Mini statement
Mini statement is hard to discover on new UCB one app. You have to click on the account number at the home screen. Also the statement doesn’t update on holidays, leading to confusion about transactions during weekends if a transaction was made at the weekend, it should update daily.
Disgusting
I have never used this kind of useless app ever in my life. With so many bugs emergency transactions are now impossible. Trying buying app from third party instead of building by yourself.
failed download statement
I’ve been having a frustrating issue with the app. Every time I try to download a PDF, it fails or doesn’t work at all. This makes it difficult to use the app for important documents. Please fix the PDF download feature as soon as possible. I hope this issue is resolved in the next update

FDR Auto Renewal
The app needs major improvement in FD management. The FDR auto renewal option is set to “YES” by default, and there is no option in the iOS app to turn it off. Users should have full control over whether they want to renew their FD or not. Another big issue is that the FD closing option is completely missing from the app. Basic features like disabling auto renewal and closing an FD should be easily accessible in mobile banking apps. Very disappointing experience on iOS due to the lack of these essential features.
iOS version Loan facility not found
Why UCB one not provide E loan for ios users. This is very insulting for iphone users.

Rather previous app was better. This is the worst app I use.
Excellent update, but it needs one feature improvement
The transition from Unet to the newly updated UCB One is fantastic! The new interface and the recently added features have made the overall digital banking experience much smoother and more enjoyable. However, there is one missing feature that needs attention. Currently, there is no option to add a beneficiary in advance; we can only add them while initiating a fund transfer. It would be extremely helpful if the development team could introduce a feature to pre-add and manage beneficiaries, just like other standard banking apps. Apart from this minor inconvenience, everything else is absolutely perfect. Well done to the team!
Dark mode?
Why this app in 2026 doesn’t even have a dark mode? I mean how come? Please make animations more smooth as app is nice but slower animation doesn’t match the vibe exactly

Why the UCB ONE app isn’t available on appstore yet, while android users already have it? This is really disappointing.

Easy to use now. Two step verification should be added on login except biometric log in.
USD credit payment issue
Rubbish app. When I try to pay my USD credit card bill, it is paid in BDT instead of USD. I.e. if I try to pay 35 USD bill it is paid 35 BDT instead of USD. Such a garbage app.
App no longer works
This app no longer works, it has been replaced by UCB ONE app, unfortunately the new app does not seem to be available at the App Store. Google play automatically switched the UNET app to UCB one automatically.
দূর্বল performance
আমি একজন 16 pro max user এখানে কোনো এপ্স স্ল কাজ করে চোখে পরে নাই কিন্তু ucb one apps তা আমাকে খুবই হতাশ করেছে। নতুন আপডেট এর মাধ্যমে ভিতরের পরিচালনা আগের থেকে সহজ হলেও এর দূর্বল performance কোনো ভাবেই মেনে নেওয়া যায় না। এক সেক্ট থেকে আরেক সেক্টর কিংবা টাকা লেনদেন লোডিং হতে অনেক সময় লেগে যায় আশা করি খুব শীগ্রই নতুন আপডে এর মাধ্যমে এ সমস্যার সমাধান হবে।

Add supoort for ios 15 and later
There are lots of user who use ios 15. on older phones. Other banks support all of them. Please add support for ios 15 or earlier version All apps of banks except yours work on older IoS versions .. what the issue with you guys???
foreign currency feature on app
User interface need massive upgrade and the most important feature should be added which is international transaction control in app. Unet should have a feature that when i want to use foreign currency i can easily turn on from app and easily switch off from app. now we have to call the bank and take the service. which is tough for people who live abroad.

Apps Not starting
The apps not starting on ipad pro . Needs resolve the problem.
Need to update the App
I have bad experience with this app. Every time I need to type password to login there because of the Remember password is not working. There haven’t any face scan to login and the interface design is very hesitating all the time. There have a photo on profile is showing stretch all time. I hope, they will update the app immediately to upgrade the user experience better.

Good functional App
There are opportunities to enhance user experience (UX) and there are some minor glitches. But overall I’m am satisfied using their app and haven’t had much issues using it. Does it’s job.

App crashes when “contact us” is pressed!! Also, wish we could open accounts through the app instead of going to Bank.
No Face ID or Touch ID
I've had a poor experience with this app due to several critical issues. The 'Remember Password' feature is not functioning, requiring me to manually enter my password for every login. The lack of face scan login is also a notable omission, and the interface design is consistently confusing. Additionally, my profile photo appears stretched. I strongly recommend an immediate update to improve the user experience.
Add beneficiary
I didn’t find any option for adding new beneficiary, like eftn or npsb. It’s only showing email ft & qr transfer.pls advise us Thanks
