SCAMMERS
So I signed up for this free subscription and then I got a new phone and I tried to log into my account and I absolutely could not log into my old account! And I did everything I could to try and get into an old account! And I couldn’t and they just kept charging me and charging me and I kept reaching out to the email people and I reached out to the app and it’s been an ongoing fight with them trying to get my money back. They said they’re finally gonna stop charging me… but it’s added up to a total of like a little over $200 that they have taken from me!! and they absolutely will not help me with a refund! When I have no access to their subscription! Never used it nothing. Zero helps with anything. Not even offering free service to the app just a seven dollar refund which isn’t even the full price of the subscription. They charged me every week for..

Me encanta leer y estas historias hacen q me encante mas
subscription
i have never had a subscription for this app, however i keep getting charged $14 + international service fee every couple weeks and i dont know how to stop it. i never even put my card details in the app so i dont know how its using my card.
Interesting
Mouth watering book
Worst Rip Off Ever
Poorly written stories for way too much money. They offered a cheaper renewal rate but it was only for one week then they charged the regular rate that I stupidly assumed was a monthly rate. Read the subscription carefully. I have learned my lesson to pay better attention to how much I’m paying for something. Especially for something so below average. Horrible app.
Irritating as heck
They make it hard to stay on the app. You finally find a book you like and get twenty chapters in… fall asleep and boom! The app sends you back to chapter one. It never book marks it. Now you have to decide if you want to scroll through 20 chapters to get back to where you were or just start another book. Don’t waste your time. There are too many of these apps available
WARNING!
Do NOT try their “cheap subscription” first; they charge 0.47 cents for the first few days, then try to bill you $14.99. Second, attempting to cancel is a big headache and hassle. They won’t let you cancel no matter how hard you try, so you end up having to block payments.
Do not sign up
They will charge you before your renewal date and refuse refunds. I will be disputing this and reporting the app.
Worst app ever
I haven’t use this app in months and cancelled the subscription multiple times they have been taking money even after cancellation. I would not recommend this app to anyone
Buena
Scam
They took $21 from me when I even deleted account? Like how does deleting account not cancel the subscription?
WONT STOP CHARGING ME
Cancelled months ago and still keep getting charged after submitting many claims to cancel subscription/account
SCAM.
You sign up to pay .14 cents a week & they end up pulling $15 out every 2 freaking weeks. The “books” aren’t even good.
Therapy threesome
Good
Scammers! Paid and no service
BEWARE!! I paid for a weekly subscription through my Apple account and I didn’t link. I have sent them 6 screenshots showing I have an active subscription and they are refusing to help me! All they do is tell me how to unsubscribe or ask for the same information all over again. Thank goodness it is only $3 I am out, just shows tho, if they’ll do this to someone over a few dollars, they’ll do it over something higher.
Doesn’t hold ur page
I keep having to scroll and scroll as it doesn’t hold where you stopped reading. It doesnt have chapters so you can’t even skip around.
Scammers beware
I mistakenly subscribe once and cancel only to keep getting charged $14.99 every week, in less than 3 months when I initially learn about the app I have been charged $104.93 because they wouldn't stop charging my card. Someone need report this app to be shotdown.
Recurring charges
I used this app one time and ended up not liking it and now they keep charging my account even though there was no subscription and I got a new card. Beware of this app!!
Tricks
Says O/2 ads then you realize that they are forcing you to watch 4 ads.
Buena
Buena app
This app is a scam
This app tries to sign you up for a subscription but they sneakily try to push off platform so that you can’t control cancellation through the App Store, presumably so they can jack up the price and charge outrageous amounts while making it difficult to cancel.
😔
Surprised at the 1*'s
Got some really good books on here & took advantage of the cheap first week subscription and went though a fair few books. I have seen a few 1* that say you can't cancel etc... however in their terms on renewal they literally have pictures to show you how to cancel in app, which I confirm is correct. Incase anyone else sees this and is having the same problem... you press the 1v1 service and then press cancel subscription 🙄
Sketchy, Scam app
BE CAREFUL I accidentally clicked the subscribe button while trying to figure out how to cancel my one week subscription and it automatically charged my PayPal $70 for an annual subscription, I didn’t even get a chance to select that I don’t want to proceed with the purchase or some sort of confirmation through the app. Just a notification from PayPal that I was charged. Never experienced that on another app before. There has always been a checkout screen after a button is clicked. And they gave me some BS reason about why they can’t refund me because of the books I read during my 1 week subscription “have been added to your account have become your assets.” And they don’t “have the authority to remove them” Make it make sense.
Steals money
Downloaded through Facebook and tried to unsubscribe. There is no way to do that. Even when I unsubscribed to the payment through Apple Pay they still took money out of my account. Do not get this app.
DO NOT DOWNLOAD
They say it is a weekly charge and you can cancel the subscription if you don’t like the content. Most of it is strange AI stories, but when I went to cancel, they had charged me at 4 days and insisted there was nothing they could do about it. Still waiting for my refund!!
Great stories
I’m really enjoying the variety that Novelmates provides. Thank you.
If you want to not be able to cancel the subscription …get the app
So I haven’t used this app in a couple weeks. Yet some how my account keeps getting charged as if I use it. IT IS RIDICULOUS the app its self is not bad, the stories are great. I WILL NEVER USE AGAIN EVER .
