Blocked NPSB & QR payment hassle for merchants
They do not like if we do use npsb government implemented features, they block the account intentionally and make people fill a form which states something like - i do accept that, i did some illegal transactions and then again allow for transactions. Many of my friends and family also faced this issue.

Dark mood theme
Many users need a dark mode in the app. White backgrounds cause eye strain for people with light sensitivity and also consume more battery. Adding dark mode would greatly improve the user experience.

IOS problem
To log in to bKash on an iPhone, it requires Face Identity verification, but it still isn’t working even after completing it. Will the current appearance of someone whose NID photo was taken 15–20 years ago still match that old photo?(Overall app is best but this one is very annoying)

Its so sad that bKash has option to use the app from abroad yet when you open the app it doesn’t give any option to change the number or anything and just shows that “You can not use the bKash App from your current country.”

This is a complete data privacy breach of us, why should I have to save my Bank card details in ur database to add money in bkash?? I do not want to store my bank card details there should be a choice if someone wants to okay fine if someone doesn’t want to than u guys should not force them to save card details.

I am a Bkash Merchant and use an ios device. I cannot use the merchant app because there is not any merchant app available in the app store. Very disappointing

Bkash app and usefulness is great. But their customer support is worst. I never found any direct help from them. They ask to do some unnecessary things and obviously that's don't work. They are just useless.

I would request bKash to consider adding these features as soon as possible. • Most important = In addition to the number, each user should have a unique pay tag Something like this – (bkash.com/send/username) Which has already been introduced by the ‘Pathao Pay’ app. Other features that could be added – 1/ It is essential to have the option to change the number from the bKash app, as there are many reasons to change numbers in the context of Bangladesh. 2/ An email should be added as an alternative for OTP sending or password changes. 3/ Theme change and dark mode options within the bKash app.

Bad (npsb) Service
bKash suspended my NPSB service without any notice or explanation. Customer support only blamed "Bangladesh Bank monitoring" but couldn't tell me which transaction or policy was involved. Since NPSB is cheaper than cash out, this raises concerns that customers are being pushed toward the more expensive cash-out option. Very disappointing.
Version Conflict
Can’t use this version on iPhone 5S. Older version worked well but after releasing this version that is stacking in the opening screen showing an update message. What’s the problem, please fix it for older devices and iOS.

Mini bank at hand but poorly optimized
It's nice to have a mini bank in a phone. The app has a lot of features. Many offers are available. But app is slow. The UI is laggy. The app needs optimization. An iphone which plays PUBG without any lag, just a simple transaction app is laggy as hell! Developers need to improve the UI and make it snappy!
