I switched over to this app from Finch, and it is SO much better... Finch was really overstimulating, but this app is so calming and nice.. It has really significantly helped my mental health and even physical ! I struggle with OCD and Schizoaffective (depressive type) (schizophrenia with depression) and anxiety, and this app has helped me greatly in handling that. Setting goals has helped me stay on my medication and not forget to take em, it's helped me appreciate things more, and just so much more.. I would reccomend this app for ANYONE who is struggling mentally..
Under 13 problem..
One quick question why isn’t this app for 13 under I just downloaded it because I need serious help with my mental health but I choose to keep quiet and I thought this app would help me but clearly not you do understand that not just people over 13 can have depression suicidal intentions too right iv know people under 8 have depression and we can’t use this app??
Great app, still a WIP
I’ve been using this app for a while now, and I love it. I love the community, I love the science backed features, I love the little duck and park that act as a reward system. It’s helping me keep my mental health on track. I can see this app is still a work in progress, and I love seeing the new features roll out. There’s only a handful of minor issues. Sometimes I’ll notice that certain features I expect aren’t there, like back buttons for new workouts. But I know the team is still updating things. I also noticed today that the “safe place” workout offers an AI image generative feature. I’d like to remind the team at Quabble that the use of image generative AI features is not something your target audience (teens and young adults) enjoys. It has many negative impacts on the world that could weigh on users. I suggest removing all AI features, or having an option to do so. Great work guys! I really do love this app.
Not too bad
I like that it has good options other than Quabble club but I really hate apps that don’t say that most of its content is reserved for people who subscribe. I feel like this is especially bad in mental health apps due to vulnerable clientele.
Kinda let down
I didn’t even get to try it. I really wish there was a free option. I was so exited to try it though… but I rated it middle because I bet it would be really good.
AMAZING GAME!
I love this game so much and I play it almost every day to improve my mental health! I would love to have flowers last longer though and to get more ducks for my duck because he’s so lonely 🥲. Anyways I would definitely recommend this game to others who are struggling. Thank you!
Doesn’t help mental health to be broke.
Was told I’d be asked before the $50 subscription got charged after a free trial. Was not asked. Haven’t used app since first day. Can’t open app to just ask for help in getting my money back because then I would have to update it. So thank you for stressing me more. Rather than helping my mental health. 🥴
Reminding you of bad days
I like this app so far for the most part, but I just got a note from the hummingbird with a bad mood day “memory” including the note I wrote about why I was in a bad mood. It was a little jarring. I don’t want to be reminded of the bad moods I log. Is there a way to turn that off?
Disappointed
I genuinely don’t think I can have an app on my phone that is anti religious because that’s not freedom? Banning religious speech is so wrong. There’s so much good that can come from it and your relationship with God is apart of your mental health. It really shows who you are and what you hate and it’s obviously that you hate religion and want to ban others from the freedom of using it.

I love quabble it is a good app at all, but it’s just quite annoying that more than 3/4 of it is things you need to have for subscription which I cannot get so….

I love this game so much the only thing I wish was for the flowers to last longer and have better workouts for people who don’t want to pay for better workouts!

Will not load
I went to go open the app, and it wouldn’t even load! I now cannot get into the app. I was really excited to use the app and it won’t even let me go into it. I am giving it two stars because when I was able to open the app, it looks like a good app, but then it wouldn’t even let me open it. 😡😤😣
Ehh it’s cute!
I love this. I really do. But I just don’t really like how you need to have a subscription for half the things on there. It’s actually annoying, and I hope this issue is solved. I will still use the app, but I just don’t like this very bit a lot. I can barely do anything and I don’t like the idea of using the “free 1 week” card.
Amazing app
Amazing app! Helped me through one of the hardest periods of my life. Little duck is not annoying, everything is giving supportive and friendly vibe, easy to use, not overwhelming. I find a lot of the tool helpful. The only few things I d like to see improving: more decor, more locations, more movement tools, like tai chi.
It’s basically for kids
After trying this for a month, my overall impression is it’s a bit of a fun thing with content aimed at the 10-16 age range. Anyone aged over that who is looking for genuine mental health relief will not find it here! The content is very shallow and it almost feels a bit like a primary school teacher telling a kid “oh dear are you sad today, let’s play a game to make you feel better”. That is honestly the best way I can describe it. The bamboo forest where you write anonymous comments, words of encouragement or have a rant is completely misused. There isn’t even a function to select a preferred language so you get people messages in all sorts of languages. A classic example is where a person asked for recommendations of a free ballet school! I have no idea I don’t even know what country you are in! Plus what has that got to do with mental health. There is no moderation apart from the AI which is useless. Mostly it’s teens writing about breaking up with their boyfriend who they have been dating for a week and how are they ever going to love someone again! Or people wanting to know how to get this job or that job, with no experience or skills. A recent example was a post that said I want to work for myself and not be an employed slave but I’ve got no money, no experience, no qualifications and I don’t want to work for someone else, what do I do to make money!!! Honest that is the sort of comments that are made on a daily basis. It’s like a mental health app Sesame Street style! Oh and the sound is very buggy. With each update they either fix it until the next update breaks it again, or they make it worse.

Very helpful
This app is very helpful and gets me through the times i may not want to be how i am in the moment. It’s very good for emergencies like mental breakdowns and anxiety attacks. Although, it does need good connection to the internet to actually load anything. That kinda pisses me off.

Not for those willing to spend
I love Quabble SO much, but after having it for about a week, one by one every workout I enjoyed practicing just became expensive, exclusive and restricted to those not willing to pay the high price to be a member. This continued until I literally could do nothing with the app, and not to mention the flurry of advertisement instantly shoved in my face as soon as I opened the app… really wish I could continue my journey with this app, but there’s no point in having it anymore as I don’t enjoy my ‘great mental health journey’ being turned into simply jus a money making scheme…

It is delightful, reliable, free of ads, new features improve the experience, and is a cornerstone of my mental health. If I could pay them more money I would. Anything to keep this service going for years and years. This makes the world a better place.

I think this is a great app, I love the duck. It’s hard to find an app where you don’t have to pay for everything, but on this you can get a free scholarship which is nice! I do wish there was more things available and more focusing, organising things like a to do list/daily tasks or a focus visual timer with rewards and maybe a bit more engagement with the duck. But overall it is a very good app and helps me gather my thoughts and get others opinions. :)

Cancelled my subscription five minutes after subscribing. Very basic, I can see how this may be helpful for kids or those with no knowledge of psychology, but when I’m staring into the literal Abyss of cosmic horror, due to the absolute state of this planet, taking some deep breaths and noticing three sounds from my environment (sirens, screams and howling) is not gonna cut it. Someone needs to make a LoveCraftian “the Abyss is screaming back at me and I don’t know how to deal with these eldritch monsters under my bed” kind of self-care app.

Great for mental health
This app has some great techniques for helping mental health, I’ve been searching for an app that suits my needs for a while now and this one definitely ticks most of the boxes! I’ve also spoken to therapists on there which was really beneficial! I highly recommend if you’re looking to casual techniques to help improve your mental health! A suggestion I do have: Age-specific Bamboo Forest. One of my favourite features is the Bamboo Forest, I absolutely love voicing my feelings into the void and helping other people that need it on there. However, 80% of the messages that come through are from kids. There should be two separate bamboo forests depending on your age. Or a completely different app altogether (Quabble Adults for example). It gets incredibly frustrating sifting through posts just saying “hi” or comments about inappropriate things, when there are others actually wanting help on there & advice!

Some people have bad times and may want to use this app but as it is not free it could be limiting people the help they need!

So helpful for self care
I wanted to regulate my emotional eating and discovered self care could be a good solution to managing and solving it. However, almost all of the apps did not have such a comprehensive and beneficial free option like Quabble. I also appreciate that Quabble has routines built in which helps me be more consistent. Once I am in the position that allows me to purchase a subscription, I will definitely do so!

It’s really difficult to get help with mental health and having to pay for that help is awful especially when you don’t have a lot of money and it’s so expensive.awful.
Amazing but a few problems
This is the best app I have and I love how the developers update regularly, the updates are always high quality and I really like ducks so it’s a win, win. But recent updates have ment that the start the day button doesn’t work for me, I can’t change the meditation sound from voice and for the smart goals, I can’t click done because the screen doesn’t scroll down anymore, hope you fix this 😊
