WORSE MFS SERVICE!!
Not just the APP but the entire Nagad MFS is the worst I have ever seen. I do not recommend it. Thank me later. PS: Never, I repeat NEVER use the Card to Nagad service.

সব সময় একটা ক্যাচাল লাইগাই থাকে। সব ধরণের অপশন তো নাই ই, তার ওপর যা আছে তাও ঠিকমতো কাজ করে না। কোনো অপারেশনে ঢুকতে গেলেই Something Went Wrong একটা কমন ডায়ালগ। তিন মাসের ট্রানজেকশন হিস্টোরি দিছে, তাও লোড হয় না, কয়েকদিন ধইরা চেষ্টা করতেছি, কাম হয় না। কয়টা টাকা খরচ কইরা ভালো ডেভেলপার দিয়া অ্যাপ ডেভেলপ করা যায় না? খালি অ্যাডভারটাইজ করলেই হয়া যায়, তাই না?

Awful and disgusting
This app doesn’t work well like bkash. If I had requirements to open an bkash account I would never come to this. Often I can't login, it shows error. often I can't see previous transactions, it shows error. And why not this wouldn’t happen? They update this app very very rarely. As a result this app is full of bugs and errors. I am using this cause I don't have any other choice. But as a user for a long time I hope they will understand the users wishes and they will bring more and more updates and make this app better like bkash.
Biller saving method is not present
no biller saving method, bill payment charge is high, not coming texts after bill payment being a common issue. No feature of getting meter codes on app itself

আমি নগদ থেকে গতকাল ২৫এ জুলাই pdb প্রিপেইড মিটারে ৫০০টাকা ডুকাইছি কিন্তু এখনো পযন্ত কোন প্রকার টোকেন নাম্বার আসেনি হেল্পলাইন এ যোগাযোগ করেও কোন সঠিক সনাধান পাইনি নগদের কাছে একটাই অনুরোধ আমার সমস্যার সমাধান করে দিন।

One of the worst MFS operators of Bangladesh
Don't use nagad, specially " Add money from card/ bank " . Coz The money will be deducted from your bank account and won't be added in your account. And if you call the helpline regarding it, they will make you wait for 40mins-1 hour until you give up . Also, even if they answer the call, you are not gett your money back ever .
