Map outdated and search never worked
The map is at least 3 years out of date. I was also never able to get the search function to work even once. I restarted my phone, redownloaded the app, re logged in and it still didn’t work. I emailed the company and they never fixed it either. (I can tell the map is out of date because I bought my home 3 years ago but it lists the previous owner)
Useful.
I’ve had up and downs with this app. I initially really liked it, but then had issues with layering and overall UI usability. I was able to figure out the issue and remedy it. Most of the issue was due to a lack of clarity and intuitiveness in regard to the UI. Nevertheless, I am pleased with the overall performance now that I have figured out that issue. It was helpful in my land purchase and home purchase. It allowed me to look at contours, soil types, Neighbor information, and overall property borders in a way that no other app I could find allowed. Fairly indispensable in my process. I have adjusted my rating of the app accordingly.

Raised priced and ruined the app. The mandatory update ruined this app. Now it doesn’t show who owns the property when you click on a plot. Lot lines are now gone. I’ve been incredibly loyal to you for years and this is how you treat people? Awful.
Land id is a game changer!
I love Land id and have recommended it to countless people working in real estate. It saves a lot of time to get such detailed property information and visualize it with the overlays. Then it’s a powerful communication tool because you can easily create and share maps with people, which streamlines communications about the property project. I’ve been impressed with the steady stream of innovations like comp reports, CarPlay, Canvas integrations, and more. Plus, they provide a lot of tips and resources to help me find new ways of using Land id, and Support is responsive and helpful when I’ve had questions.
It used to be useful….
About a month or two ago the app was updated and I’m no longer able to view neighboring lot boundaries and detailed information, unless I have the exact street address. It is almost worthless now.
Needs Updating
Sales are not current and don’t seem to have been updated in my area since at least 2020.
Incorrect
Much of the land owner information is incorrect. They don’t keep up with land acquisitions.
Price Increase. Cancelled.
See title. Edit: according to dev response, price has not increased since I can downgrade my service. Ha. We are sick of price creep for memberships and subscriptions.

App sucks
The update on this app sucks sick No longer gives you the legals or the owner I Don’t know how to turn in a complaint with them need a contract number
Update property ownership quicker
Great app, easy to you, great features. Only issue I have found is property transfers arent up to date. I have a property I purchased 4 months ago and its still under the previous owner and another is going on a month and its not updated
Was a satisfied customer until “ planned obsolescence”was forced on me!
While i have been using this app for a couple years now , i went to use it while i was still in contract ( not expired)…and the app sent me a message that i had to update the app in order to use it , but it also then stated;ie: once i tapped on update, It informed me that i needed to update my phone to ios 17 which i couldn't do because i didn't have storage available , to go to ios 26, as my phone wouldn't allow me to only update only to ios 17…..so now I've lost the remainder of my original contract for service, mid stream… So if your under contract on lets say an older phone that you don't care to update, or don't have the ability to do so, and they update their app, you loose your ability to use the service you've already paid for even though you were using the older version just fine.

What happened to all the info you would give about addresses?
Inaccurate
Inaccurate boundary lines that are simply taken from each locality’s GIS. Nothing but local data repackaged in an app. Local data is free.

The lot lines and corners were about 6 feet off, you can find several free websites that have the exact same inaccurate, undetailed maps.
Nothing could make me leave Land id
Real estate agents and brokers have specific tools and systems they use. I use Land id daily searching properties for clients and evaluating locations to make sure it checks all the boxes. I’ve used Land id for 8 years now and it gets better every year!
Laggy
The app is slow and buggy feeling. You can tell it isn’t optimized for iPhone.
Good stuff
So far, I’ve found it very reliable. I’m pretty darn accurate. Kudos to you guys.
Wrong Information
App displays outdated information from over two decades ago. You’d think for a pay app they’d at least get that information right.
Amazing visualizat
I have rural land into which I am extending new trails. It’s so helpful to see the ravines and obstacles. The topographical layers and very recent satellite photos tell as much as a drone flight. The location services work very well here. I couldn’t be more pleased.
problems
The map will jump from 2D to 3 D just scrolling, add waypoints just touching, and won’t load at all without a strong signal. The info is good and handy but navigating is Frustrating!

Inaccurate
I tested it out on my property. Years ago I had the county come and precisely mark my property line so I can build a fence. When the fence was built I actually had it a foot on my side of the property line that was marked to be safe. Your I pulled up my address on your app and it is trying to show my fence is something like 2-3 feet over the property line. I know this is wrong because my former neighbor was very particular and if I encroached on their property for past 20 years they would have let me know. Also your app says my property is .34 acres which is way off my deed clearly says .76 acres. If you get this app you may get in trouble, I would rely on the city or county instead.
