Scam not actual app needed
I got this app thinking it was the official Ford Sync app and it wasn’t. Was charged for a 1 year subscription but I immediately deleted the app as I would not be using it because it isn’t the right one. I emailed support on hopes of getting a refund. I’ll update if support is helpful.
NOT OFFICIAL APP
I bought this thinking it was the actual Ford app. I paid for a yearly subscription. I have requested a refund, and if I receive it, I will update to five stars.
Confused
I had sink and it was coming out of my account, now I can’t find it anywhere nor can I even connect to my car. I still have or they are still taking it out of my account.

Too much twatting about. Why can things not just work like they did?
Misleading app title
This app has nothing to do with Bluetooth hint to your ford. Even tho it claims to be a car play. It then immediately tries to get you to pay for a feature in your car that is free. If i could give zero stars i would

Don’t let the high ratings fool you
One of the worst apps from a professional company you’ll ever find. Does very little out of the box, and ask you to pay a premium for what should be free features.

Do not recommend
This app does not allow you to check compatibility prior to purchase. Although my vehicle has Sync once in the app. It does not show compatibility to my year make and model. When trying to contact support to directly lead to an email that does not allow you to send. Which intern means I’m unable to request a refund. I would not suggest downloading this app unless you are 100% certain it is compatible with your vehicle. Someone please contact in regards to refund.
Need my refund
I do not subscribe to this app and you can tell that I have never used your app and I have tried everything with App Store with no results and I am not giving up on getting my money back. I drive Toyota rav4, please refund my money. Ola Onifade
NOT the Official Ford app
This app is named solely to gain search hits for Ford owners looking for the Ford app. Do NOT be fooled by yet another scammer.
