Need to fix the auto login problem with face id, after log out. Please add the option to submit tax return from the app. The function is already there but inactive

Even after entering the correct ID and password, it keeps showing “Your session has expired”. After trying 8 to 10 times, login is successful. This problem has been going on for a long time but has not been fixed till date. It is very sad that such a big bank is making an app that does not work properly.

This app has been plagued by login issues for a long time, and users have been suffering because of it. Despite this, there has been no proper update or permanent solution. I believe they already know exactly what the problem is, but they are deliberately choosing to leave the app in this condition. This seems to be their policy. They are doing it intentionally.

Many a time, it malfunctions; for the last 2 days, I couldn’t log in! I called in Cutomer service to if the system is down for repair and maintenance! In response, I was assured “NO”! But after a few hours, still the same! What kind of rating do you want from me?
