Why can’t we save our games? Maddening when I have to switch devices.
Long time disappointed player
No tech support. Keep losing items, they just randomly glitch and disappear. And that’s after spending real money in game. The premise is great, plant trees, play games- but on several occasions some usually high value item will just glitch entirely off the screen. No way to recover it.
Could be great!
I started out loving this game. I got to plant live trees for playing a cute little merge game, that had cool info about the environment, forest safety and conservation! But with this in mind, I have a question—why do you make it so difficult to make progress, and why is buying things to upgrade the forest so expensive?? The side games are nifty—but hard! We have to have 2 sources of energy, and you must use more than a little to make progress and unearth the sea creatures we need. It wouldn’t be as bad, but there’s no other (free) source of energy, and that’s a bummer! Every game I’ve ever played let you watch an ad or two for 20-25 energies. Y’all do, too, on the main game page. Grr… In the forest, it costs +/- 2400 leaves just to plant a few small bushes that you can barely see. It takes awhile to get that many leaves! In filling the orders, some things are so rare and hard to make, you get only 1 of an item on one charge, and you need many more. (Honey?! Grrrr!!) Don’t get me wrong—it’s still a great game, a wonderful idea, and I know y’all need to make money. I’m just too poor to pay for the extra things that would make playing easier. And thanks for caring about trees and the world. Newest update— There’s a problem in buying or spending to spruce up the area where we want to clean it and plant. Everything is too expensive! I just 4000 leaves to plant 2 little flower bushes. Those things are hard enough to come by. It’d be nice to have opportunities to earn coins, but we will muddle through.

So many glitches
So many glitches! Keep losing valuable items. Please fix it.
A fun game but very slow progress
I genuinely like this game, it has a neat story line, but it seems to take forever to progress through the story. I play multiple times a day and it will still take quite a while to get enough leaves (or points) to progress. There are a few connections that take 2 hours to “reset”, but you only get 4-5 items each time. When your whole menu is filled with items you need from those connections, and multiple of each item, it can take days or a week to fulfill them all, not to mention the regular items you need to acquire. It’s a great game to waste time, but I wish you could progress a bit faster.

1 star because what sense does it make that you can’t save any of your progress ? imagine playing this game and reaching level 100 and then you have to switch phones and all progress is lost .. 0/10
Great except for one thing..
I play a lot of other merge games and they all have the feature where you can delete the bubble without paying or waiting for it to pop. This game does NOT have that feature. It kicks out so many bubbles so your board is filled with bubbles and you have to wait 1 minute for them to turn into leaves. I wind up leaving the game constantly instead of continuing to play because the bubbles are taking up so much space. Developers need to allow users to automatically pop the bubbles like other merge games.
Inventory
Can you fix the inventory. The backpack is just empty squares and won’t return things back to board. I can’t even see what in my inventory
good… but events make it unplayable
constantly has multiple events going at once that you cant opt out of. they fill the board and make it impossible to fulfill any orders. I like the game, I like that $ goes to a good cause, i like that energy is abundant and cooldown timers are the primary funnel point. but again, it’s completely unplayable when there are multiple events going at once. even the longer term rewards (the pets) take up a lot of space and make it harder to play overall.

NOT CHILD FRIENDLY
KEEP KIDS AWAY!!! I was going to download this game onto my daughter's phone after playing it myself for several months because it's fun and for an actually good cause. HOWEVER, the ads for free items have been completely overrun with Unskippable exerts of hardcore PORN audiobooks. I'm talking graphic scenes of sexual slavery and beastiality, horrible disgusting hardcore stuff that children SHOULD NOT be exposed to! Also: the customer support is 100% AI and completely incapable of helping with literally anything unless you happened to be screen recording while you randomly glitched so be prepared to just deal with any issues and get ZERO help

I’ve been playing this game on and off for about 4 years. I finally deleted it today, 4/23/26. I reached level 99 a few months ago and kept playing to get more leaves for future levels, except I learned recently that the developers haven’t released any new levels in couple of years. There’s no news on any of their social media platforms to indicate that they’re even trying any more. I absolutely loved this game. I put money into this game. It was my go-to whenever I was bored or needed a distraction.
Long leaf valley
Plays fine. Hard to get enough leaves to plant more trees. That’s the fun part. Takes too many tries to earn enough to move through the story and achieve goals. 11/3/25 Still need too many leaves to move forward. Cannot reach level to grow trees. That is the ultimate goal. Very frustrating. Cannot get correct fruit nut still cannot get rid of seeds or soil. Fruit and veggies just clog grid. Have to keep selling them to make room for fun items. I like the game. But takes too many leaves to move story along. Can’t get leaves when reaching the short in between games (dog, cat, fruit and vegetables ). Those games are frustrating.
Game has become very glitchy
I have to constantly restart the game because it freezes, and then when I complete a specific task (such as creating 3 mushroom) it will set the counter back to 1 and then I have to redo that same task all over even though I had just completed it. This game needs to be fixed!

No saving the game progress
There is no way to save your account or progress. When you get a new phone, you lose all progress and anything you purchased. Do not spend your money on this!

Infuriatingly buggy!
I would’ve given it 5 stars if it weren’t filled with so many glitches (and ZERO customer support). For example, items disappear forever when moving them from storage to the game board, items randomly stack on top of each other, the game freezes every time I click on the plots of soil (and I have to close out of the game and log back in to continue playing), and just now it sold all of my seed packets right in front of my face when I didn’t even touch my screen. I’ve reached level 65, despite the many issues, but my patience has reached its maximum capacity. It’s time to let this game go, unfortunately. I planted 9 (almost 10) trees in 6 countries, so my frustration wasn’t for nothing, I guess.

Bring back the good prizes in the Lilly pad game! I have never had this app crash or just not open crazy so many complaints about that. I love that you can play for hours. I don’t like some ads can be up to like 3 min that’s absolutely outrageous it could be so long! So sick of the dang bird on the Lilly pad game!!
I really enjoy it
I really love the fact that adds are when you want to get something for free. What I don’t really like are that the events go by too fast for you to get it done without spending real money.
Gone significantly downhill
I’ve been playing this game for quite a while now and really enjoyed it. I spent some money on it but it didn’t feel like a cash grab and there were lots of quality of life features. Recently the levels have become ridiculous. Several tasks all asking for extremely hard to get items (and three of them each) making it impossible to progress while other generators end up completely unused. The biggest disappointment is the lilypad game. First they x10 the number of coins you needed to pay to continue, then they decreased the value of the prizes to nothing: a level 1 mushroom or 2 gold coins. It’s absolutely ridiculous, especially when none of my generators make level 1 items anymore so I have to delete whatever I win as it can’t be merged. There is no support either - I had a couple of issues with the game and no response from the team. Considering quitting now because all of the updates have just made the game so much worse.
Brilliant game
I absolutely love this game. I have been playing it for quite a while and never get bored with it. The one thing I find really annoying and patronising is when the board s full a message keeps coming up on every move until you got several clear spaces saying the board is full. Us players are not thick, we know the board is full and know we got to make space. Please, please, please get rid of this annoying and unnecessary addition to the game. I used to enjoy the seaside challenge but it looks like it’s not going to come up again. I’ve always liked that playing this game was a way of helping plant trees around the world. Updated: You have changed the Lucky Lilies and not for the better. As it was before it was fun to play, now it is so stingy it isn’t worth playing. It’s a shame as it is also taking much longer to get enough tokens to plant more trees. As for trying to win the bird has anyone actually got to the 40 to get it. I’ve always thought that this game was great and not ripping us off like others but changing this so that you are hoping we will buy more coins to keep going makes this game the same as the rest.
Enjoying the game
I really like this game! I saw it on the video game awards and decided why not. It’s not demanding you to return, you can play the matching at your own pace for the most part. Returning in 2026 to say I still enjoy this game and have already planted like 10 trees via game!
Consistently getting worse
Over the past 2 years they have downgraded the game, so it becomes way harder to get helpful items like treasure boxes. It started with the toad/lily pad game suddenly providing lower quality items, and costing more to continue on. Now if you merge boosters together it doesn’t even give you the option of buying the other boosters, so i can no longer get extra energy boxes when merging it to the max. I used to love this game, but I’m getting continuously frustrated with how they keep updating and taking away worthwhile features.
Fix the Glitch
I really enjoy playing Longleaf Valley. It is interesting, challenging (at times) and fun. I reached the level of the mine, planted several trees and was finally forced to delete the game. It started with an occasional loading error: get to 19%, then stall. Sometimes repeated attempts would work, with requests to download more data. I followed the directions given by the support team, but often that didn’t work either. Eventually I had to give up and deleted it, abandoning all my previous progress. I am trying again. I truly hope that the glitch is fixed so I can continue enjoying the relaxing, satisfying merge game that actually plants real trees!
Game getting worse
I’ve always enjoyed the game and the concept of having real trees planted through my playing, but with the recent updates the game is slowly getting worse and worse. It’s already hard enough with the limiting timers and amounts of resources, but first the rewards for the lily pad mini game was severely decreased to level 1 and 2 items that are useless to me at the stage I’m at, and from 10 or 20 coins to 1 and 2. Now suddenly the max energy it refilled to has been HALVED from 200 to 100 …. Did you think players wouldn’t notice? I never got a reply to my message about the lily pads months ago, so maybe this will get noticed. Stop ruining the game for the sake of making a few extra dollars

Why have you changed the lily pad game? It used to gradually increase in helping you get further but now it jumps to a ridiculous amount it’s not worth it. The old way was far better.

Why is this game constantly updating? I’ve been playing for under a year, spending more time updating than playing.
Spoilt game due to change in daily lily challenge.
I have been playing this game for over a year and have really enjoyed it, but a couple of days ago the daily lily leaf part of the game has changed and not for the better. In fact it has spoilt the game. The prizes you receive now are stingy in comparison to before and the cost of proceeding with the game have increased. Prior to this change I would have rated the game 5 stars but not now. It’s a shame it’s been changed ☹️

Do they really plant trees?
Unless I’m actually insane, I’m pretty sure I saw this game on the Xbox Game Awards. That’s why I thought it would be a good change from my previous merge game “Travel Town” - because you actually play to earn trees planted in real life, and it “should” be trusted since it was on the XBOX awards. Travel Town was way too rigged and it ended up not being enjoyable whatsoever. You can tell when a game tries to give you everything but the one item you need to move on. This game is fun, you can collect energy without spending an arm and a leg, and it’s pretty balanced in what it “randomly” generates from producers ~ allowing you to actually complete tasks without wanting to rip your hair out. So far it’s been the most balanced player experience I’ve had whilst playing a merge game. I can’t believe I’m in that stage of life where I enjoy phone games…yet here I am, enjoying the heck out of this phone game. For good tips on how to earn the fancy producers check Reddit. I hope they don’t do a thing to change this game other than maybe allowing every single ad to be played without stopping my YouTube videos. 🧐

This was such a fun game but the latest update has made this game a joke. Prizes and bonuses are ridiculous and make it not worth playing.
Too many items!
This is a great game. Simple gameplay, great graphics, and a positive real world impact. But there are too many items! It’s way too difficult to actually play the game when the game board is too full. Either make the game board bigger, or stop adding so many items.
Great concept but can only play every 5 hours unless spend
Nice idea but once you’re out of energy you can pay money and watch ads to play more. Disappointed can only play for 5 minutes every 5 hours between energy refill. Also way more in app purchases than expected
