Super cool features that are easy to use
It's all in the title of my review. I gave turned off certain reminders, changed tap to pass to 5 blinks, and added tire temperature readouts. All great features! Plus I purchased BimmerCode once but have used it for four different cars over several years. It's a great deal!

Did a software update on my m2 now I can’t turn off the auto start stop, tried a couple times still there when I’m driving
This BimmerCode app is Amazing
I went to go get my bimmer coded at a shop and the guy told me that I needed to pay an additional $150 to update my maps to get Apple car play full screen. I purchased this app and it in informed me right away to check to see what version map I currently have and I had the correct version. It was that simple I coded my truck and I have full Apple car play now lol. I’m enjoying this app and I look forward to do all the additional coding that the shop lefted out. I can actual go through the codes and select what I desire. Whomever created the is app is a genius🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾. Love it!!! Get yours and do it yourself….

Works amazing BUT
Can’t code anything regarding KAFAS like high beam assistant, Speed limit information etc. other then that it’s really good coded a lot of features into my highly spec f10
Can’t read DME
Can’t read DME, can’t clear the fault codes. However it can read other control units just not the control unit everyone needs.
Double check your specific model
I have a 2018 BMW 230i convertible. The convertible is key. This device can change a few items in my car but most of the features that I wanted are unavailable because it's a convertible. They should have a separate page for BMW convertibles to list exactly what it can and can't do.

There is almost no functionality for the post 23 G05 LCI. Three total options. I would have thought they would have three years afterwards, but disappointed that no advances.

I attempted to turn off warning message that left front parking lamp malfunctioned. Everything I tried did not turn off this warning.
Essential app for BMW owners
This app is great and IMO is essentially for anyone with a late E chassis, F, or G chassis BMW. My only complaint is that some updates have taken away coding functions that were previously available. There are a couple coding options on my F22 that were available in the past, yet missing from a newer app revision without getting into Advanced mode. So you may need to lean on your backups if a certain coding feature suddenly disappears from the app and you want to revert it.
Too many features fail to load to ecu
As the name suggests, too many default features shown don’t actually work and fail to load. Frustrating

It’s a really good app that you pay a lot of money for but only use it a couple of times. Once you have coded what you want it feels quite expensive. Would really love to be able to code injectors, and various other things when issues crop up. 4 stars until then

Unit worked beautifully w VeePeak BLE+ on both BMW’s 2014, 2010, in the garage. Very comprehensive, flexible, and complete. Use only Bluetooth (no WiFi) on the lammer AppleCrap greedy iPhone from hell. Cupertino sucks….

Mini F56- limited functionality, poor value for money.
As per the title, it just doesn’t do much more on a Mini than a basic and cheaper multi brand OBD diagnostic app. The developers need to add a lot more functionality to justify the price.

Vgate Icar pro cannot read all modules even if it’s recommended by bimmercode..
Very useful
Used the app to disable error messages from dash after installing LEDs for the headlights low beam, high beams, DRL, parking light, etc. Programmed the key fob to open and close the trunk tailgate. Was able to set Apple CarPlay full screen. Programmed so that the fog lights don’t shut off while having the high beams on. Overall pleased and although $49.99 isn’t cheap, I find it worth it as it’s a one time purchase.
Desktop version design
If you street park, you’re going to need a hotspot plan to use the tool. Desktop app requires app update and network or it won’t load. Love that.
I love it BUT
After spending £85 on an OBD unit, it was not made clear that I had to spend a further £49.99 for the full Bimmercode app to actually be able to code my car. So, buyers beware! Other than that though, it is amazing & seemless, worked like a charm on my F31. There are so many quality of life coding options to choose from!

Can’t use with IPHONE
My friend was able to link to his Samsung in 20 sec- but I waseted 1/2 day with apple support- don’t use with iPhone
Feature request
Great app thank you, brought new life to my car. A useful feature would be if the app memorised all options for my car when I first connected. I could browse and adjust those settings offline and sync the updates when I reconnected. Keep up the great work.
Auto Start/Stop settings don’t work
I purchased this app specifically to disable the auto start/stop feature, but unfortunately, it doesn’t perform that function at all. While it reports “successful coding,” the feature remains active. Based on community reports, this functionality appears to have stopped working sometime around 2023 due to changes in newer firmware. Despite this, the app continues to be sold without any disclaimers or warnings. It’s disappointing that the developers have not updated the app description or acknowledged the issue, especially since it seems to be a known limitation at this point.

This is a awesome programmer app. I was able to remove all my error codes after installing LED lights on my 2009 Clubman S
Very disappointed
The app is very intuitive. I purchased it to change the auto stop/start function. It was easy to do but I soon noticed the Blind Spot feature had been disabled. Tried everything and am now spending $350 more to have this fixed. This is the most disappointing experience in memory. I am hoping to at least get my app fee refunded

Does not connect to e net cable
Bimmercode just completely stopped connecting to my e net cable on my phone even though the cable works and it connects right away with any other app. Used to work flawlessly but now I can’t even use it because it simply doesn’t work.

Some things need to be updated
I’ve been using the app since I got it cleared a couple of codes coded a few things like the mirrors when you turn the car off that’s cool but the adaptive headlight I need to find that and look at other videos. It look like it’s only for older models.
BM3 WiFi Adapter
It will not connect to the BM3 wifi adapter and I don’t know why. The Bootmod3 app connects just fine.

Have lost the ability to use Body Domain Controller.. This feature is greyed out not green Otherwise it’s 5 stars

Auto Start\Stop
After the BMW update 03/2023.50, bimmercode can not code and disable the auto start stop function anymore! Hoping you guys can find a solution for it soon!
