Thereâs an error. I havenât even used it yet. It says how many days that Iâm committed after I chose it, I tried clicking the button wahoo, but it doesnât work like I canât click the button

Pushing "Free Trial" on someone with extreme anxiety? (Updated) Also uses AI chatbot.
(I have updated my review based on developer response.) I was not able to move past any setup without choosing the "Free Trial" with an $80 a year charge if I forget to cancel. I already was mid-panic attack about other things. All I wanted was something that would help and I had to choose the trial to see if this was the app that could. Spoiler alert, it didn't, because I had to first go in and cancel my free trial so I wouldn't forget and get an $80 panic attack. (Update: apparently there is a way to go past the screen for the free trial, but in my anxious state, I was unable to find it. Springing the cost on someone IMMEDIATELY upon first setup is lousy and feels more predatory than a helpful app should be.) Also, they use an AI bot for chats that you pay for.

It helps me calm down a lot. I found out about this app. I got it and Iâm just using it today. I love it. Iâm calming down cause itâs submarine for me and the storms are getting really bad out here so yeah.

Hard to trust an app that charges you before trial ends. Do not purchase this app if you have anxiety. Taking advantage of people with anxiety⊠shame.

Too expensive
I appreciate the tools given in the free version but I truly believe the app is not nearly as useful without paying. $80 a year is ridiculous, Iâm disappointed as a student with ongoing mental health issues, the price is just unrealistic.

I feel disappointed to have paid for this on full beyond the trial, itâs expensive for what it is. However, it was my only saving grace just now when I woke up with a panic attack after a nightmare and I hit the red panic attack button which supported me through with the reassuring words!

Confusing subscriptions
I opted for the 29.99 offer and was charged 49.99 which had already been taken. I only have the trial with most of the meditations etc padlocked. Very disappointing because I used the limited version for some time before deciding to upgrade. Very unhappy with the confusing price and having no access to premium. I have requested a refund.
Love the app. But payment plan is messed up.
I paid for annual access on 3 Nov 2024. The App Store says my subscription renewal date is 3 Nov 2025. BUT when I opened the app today, it says Iâm on a free trial for one week and next week I have to pay again. PLEASE FIX THIS so I can use the app, itâs a great app. I wonât pay four months before the next payment is due.

When you press the panic attack button all you get is a lady saying quotes. What you really need is breathing exercises and meditation sounds FOR FREE! anxiety should not cost anything!

Il y a de trĂšs bonnes idĂ©es dans lâapplication par contre je trouve que certains designs ne sont pas dĂ©signĂ©s (un des boutons par exemple) et la voix de la femme est horrible câest robotique⊠y a du potentiel pourtant câest dommage
Saving grace
This App is really well thought through. I have sat and whilst feeling calm read what anxiety and panic attacks are . Unfortunately being disabled and with this cost of living crisis barely scraping through every month the subscription that would make such a huge difference is not affordable for me. Would you consider maybe putting in a concession rate for this kind of case at all? Because I know so many others are probably in the same boat than myself. Itâs a real shame about the price

Quando instalei o app ele nĂŁo entrava de jeito nenhum, instalei outra vez e continuou do mesmo jeito. Uso um Iphone XR na versĂŁo de IOS 14.0. Espero que possam me ajudar e as outras pessoas com esse mesmo problema pois minha psicĂłloga me recomendou este app e eu queria muito poder usĂĄ-lo.

I downloaded this app recently when I started having panic attacks again. It has lots of information and tools to use to combat anxiety and panic attacks both over time and right in the moment. Only down fall is having to pay to unlock everything

La idea de la app me parece perfecta, de ahà que no califique con una estrella, sin embargo en mi iPhone 11 no inicia nunca la app, esperé por 5 minutos y nada, lo intenté en un iPhone 12 y tampoco. La volvà a instalar una segunda vez y tampoco.
