No print screen or screenshot function
Developer should have allowed us to take print-screens of the page after we make a payment transfer so that we can share it to the recipient as proof that we have made the payment. Most of the time the app doesn’t generate the pdf file of the transfer after payment was being done.

Selain dari bank islam.. apps affin ni la aku rasa paling bodoh.. menyusahkan.. interface tah pape.. tak user friendly langsung.. mcm mana aku nak buat transaction dah kalau apa pun aku xboleh nak click. Verified, nak fill lagi required field.. stupid!! Xpernah lagi aku maki hamun mcm ni.. menyusahkan.. aku ni nak buat payment kat supplier pon dah jadi susah.. bukak pakai website pon sama bangang dia.. tu lagi jahanam interface dia.. dah mcm zaman window XP dah rupa dia.. kau bayangkan nak scroll ke bawah pon xboleh.. dah tu mcm mana aku nak isi detail..dah kalau dekat apps pin xboleh, dekat website pon xboleh.. kau nak suruh aku buat mcm mana??? Bodoh sy developer intergration apps and website affin ni.. cuba la kau belajar sikit dri maybank tu.. senang je.. smooth je.. fyp aku ada jugak utk maybank ya..eeee bodoh!!!!

Cannot transfer
I want to transfer the money to others account but it won’t let me transfer the amount that I want. Please make more easier to transfer money to another account. I using duitnow but it won’t let me transfer the money to any account so please make it easier to other people.
Resit Problem
Menyusahkan urusan perniagaan, setiap kali transaction, resit tak boleh share dan download, terpaksa kene buka browser atau google pakai laman web, dah 2 kali kerja kene uruskan transaction, sangat menyusahkan. Tolonglah improve.
YOU NEED TO ALLOW US TO TAKE SCREENSHOT!
Affinmax seriously need to rethink its entire system. Blocking users from taking a screenshot of their own payment proof is one of the most backward and inconvenient features i’ve ever seen in a banking app. It feels like the system was design without any real understanding of how customers actually use it. Every transaction turns into a struggle , having to grab another phone just to take a photo of a screen, and even then the app can’t reliably generate PDF receipts. This isn’t security, this is poor design and zero consideration for user needs. For a modern banking app, this level of inconvenience is embarrassing. Fix the system, because right now its doing nothing but wasting people time!
