Very Versatile
I love this app. We’re designing a Tiny Home and this has been a seamless way of designing a small floorpan. Lots of options to configure rooms and furniture.
Fraudulent subscription charge
I have been fraudulently charged for a subscription that I canceled only several days into the supposed 14 day free trial, and now having to dispute and trying to get my money back…

Only thing I have trouble with is the LiDAR when there is multiple levels of structure like on a hill or basement and driveway below grade.

How can we record a wall heigh, Without elevation view of each wall? There are many apps that can create elevation plan automatically from floor plan.

The best blue print app
The best blue print drawing app! Incredibly intuitive for mobile user, great feature for free version, new user friendly, powerful and capable! Great app!
Can’t even get past the first sign in page
This could be a great program, except …. can’t you get past the sign-up page just a thinking wheel of death for an hour.
Brilliant app
It is too expensive, I’m retired and I would like to do it as a hobby. I used AutoCad years ago I enjoyed it.
Works ok when it actually works.
First. Every other time I try to log in, it makes me pick a plan and resubscribe. I’ve been signed up since October of 2025. I should have to keep picking a plan. I won’t do it again if it asks one more time. Second. The tools are hardly functional. Need to edit something, easy. At least you would think. Nothing in the edit tabs work or respond (app is updated currently) how can I possibly create a plan or design for anything if the basic functions don’t even work? Third. Unless you fork out a lot of money for this half way attempted product, you are severely limited to the basics of basics. Wish it wasn’t like this as I see the potential of this app but so far it’s been frustrating as can be.
Auto Correct
When I’m typing a name, I do not need the Auto Correct to help me out. It is a time waster as I have to go back, delete the name and retype it.

I think it is a great app for architectural plans but you need to pay to actually use it so as long as you’re willing to pay, it’s a good app.
Best so far, need priorities
Really disappointing with how greedy the app is. Hoping with the basics you would just need the lines, angles and the layers. You get options and library access to items already made, though you WONT get any layers. The basic payment is $10.99, you must get the annual fee for this to be the lowest price. The actually lowest price you have to pay is $14.99 Even then you have more options than need but not the layers. Know what is needed and what isn’t.

Beginner friendly
I’m currently trying to build a mock up for a company for a new business adventure and this app literally saved my life!
Downloaded and not worth it
Downloaded it and is completely a paid subscription app. No free plan at all, says nothing on the App Store about not having a free plan. A total waste.
Handy, but too expensive for rare useage
I use AutoCAD on my laptop and so found the program quite easy to use at my first attempt. Sometime a little frustrating trying to achieve certain edits quickly. It would be nice to have available on the few occasions that I do not have my laptop, but at £160pa it is just too expensive. From my experience, it is a useful tool to have available, if you really need it.

So many bugs and fixes needed pls and it’s lagging while doing large scale projects pls do smthg.the app is so useful
Nice app but wrong pricing
Struggling to see use of the app. For DIYers is too expensive and for professional architects not good enough. Maybe be it’s meant for estate agents? But for over £1700 a year it makes it more expensive than high end desktop software. Sorry developers you should reconsider your pricing. For measuring on the go i use Leica plan ( £20 forever) which for basic measurements is fine and the work starts in BIM software at home anyway.

Whatever it shows in the ad probably isn’t true you upload the floor plans it doesn’t do anything for you. They should make it simple.
Great Little App
Great to have on the iPad in order to quickly throw up some diagrams. One of the faster CAD Apps for Mobile Devices on the move. Not the cheapest though.

Good App but too expensive
Best user friendly app out there but… it to expensive. Its really useful but as a small company we just cant justify the expense just as quick to draw on paper and scan if it could be used on a PC as well might be worth it as we could use it as a replacement for our existing take off software but at the moment the cost is a deal breaker.
Great for visuals for clients
I’ve used ArcSite for a few years now. It is very much helped with the clients and also for my subs on site to know starting in finishing points. Very intuitive and they constantly improve and make little tools better.
There is no free trial
I was charged as soon as I downloaded the app and gave my information. I reached out to ArcSite via email asking why? I was told it was Apple’s fault and they didn’t know anything about it. I have the email. I knew it was the billing requirements they sent to Apple and told them so. The other issue I have is according to my Apple Subscription info on my phone, my subscription is to renew at the end of the month. However, it is deducted randomly each month. For one month the 8th, for this month today the 4th. None of my other providers operate like this. I like their products, for what it can do; but their business practice is less than desirable.

Misleading description. I personally do not think it makes sense to download this app unless you are a business owner making money on the software. I would not download this app for personal use. There are better apps that are free.
Great program shame it’s so costly per month
Have to say. This is a great app. So easy to plan out a room or in my case a garden kitchen. But the monthly cost is just so expensive. I’d happily pay a one off fee but I just don’t use this type of program often enough to justify the cost.. Come on devs. Offer some other choices.

Downloaded to use a free sketch program, didn’t mind if there was some upgrades to pay for later. Wasn’t possible to use it without entering a free trial period before monthly subscriptions

Looks a great app but at £13 a month for the basic, it’s far too expensive.
Simplified Cad Drawings
This app makes drawing plans a breeze. So far very happy with this app.
Misleading subscription and wasted time
The app is marketed as “free with in-app purchases” however there is no free plan, you cannot even have a single drawing stored locally on device without paying a subscription. That’s fine if they were upfront about it, but instead they make you go through a 10 minute tutorial wasting your time, before making you pick a free trial where they don’t even show you the prices, you have to go look up the pricing to realize there’s no free hobby tier to try it out. 1 star for wasting my time and misleading the customer.
Review
I am pretty pleased with this app it lets me create simple/detailed floor plans to accompany notes and photos in regard to a stock condition survey for a housing provider it lets me do everything on the go. It was a bit frustrating at first but it was all down to my misunderstanding the workings stick with it an benefit this really excellent package. Good luck!
Really nice app, ridiculous prices
It’s really a shame. The app is nice and easy to use but having to pay £14 PER MONTH just to do our home project is a no go. Subscription can go as high as £102/month! They seriously need to review their pricing policy.

Electrical markup
Using the program for Electical design, it has a lot of useful features even on the basic version
Disappointing
The least expensive plan doesn’t allow more than 1 layer. You’d have to pay at least $54.99 /month for that function. This isn’t pitched at individuals keen to try their hand at floor design. Deleted the app after 5min.
Good, but could be better
ArcSite is not too bad, but I think the leap in cost for layering drawings is ridiculous. It’s too much.
3D
If the app had the option to turn the plans on 3D will be the perfect app for me with ability to create 3D pictures to the clients
AR Scan doesn’t work
I only get a black screen when attempting to use the AR Scan feature. Magic Plan works fine, I was shopping around for alternatives but this is not looking good for ArcSite.

Best and most intuitive cad app I’ve used but just so expensive - I’ve subscribed for now but unless the price comes down it would be hard to justify
