4.5 out of 5, based on 2,415 reviews.
What people like
- Stories are gripping and hard to put down
- Good variety of different book genres
- Some books are actually well written
What they complain about
- Advertised stories often don't exist in the app
- Unlocking chapters costs way too many coins
- Chapter prices skyrocket as you read further
- Ads interrupt your reading experience constantly
Great app
The Exile Luna Returns I love that story out of every reading app every short story I’ve read by far 10 out of 10 this story should be made into a movie it’s the best one so far I love it and I’m gonna be sad when I’m done reading it’s a must read.
Payments.
You begin reading and then you have to start paying for every chapter? Easier and cheaper to buy a book or download on kindle. I don’t need to know the rest of the story.
Waiting
This is far worse than watching ads for chapters. I’m at chapter 7. Irritating just plain irritating
Thunderforge Alpha contract Bride
Very gripping and fast pace. Love it.
Story can’t be found
I got into a story on their ad. Clicked continue reading and it never showed up in their content. Even a search couldn’t find it.
Packbound- Livia’s Story
I downloaded the app so I could read the story that was in one of the advertisements, but they have it five languages, but not English, even though the ad was in English.
Rip off
I think its crazy how a chapter can go from 29 coins to the next one costing 93 coins thats crazy and pretty disappointing and disgusting tactics to get people to spend crazy amounts of money to listen to a story and as they get further into the story the chapters go up in coin prices so like 2&4 hundred coins for a chapter insane
The Bikers hidden heiress
Great book, and it was an add in another app but when I clicked to continue the book it took me to TapRead and the book isn’t there. I searched everything I could think of. Why does this happen?
Love it
I love the stories hate waiting so long to read new chapters though and I don’t have the money to be buying coins or memberships but other than that love the stories
The Biker’s Hidden Heiress
Well, I started reading it in an ad, and it seemed interesting…until I got to the part to download the app to read more, AND THERE ISN’T ANY. So now I have an app with plenty of story lines but not the one which caught my attention. Do better, TspRead.
Luv this app
I totally love the books on this app but it should have weekly paid unlimited reading because buying coins for so many chapters is highly expensive.
Costo
Muy elevado el costo
Good stories worst value
This app has amazing stories and they’re actually really well written… I have two major problems with this app… it throws several pop up ads per chapter, and doesn’t give nearly enough bonuses for an avid reader… There are several apps that have decent quality stories with much better rates and bonuses… chapters, best novel, My passion are just some examples of better quality reading apps…
Packbound - Livia’s Story
Very disappointed that there is no English version
More fake story ads
I am SO SICK of apps that run ads advertising stories that don’t exist. It seems to be the hot new stupid trend to try to generate clicks and downloads, and it makes me want to burn the entire app to the ground. “The Biker’s Hidden Heiress” is one such story, for anyone thinking of downloading the app for it. Don’t bother, you won’t find it. These days, the easiest way to tell if a story in an ad is fake, is if it seems like it might have actually been written by a real person. If it has any kind of quality or creativity to it at all, it’s fake. All the full length stories on apps like these seem to be Ai written. I hate it here.
Liked the app until…
I did like that you can earn coins and “free” chapters by watching ads without needing to purchase. However, I downloaded app to read a book I saw in an ad for the app. Enemy King Begged After I Vanished by Lydia Wu. Absolutely loved the book until it suddenly ended in the middle of the story with a note that said the author was working hard to finish. Just checked to see if there was an update and it says the story has now been removed. Very disappointing.
No such stories
I swear this app is full of false advertisement. Half the ads that pop up with stories aren’t actually on this app.
❤️
❤️🥰
Ridiculous inconsistent app
The book (which is good) I’m reading at chapter 46 goes from 39 coins to 93 coins to unlock. Daily rewards which should keep a reader engaged with the app are not consistent. One day you might get 6 coins then the next 20 coins but never enough to unlock a chapter. It does give you 3 chapters after watching 6 ads. The chapters are usually longer than the standard 6 pages that most apps give. I will be deleting this app because there are better apps out there after I’m done reading this book.

Pour l instant satisfaite de mes lectures
Where’s the story?
I’d love to finish reading the story on the ad that showed up on my screen. I downloaded the app and hit continue watching and the only story “ Packbound- Livia’s Story” is in a different language. No English version on this app.
Missing stories
Although I have read books on this app, when I find a book in an add on another reading app for a story on TapRead, then I hit continue reading, the story is nowhere to be found!! This has happened more than once! I have searched by title, looked for cover picture, but nothing! So where can I find the story? The most recent was His Fated Princess. Makes me not want to bother with this app! If a story is advertised, make it be there!!!
Bound to the Alpha King
Very suspenseful story. We have a King who’s wishy-washy about his mate, and who keeps playing with her emotions to both their pain. But she does not chase a man, although her wolf does. I don’t know how this will play out, but right now, he has told her “I don’t want this.” To women who have a boyfriend like this, and don’t want to marry you: Leave. Don’t try to drag a man to the altar bc you will have to drag him behind you for everything, until he gets the courage to leave you. Or finds his dream. Also, there are good stories on this app, but the devs are close-fisted w their bonuses. A 50 pt bonus for writing a review would be appreciated for doing some marketing for you. Other apps do that; pls consider it.
Impossible to use
I came across an ad for this app while playing a game. The ad showed me the first couple chapters of a story, but when I pulled up the app to continue reading, I couldn’t find the story. I searched for 10 minutes, then gave up. I’m not going to use an app if its creators have such little respect for my time.
So far so good
Edited: Too hard to get bonus tapcoins, the tapcoin that I get from the vote don’t get add to my tapcoin, and there were no instructions how to invite. Also the time I consumed in reading doesn’t give you a bonus tapcoin. I will have to purchase tapcoin if I really want to get it.
Dissatisfied
The books I picked out themselves are interesting. But the price to read them is too much. From what I’m seeing, Weekly subscription gives you coins to unlock chapters, not unlimited reading access. Too expensive for that. And watching ads for coins to unlock a chapter (if you’re lucky to get enough bonus coins for one a day), at that rate it’ll take me a few months to get through a book. And that’s if you actually get your coins for watching the ad.

Frustrated
Can’t find the story from the ad that brought me here. Happens so much stopped trying but it was so good smh. The bikers hidden heiress was the name on the ad if anyone can help with characters chaos and Odessa
Earn rewards
I have it on both my phones Different accounts though but they are both completely different one has these reward where if I read for a certain amount of times I get some coins but not with the app on this phone I get nothing I only get my 5 once a day completely ridiculous. But overall the app is lovely
Language & cost
I can’t load the books in english, even though my settings are for English. Also, why is there no choice to watch ads to progress. I can’t afford to pay for reading all the chapters
Livres chers
Books
I love the different genres of books
Doesn’t remember where I stopped!
Every time I go on the app to continue reading, I have to open the book and scroll forward to find were I left off in the story. It’s annoying to open the book and see Chapter One again and again.
Books not available
There have been at least 3 adversed books that j started reading only to find that it was not available in the app.
Belles histoires
Dommage
Great Read
Everything I have started is great reading. Can’t put it down!
Not as advertised
I downloaded based on a story you advertised, “Bound to the Alpha King.” It’s not even in your collection of books to read. Why advertise a book you don’t have?
Points
I’ve been gathering points to be able to read an hour or so. I was up to 450, then it went down to 340, slowly I went back up to 399, and it went back down to 375. What is happening? Why am I losing coins?
Ok reads but to pricey to enjoy
Your books are too expensive . There are not many books that are easy to read due to the grammar. Some sentences don’t make sense. Invest in good editing, reduce your price on books ($100 to read an average book is not acceptable) and you may increase your ratings.
The Pack Doctor
Great story
False advertising
They show you a preview of a story and then you can’t find it anywhere. I haven’t found a single story they use as ads in the website. Waste of talent of the authors and time. I wouldn’t give this app one star if it was an option
1
Good stories but short chapters which are all expensive which makes it not worth bothering. Over 100 chapters which are expensive to unlock. Would pay a lot less buying several ebooks over reading one book in this app. Good though the stories are
Leitura lenta
