PickNovel - Novels & Stories reviews
4.3 out of 5, based on 2,676 reviews.
What people like
- The stories are really good and engaging
- There is a huge variety of books
- It is easy to earn free points
What they complain about
- You constantly have to pay to keep reading
- The subscription costs are just too high
- It is impossible to cancel the subscription
- They still charge you even after cancelling
Great app
Love the stories
SCAM
They make it impossible to cancel your subscription. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
Good books
Struggling with what subscription or coins to buy as it keeps taking me out of the app
Good stories just gets expensive
Stories seem to be a little better edited just expensive
Nouvelles courtes
Hard to read
It’s very difficult to continue to read stories
Options
No options to pay except weekly, don’t like that. I need options for coins only!!!
Can’t stop reading
Keeps you invested with every novel.
Quite expensive
You constantly have to pay to keep reading
Dysfunctional rewards, but good stories
The articles you can read to earn rewards only work about half the time, but the stories themselves are really good!
The Best Surgeon Alice Cleans The Instruments
I love this book. I’ve worked in the medical field for over 30 years & have a son with a half a heart (who is now a nurse & still struggles with medical issues daily) so this really interests me. Very good book!
Dont pay for a subscription
If you choose to download this app, don’t pay for a subscription. Even after you cancel your whole account they will continue to charge your card every week. If you reach out in the app they don’t help you. Proceed with caution.
Good
It’s ok. Expensive.
My husbands cold heart
Great
Pas mal
Très cher
He kissed his muse
Just the first chapter and I’m reeled in! Looking forward to see what happens..
Lies
It says that you can cancel your subscription at any time. That is not the case, you will not find anything in the app or in your phones setting to unsubscribe. You have to send an email and hope they get to it before you get charged again regardless of your efforts to cancel. 10/10 do not recommend!!
Filled a curiosity
Just wish that short story didn’t need a subscription. Great overall.
Good but makes u wait
Lots of the stories cost a lot of points. Which u can earn but after a while becomes harder to get.
Good stories
Good stories! They get you hooked.
HORRIBLE APP!!
I accidentally got a subscription and haven’t been able to get rid of it!!! I’ve been playing $20 a week. A WEEK! For months. Apple said I had to cancel on app but there’s no way to and the messaging system is a joke. Don’t download the app!!!
5⭐️
Love the app, easy to earn points. And I love the variety of books
Good app
Simple tasks for coins
Billionaire husband made me beg for every dollar
This is such an exciting read.
Subscription
Be very careful signing up for this app. They make it impossible to cancel your subscription. I canceled and then have been charged anyway.
The Don’s Secret Wife is Royalty
Great storyline
Can hear my cold husbands thoughts
Good so far but can only read first 3 chapters for free and I’m not tripped enough yet to pay so bye :(
He kissed his muse
Fun reads keep you wanting more
No access to books - SCAM
I paid $19.99 for a week's availability of books and I didn't even get to finish one book! When I wrote to complain they said once they take your money that's it and it is final. Please don't subscribe to them. It's not worth the frustration. I will be reporting them. Their high ratings must be from friends! Also no way to cancel the subscription online. Disgusting!
Subscription
Overall has great stories. I just hate the point that it is a subscription only app.
Could be cheaper
To expensive
Amazing read
Great stories
Waste of time
What an absolute waste of time!!! Don’t even bother downloading the app unless you want to pay $30 a week just to read. There is no way to read unless you pay for subscription even with the coins there is no option to use them
Enjoyable
Sometimes feel like the stories drag on. Overall a good selection of styles.

Crazy
Amazing stories
Scam
I cancelled this subscription the day I signed up to ensure I would not get further charges. I just wanted to read one story. Dispite following all instructions I am still getting charged weekly with no confirmation from the app that my subscription has been cancelled. Do not purchase this app! Save your self the same headache.
He jilted me at the altar.
I love the plot, the characters and the writing.
So far so good
Fun to choose and a lot of selection. A lot of different tropes be genres.
Good read
Love this app for all my novels I find on here
Subscriptions can’t cancel
Terrible I’ve tried to cancel the subscription four weeks in a row and can’t get it done. So I’m out almost 100 bucks already and I’ve only used a canceled the first time right after getting it. Disputed my transaction with my bank many times. This is awful.
Okay app
Shame you have to pay so much to use it
