transaction receipt will be good for book record.

Very bad service for invoices and also customer service when we change phone Their CS works only on weekdays, if you change phone on Friday after 6pm you need to wait till Monday for their CS to approve the one token application When go to branch they say no staff for business banking Why you take out the invoice service in mobile app, very very hassle every time need to open the PC or laptop Pls do something beneficial for business people
