Very poor user experience
1. Session expires silently The session timeout is too short, and the app logs users out without any warning when clicking. The worst part is that the session expires even while I’m actively filling out a fund‑transfer form. After entering all the information and clicking Next, the app suddenly takes you to login page • The session should not expire while the user is actively interacting with the app. • If you still choose to enforce a strict timeout, please show a warning popup (e.g., 300‑second countdown) with an option to extend the session. Silent expiration is extremely frustrating and leads to data loss. 2. Paste blocked when text contains special characters The app does not allow pasting text if it includes special characters. This is not user‑friendly. • Instead of blocking paste entirely, you can sanitize the input and automatically remove unsupported characters. • Preventing users from pasting text creates unnecessary friction, especially for account numbers, references, or descriptions copied from other apps.

You should add beneficiary AC Saving Option, at list five ac.

Very bad app
Pathetic banking service. Pathetic app. Many times account balance and statements doesn’t match. Cant npsb more than 50k at once. Npsb and eft both charges10 taka. I mean whats the point then? Management and developers are doing worst of their job

Notification problems
I can’t find any notifications in this app but in app icon all time show 1 notification is pending to preview. I think developers need to check this problem and solve with update.
Request for registration through bank a/c without visiting branch
Sir, I am in abroad. I have IBBL account and I have the linked mobile number with roaming service. Now I want to register cellfin but there is no option for register without going branch. Please provide the option, it is necessary for many people like me.

Forgot password recovery has many way but cellfin password recovery is not satisfactory level.

Binimoy service is missing in iPhone!
In Fund Transfer, there is no feature of ‘Binimoy’ service in iPhone. Customer care service said to update the app but it is already updated.
Can’t change OTP number
I want to change my otp number from overseas, but this app doesn’t have any option, so i emailed them 1 week before help me to change , but still now they don’t solve my problem, why they never give option to change number of users himself

When I registered using overseas numbers, I should change to Bangladeshi numbers as soon as i back. BUT there is no such option at this moments. Its very sad.
Doesn’t show balance for prepaid card
Activated my prepaid card adding it on the cellfin app. But in the app there’s no option for seeing balance

আস্সালামু আলাইকুম, সেকফিন এ্যাপসটিতে এনড্রয়েডে অনেক ফিচার আপডেট করা হয়েছে। কিন্তু এখনো iOS এ অনেক ফিচার আপডেট করা হয় নি। বিশেষ করে Binimoye অপশন টি। এটি খুব কাজের। আশা করি আপনারা শীঘ্রই iOS এ একটা আপডেট নিয়ে আসবেন। ধন্যবাদ।
