Managing My Dubai Property from India, Effortlessly
Got my Sobha apartment handed over 8 months ago and still use this app every week. Service charge payments, maintenance requests when something needs fixing, checking community notices - all from here. My wife and I were worried about owning property in Dubai while living in India but honestly the app makes it feel manageable. The documents section has everything stored - agreement, handover certificate, all of it. As someone invested in dubai real estate from outside the UAE this kind of digital access to your property is not something every developer offers. Sobha clearly thought about the NRI buyer when they built this. Very satisfied.
What’s the purpose
This app never open. What a bad app. Worst ever.
Bugs need to be fixed
Credit card payment is accepted. Domestic transfer is getting errors. Emirates ID is not auto filled although we login through UAE pass. Needs some improvements after latest version. Thanks
Latest update
I had a request to move in in-progress and after the latest app update has released, I can’t see the request or open a new one.
It’s better than nothing
As an engineer and a property owner, I can say that the app has quite a few bugs, especially around login. When I open the app, it loads and appears to be working, but I can’t tap any buttons until I completely restart it. It also asks me to log in every single time. Also there are questions to UX design. Just ask Claude Fable 5 to implement a proper login flow and fix the bugs : ) But overall, it’s better than nothing!
Best Property Discovery + Purchase Tracking
Was looking at multiple developers before I decided on Sobha and honestly the app played a role in that decision. Downloaded it during my research phase and the property discovery experience was better than most dedicated listing platforms. Clean listings, good detail on each project, and I could book a site visit directly without going through a broker. Flew to Dubai, saw the property, bought it — and the same app now tracks my purchase journey. That continuity from search to ownership is something I haven’t seen in any other Dubai real estate app. Now I’m using it to track construction and I’m happy with how transparent the updates are. The whole experience has been smooth.
Software issue
I hope this issue gets fixed soon. In the “My Home Purchase” section, no options appear, and there are no details or information about the house I purchased.
App Functionality
The app is always stuck, I can’t press buttons and I have to restart it!
Static data
The app doesn't help buyers for off-plan assets. Information provided is poor, 3 photos of a whole island. No forecast correction, limited details.

Not so good app
As a software engineer; I am really surprised how can someone develop an app with such low quality. The navigation is not good. The functionality is not good. The only thing is good is the animation. Do a better job or hire a better software company to help you.
Some glitches/ bugs on the app
When I press contact developer from the Apple App Store. It takes me to the query page to buy a property. I’m needing to point out the bugs on the app, by actually chatting to the developers. I have screenshots. Thanks

What’s the point of this app?
This app has only one purpose - annoy the customer. I am still trying to find out its purpose. Compared with what this app is trying to emulate - the One Emaar app - it is a non-starter. There is no functionality. There is no value addition. There is no convenience! Also, each and every time the app updates, why does it want me to re-register????

Keeps logging out
I don’t know who is giving this app of five star, but this app keeps logging out, and it is pretty slow and buggy
UI is terrible
It’s quite something to see a reputed developer have an app which does not even have basic functionality. Completely non functional and of zero use.
Outdated
The app is very outdated and buggy. They need to develop the app from scratch.
Very poor experience
As good they can develop their community as bad they develop their app. The app lacks testing with different cases which leads to a problem that you can be stuck just because they forgot to design it for your case. Everyone knows those cases. Their staff knows how the walkarounds. So many cases there are. Sobha just don’t care.
