Actually works
Much to my surprise the app actually works to pay your bill and the Face ID gets you in. Be good if the rest of TalkTalk service worked this well.

The app homesafe is broken for legacy router

I did have reservations when I heard that Talk Talk was taking over as my broadband supplier, I heard that their aftercare and customer services were abysmal! Personaly, I’ve experienced the opposite. I cant give you full feedback on the app, as I’ve only, recently started to use it.. watch this space!

Since changed system its confusing not showing the last 2 months bills av paid av paid same bill twice as says bill due on the app and was already paid now i have switched provider constant message saying login to account to see the same thing dont show half what used to

Absolutely RUBBISH! They will take your money happily but never even bother giving you internet. SAVE YOURSELF from these thieves!

Terrible customer service and rubbish chat bot
Upgrade your service in era of AI Rubbish that your robot can’t even understand simple yes and no
Shocking service. I would not recommend talk talk to anyone.
Connection was poor to start with. Tried to get help just to find out the helpline was terrible. Had to wait hours just to get agent on the helpline/chat.
Charged after contract cancellation
I was charged £129.79 for early contract termination, and then charged the same amount again a month later. I contacted customer service, but they had no idea about the situation and told me to resolve it with my bank; plus, the Wi-Fi connection was terrible—never again.
So annoying
The worst app ever it doesn’t allow you to login trying like 10 times keep send code when you try to login keep start again same thing over and over I will last 5 days my internet loseing connection nonstop this is so disgusting service tomorrow I am going to changed to different company
Fraudulent company
Trying to close my account and they are purposely ignoring my requests over and over and over again to not close my account and keep charging me needlessly. I thought i got somewhere and they were finally going to close my account but they transfer it to my parents house. I’m beyond angry at the blatant fraudulent service and lying. This company needs to be investigated
Terrible service, Terrible app
Shocking service from this company, their broadband service is intermittent at best and you have to fight them every step of the way. An engineer was called out to my property who confirmed a fault in the cabinet which is the responsibility of the service provider yet they still tried to charge me for the engineer. Their app will not allow you to log in and neither does their website due to some sort of fault on their systems so if you want to have any contact with anyone you have to phone them. When you phone them. You can be on the line waiting for over an hour to actually speak to someone. Absolutely diabolical company all round, I do not have anything good to say about them.

You need to disable your vpn before using, even if you are vpn’d to the UK
