This is an updated review. I am unhappy with the recurrent issue of not being able to get into the “EVENTS“ about one out of three times you try to get into an event it will say “loading“ and then tell you there is a network error. Whatever that means. But it certainly isn’t on my end because the device I am using doesn’t change locations or it’s ability to receive information or Wi-Fi. And since I am so unhappy I’m going to come back here every time I am unable to get into an event and document the date and the time. This issue needs to be resolved. It has been happening for at least a year now and it’s pure laziness not to address the problem. So let’s Begin!! 10/14 11:43 …………10\14 = 1:44 can’t load common event The following was a review done on the week of 10/07 or so …………“””” I have played this game for a year now and have thoroughly enjoyed it. Those of you saying you have to pay or just I’m assuming inpatient. It is definitely more challenging and a bit slower if you don’t pay for upgrades but that is what I like about it. There are so many things to do and so many goals to reach but all in a relaxing environment with no stressors. I only have one complaint and that is that I keep getting kicked out of “events“ it always says unable to load or “try later“ but later is sometimes too late to finish a “event” I have already begun or a “event“ that I can’t even get into in the first place. This has to be my one major annoyance because the “events“ are for ME the most fun part of the game as I have done or completed most of the challenges in the regular “garden” so please fix this in ability to get into the “events. And if anybody reading this is having the same issue please hit the “helpful“ button so the creators know that it is a issue for you as well. Dec 30 th 2025……… where’s our usual holiday special. I personally that begin to look forward to the holidays just so I can play my game and get a few extras. Having trouble getting into the last event again. The event ran for a full day before I was able to get on board. Friday January 2nd……… again cannot get into a “common event”. I had already been playing said event for a day but cannot get back in to carry on. It says “check internet Error 3” which I am absolutely sure it’s not my internet but haven’t a clue what error 3 is 😂💦🤦🏻♀️🤷🏼♀️ This is frustrating because it’s an ongoing and VERY frequent occurrence. Jan 3rd. Again cannot get into common event……… again says network and error 3 and my network is perfectly fine. I have two days invested in this common event and it won’t let me back in. Grrrrr
Won’t load my progress
I deleted the game for a bit and now when I log in, it’s making me start over. Everytime I put to restore progress it’s says login successful but doesn’t actually load my progress. I had already purchased so many things and the different lands. Please fix this issue.
Fun at first,….
….but like the others have said- the events become unavailable. They don’t always download,or the reload time takes forever. Sometimes loads and sometimes does not. I do appreciate the potential of this game. Could be great if the devs would update occasionally and fix mistakes. Seems like maybe they have abandoned it.

Okay, the fairies are so cute! And the events are really, really fun. You have chores to do, but like merging things. you can’t even change your name on the game and you can change the photo through ads there’s not pop-up ads.

Love it but..
I love this game but there are a few things that I am not a fan of… The number of pop up’s at game start, not being able to play events anymore- all they do is gather data and not actually playable, it also keeps asking me about which save I want to use over and over again. Please fix these things

Frustrated
I was pretty far along in the game and then it stopped automatically saving my data. I was having to save my local data every time I played. I am very upset because I made a lot of purchases in the game. I removed the game and reinstalled it thinking I would be able to pick up where I left off but it won’t let me.
Fun and easy
Standard play like others of its kind, I like how much there is to do. One thing I really wish the game had was a ‘gather all’ command like I have seen in other similar games. Would help tremendously on the special events and timed levels. Just to pull all like items into an area would save the frustration of trying to scroll all over and dragging things around without accidentally merging or collecting an item.

This used to be fun to play when there were events. Now it is rather boring.
NO LONGER ABLE TO DOWNLOAD EVENTS
This started out as a great game. I’d give it 5 stars today but I haven’t been able to play any of the “events” in the last month. There was a short span where i could connect but for the last 2 weeks, nothing. I sent 2 reports on it with no response. The game requires you to pay to play if you want to get anywhere in it - and I would gladly do that but I can’t really enjoy it without the events.

Was excellent
I’ve been playing for about a month or so. I was really enjoying it but then I stopped being able to merge. In a merge game you can see why that would be an issue. I have contacted game support but had no response. Other than that it’s a brilliant game.
Adds
I love this little game until they added adds to it. It’s a shame. Next you’ll have to pay to have it add free. Hopefully they don’t get bad. If they do I’m done.

I’ve been playing this game for months now and I never lack of things to do. Those some of it may get monotonous if you aren’t willing or able to spend money. I’m actually quite happy with this game is it feeds my ADD and OCD tendencies lollol. I would actually give us a higher rating and may even come back to do so if they improved a couple of things. One of those things being too many chests! When your fairies go flying after harvest they harvest way way too many chests. Ya just end up feeling cheated. and secondly when you go to watch an ad there are two types. There’s a 30 second ad which never fails to finish itself completely and you never fail to get your reward. But then there’s these other ads I don’t know what to category to put them under but I think they are approximately the same length (edit …… they are longer more like a full min at least AND they are mostly interactive) but they never fail to crash the game and you don’t get your reward and it happens again and again and again. Again, you feel cheated. So if just those two things were fixed I’d come back and get this little game at five easily. Thanks very much for creating this game as it is pleasurable and I will say I have zoomed in on a lot of the items and the artwork is to be applauded as well. So whoever did the artwork and creating the many many items as well as the environments and The fairies they should get a pay raise. The adult genie……👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Edit Sun April 6th 2025 …… back to say my frustration with the specific types of ads (interactive and slightly longer) I have recommended this game to many. I have a lot of time to kill but few funds but the majority of folks I’ve recommended it to have passed me way up because they buy boosts and what nots. But I’m beginning to hear the same complaints ……… the main one being the game crashes when those specific ads play. Get rid of those. The others are fine!! And do there job as I have downloaded many of those …… there will come a point when people will lose their patience and move on to other games.
Cool game!
I just started playing and like it so far. My only complaint is that the Common Event almost never shows because it’s gathering data. Hopefully, that’ll be addressed in the next update. Otherwise, I’m kinda liking this game. It’s cool!
Horrible customer service
Costs a fortune to play and when there is an issue there is no customer service to help fix the issue. Play is okay but will take you forever to level up unless you pay a fortune.
Special events
I have been playing this game for a while and I love it. The special events won’t load for me now and there is nothing wrong with my internet. It’s a shame because the special events are the main reason I play. They are the one thing that makes this game better than merge dragons.

When you go into the game to play. Can we cut down on how many things we have to exit out of . I have to exit out of eight different things before I’m allowed to play the game that is ridiculous. That makes the player not wanna to keep playing.
Orbs
I love the game and the graphics are beautiful which is why I’m really disappointed with how the orbs work, I want them to go to the nearest squares I want to free not all the way across the map to free up all of the other orbs first :/ (only merge game I’ve played with this issue)

i had the game for 2 yrs now and has been my obsession since then kept me occupied when i was bored. when it was rainy it would distract me from the thunder ❤️

I would give 5 stars but it costs WAY too much money to play this game. The graphics are amazing and the game is fun. However the cost of diamonds is way too expensive and you shouldn’t have to spend diamonds on everything, we have coins allows us spend those at a responsible cost. You run out space because you cannot afford to open chests because you cannot afford $100.00 every time you need to buy diamonds and they want you spend money in every event which is every couple of days. They need to lower the price of the diamonds. I already have a lot of money invested in the game so far to leave which makes it hard for me to walk away but not sure how far I will get without being able to buy anymore diamonds.

Reduce 5 advert daily challenge till you can support bit properly
The adverts don’t always reward you or register in the daily task. They force shut the app sometimes or it’s just and endless black screen till you force shut it and reload. Makes getting the daily challenges frustrating to complete.

Love but not working,
I really love this but since last update the game freezes while doing the tutorial for some new in game. Keep rebooting and nothing works!
Game doesn’t work properly
I was enjoying the game but it’s impossible to play when every screen change it wants you to enter codes to save local data because it won’t connect to the internet. It’s sad because this is a deterrent-not sure I’ll continue playing if they can’t get it together.

This is not you A-typical match 3 game, you don’t have to match items on a board like in candy crush, NO SIREE! Here you match trees you wait to grow, and coins, and pure orbs and flower orbs even fairies houses and fairies! Once you hit a certain level you travel to a different realm to create dragons!! And if you thought this was like any typical match 3 game where you have to constantly buy diamonds to achieve better results! WRONG!!! The creators make it where winning and earning diamonds is easy and personally made me actually motivated to invest from my own money! The creator or creators of this game are geniuses to say the least!!! I have never lasted but a couple of months in a game. With this game I believe I’m going on a yr!
Needs an Update
Special events will not load. My internet is not the issue as every other device in this house works perfectly.

Hasn’t been working
I’m not sure if there was an update or what happened… but I can’t exit out of the first of many annoying game pop ups as soon as it opens and loads… it won’t let me do anything, not even buy the package! Also ever since I logged into my account to save my data it is CONSTANTLY requiring me to sign back in and it’s getting pretty irritating. But nowhere near as irritating as not being able to play it lol

Ended up deleting this game
I initially was enjoying the game and made it to level 127 and couldn’t get past the level. I was frustrated for several weeks and the FAQs/settings weren’t helpful AT ALL. Deleted the game and will find a different merge game to download.
Great game
I absolutely love this game and would give it 5 stars but for one thing - chests that need to be opened with gems. I have so many chests cluttering up my island that I don’t have much room for anything else. Why can’t you add a feature where you either sell them for coins or just get rid of them altogether?
False pricing
I love this game but every time I go to purchase something, say it’s 1.99 it’s charging me 6.60 like what’s up with that. I will continue to play cause it just entertaining. It sad they rob you for your money .
It was great until….
The events stopped loading. I keep getting error code 3 with no explanation. There is nothing wrong with my internet connection but with no information other than an error code number I have no idea why I am experiencing this issue.

I love this game, I can play for hours without realizing how much time has gone by. The only thing I don’t like about it is when I need assistance from customer service they are very slow about replying, more than once I have paid for gems or a merge challenge without receiving what I paid for and it is a hassle getting customer service to help out

Loved playing this game doing the quests every two day but it’s so annoying in how many chests have taken up most of the room there’s not even a choice for you to get rid of them or anything and now my game won’t even load so can play it anymore anyway !!
DIMENTIONAL JARS
Good game for time killing and tapping. Only one major issue I have with it though. THOSE DIMENSIONAL JARS NEED TO GO! They take up too much time to get rid of when you combine just a couple of items. If you do a huge chain combination so many of them appear. Takes too much time during some levels of play to get rid of them. Heaven forbid you click to delete it and end up spending gems that you have been saving or end up clicking an item you want saved and cash out on it. They are a nuisance. Can you figure out a way to put it in settings as an option to not receive them? I can’t keep on just putting them in a corner and waiting for them to expire.
Does not look like the pictures
It does not look like in the game of the pictures I got 14 eggs and unlocked a barn of eggs and. chests but you need to pay for it and all of the things you need to pay and you can only emerge like 5 things and the fairy’s sleep most of the time.
