Good
Everything works great. Easy to navigate and use.
Requires SMS messaging
I would probably use this if it allowed me to decline SMS messaging
Trabajar
Ok
They made me do it
I hate having to do this for work. Why can’t we just lie and say I did it?
Not iPhone friendly
There were missing answer choices that caused me to fail my 1st attempt
Friendly
Easy to work
Can’t login
Can’t login without phone number
Small Video Viewer
If the video viewer was larger it would allow better clarity.
Too many setup issues for larger companies
We’re trying to roll this out company-wide and are seeing extremely high fail rates during the app setup process. It’s clear that the product team did not do a good job studying its user base prior to launch.

Lo máximo
Needs reworking
I had to watch every video in my training module multiple times. When I started my test at the end I went through multiple times and it kept changing my answers and at the very end it wouldn’t even let me submit it.
Great training
Thank you
Not working
Says I need to update I go to the store and up date it and I am not able to update it

Trash IT workers
For a solid week straight, I’ve been trying to get logged in, and the website finally allowed me to get my account set up and logged in and I downloaded the app and it won’t even recognize my phone number even though I already have an account and I’m registered. Why do you have me login with my phone number instead of using my username and password? Absolutely stupid. Even though I’ve been in the system for a few years, you can’t seem to remember my phone number because it says I’m unable to verify account. Even though I have an account… pathetic
Safety video
The safety video is a bit long, but apparently effective. I just passed the 20 question quiz.
Barely Funcrional
The app barely functions, difficult to navigate and swap through training sections.
Great app
Very user friendly
Connecting to ISN is a Pain
I’ve never had so much trouble connecting to an app. All employees are having the same issues and it’s frustrating that companies are using this app for training videos.
