Need better maintenance
The worst so far for any banking industry app
Excellent, Much Better Can be
I believe this is one of the advanced banking service app in Bangladesh. Though still there are plenty of rooms to do enhancement such as; this app is not fully integrated with iOS because this app cannot insert OTP extracted from SMS and the QR scanner for payment is very hard to close with the (x) button.
Very slow loading
I tried to log in but you need so much patience to use their apps . Server should work faster. I use 5g in ksa . Used so many apps for internet banking but this one very slow
Issues & Like Getting Old like a Car!
This Astha was a best App I have ever seen in Bangladesh online banking with much more privileges and features! But now a days its like 15 years old car! Running with error and slow issues for more than 3/4 months!

First thing first this is the best mobile internet bank. Everything use easy.

This app needs to load everytime i tap on anything! Highly irritating. Also app does not work when your iphone is in lockdown mode.

Astha app no need otp to login some case it dangerous maximum user take photo and store mobile there username and password possible to leaked information . I am using here in Saudi bank app all have otp protection it’s very important to us you don’t have face id protection also think about it please . Device also here if I change can’t transaction one day for security reasons . I hope you add otp to login astha this one first layer security Thanks. One more every bank now have live chat 24/7 this one included with app you don’t ! I am trying for call your international help line number also failed to connect many times! Made Easy for Us but Secure Thanks.
Demise of a Wonderful App
With the recent security update forcing users to use Astha Mobile App by killing web version of the app and also forcing user to use Token App complicates the whole experience. This is truly the sacrifice of user experience.

No Option to Request virtual debit card
I opened my account from a foreign country and want to use it, but unfortunately, it’s not possible. There’s no option to order a virtual debit card, and without it, I’m unable to access any features, leaving the account completely unusable and useless.
