Citytouch App Review
The app has a frustrating internet connectivity issue. Even when my internet connection is working perfectly and other apps are accessing the internet without any problem, Citytouch sometimes shows “No Internet Connection” and doesn’t allow me to use the app. Please fix this issue and improve the app’s network connectivity and stability.
Tap to pay
Please add a Tap to Pay option. It would be very convenient for Apple users who don’t have Google Wallet. It would be great to have a payment option for iOS users as well. The Citytouch app is really good, but the Tap to Pay feature is currently missing. Adding it would make the app even more convenient.
ATM Withdrawals Missing from Wealth Tracker
The new "Wealth" feature is a great initiative for tracking expenses across categories like Groceries, Rent, and Lifestyle. However, there is a significant bug: cash withdrawals from ATMs are not reflected in the Wealth tracker at all. Even though there is a "Cash" category in the Income and Expense Tracker, ATM withdrawals do not automatically sync or update my total expenses. This makes the remaining budget calculation inaccurate. Please fix this synchronization issue so ATM transactions are properly logged and categorized.
Best app turns to worst app
Citytouch app was the best banking app in Bangladesh. The latest update has changed the UI & UX completely. Now, it’s just an ordinary app. Lots of things are hard to find. Never ever I saw concept of TPIN anywhere in the world except Bangladesh.

Faulty New Update
After the recent update, the app won’t open in a single try. Sometimes it stuck on a white screen doing nothing. Sometimes It says ‘Failure’ then need to restart the app. Even having trouble paying through the sslcommerze payment gateway. Please take a look on these.

City Bank অ্যাপের নতুন ভার্সন ব্যবহার করে কিছু সমস্যার সম্মুখীন হচ্ছি। ১. অ্যাপ চালু করার সময় একটি ভিডিও/সplash animation দেখানো হয়, যা অনেক ক্ষেত্রে অ্যাপের লোডিং ধীর করে দেয়। অনুগ্রহ করে Settings থেকে এই ভিডিওটি Disable করার একটি অপশন যুক্ত করুন। ২. লগইন করার সময় অ্যাপ মাঝে মাঝে Lag করে এবং Response দিতে বেশি সময় নেয়। Performance Optimization প্রয়োজন। ৩. Credit Card Section-এ আগের অ্যাপ ভার্সনের মতো গত মাসের Statement বা Statement Summary সহজে দেখা যায় না। এই সুবিধাটি পুনরায় যুক্ত করলে ব্যবহারকারীদের জন্য অনেক সুবিধাজনক হবে। আশা করি ভবিষ্যৎ আপডেটে এসব বিষয় বিবেচনা করা হবে। ধন্যবাদ।

Account Tag option not working in iphone
I have tried to add my city bank account but when I request for OTP option under account tag option it will closed the app automatically. I would request to take necessary tech correction for this.

Old version was better
Current city app is very unhealthy. Very slow and it really got a bad experience. I was a happy Citytouch app user currently not. To improve try to remove extra images and animations.

The app needs massive performance improvement: 1. The app is slow and needs time to load and refresh data from database. Fund transfer needs time. Insufficient resources are the main cause of it. 2.The U/I needs few modifications like the digits in the app are small, which should be made made larger to see. Icons are inappropriate. Colour combination and background are not imoressive. THE APP SHOULD BE MADE USER FRIENDLY, FAST

Can’t changes
Home address can be changed through mobile apps of all banks, but home address cannot be changed through City Bank apps. For this, you have to go to the bank to get this service, which wastes a lot of time. So let's start Home address change service with this apps.

After the last update I am facing recurring issues while trying to pay my credit card bill. Whenever I go to current tab, it keeps loading and before I can click on “Pay” button, the app crashes. Please resolve this issue.

CARD PIN DOESNT WORK
After latest update, i tried to create transaction pin. But no matter how many times I enter correct expiry date and pin, IT DOESNT WORK. My card got blocked multiple times due to it

Login Issue using PIN
Keyboard doesn’t show up when the app prompts you to provide the PIN number during login
Online fund transfer
10 mins pause between transfers to the same recipient causes problem. Shall request you to reconsider. Other banks do not have this feature.
Citytouch, no internet issue
After update, I can’t access my Citytouch, when try to access, Citytouch show no internet, but I try both wifi & mobile data…. Please fix this issue… I mailed also there IT & Citytouch. Actually I complained many time but don’t get any response…
Efficient but Requires Improvements
The iOS version of Citytouch is very efficient and I hardly found any glitches. However, there’s still room for improvement. Updates are not frequent and it could be more user friendly. Still enjoyed whatever is there so far.

Disappointing iOS app
UI design is very bad. Input field and label have little visible differences and so is confusing. Some input fields are small. I have to tap multiple times like a puzzle to select input fields.
