Instead of getting better over time, it’s gotten worse
I’ve been a loyal player since 2024 and this game has been awful lately. It’s completely pay to play, and the number of glitches in the game are horrendous. I’ve had purchases refunded because I never got what was paid for and customer support no longer replies to emails. Game play is constantly interrupted by pop ups so you can buy items as opposed to being able to get them organically. The actual story is never updated anymore. Definitely do not recommend.
Too many popups
I enjoy this game and play it almost every day. However in the past few months, I’ve noticed more and more pop ups trying to get you to buy stuff. It gets annoying when you’re playing and it pops up. You accidentally click on the amount and have to exit quickly before it charges you.
Last update ruined game
Random closing. The ads don’t play life for rewards and the game within The game is not working properly.
Bring events back
I only play merge games that have events/competition in them. This was my favorite until recently when they removed all the events from gameplay. I won’t bother playing until they add the battle pass and other competitions back.
Great game
I love this game. All the different challenges and weekly things that happen. The dialogue is great too but easily skipped if you’re not interested. I did however finish the dialogue a couple weeks ago and it keeps saying coming soon. Will there be more of the story?
App no longer has support
Was a great game and when anything broke they responded to emails within 24 hours and immediately fixed the break. App keeps getting screwy and support doesn’t respond. You can’t finish the weekly challenge because it’s missing parts so even if you spend money, you’ve got extra stuff you merged but nothing to use it on to get the final prize set. Their FB account last updated in 2024 and the last time ingame fix messages came was January 2025. Don’t bother downloading.
Good game but….
I love this game but I don’t love that I’ve sent an email and got no reply when I purchased the SVIP pass and did not receive what was promised. I had already purchased early the VIP pass and decided to upgrade because it said I would get like 300 energy and 300 or more o gems plus several points to get more, but all I got was extra chances to to get more things, and with only two days left till it expires there is very little chance I will earn them with out the extra help so to me the money was wasted and since you don’t want to reply to me I will be deleting your game!

Took away the multiplier, took away the fun.
Too many pop ups
Not ads, well kind of ads, pay to play pop ups come up every single time you open this app. Then, after closing at least 10 pop ups about buying stuff you get into the pop ups for game play. So you spend the first 5mns of playing just closing pop ups. It’s so annoying I’m deleting the game because I’m here to play, not close pop ups!

AI slop
AI art with exceptionally bizarre facial expressions. Dialogue is borderline nonsensical, the AI can write sentences but is very bad at conversations. It was so weird it was funny for a while, but not too long.
Pop Ups
I enjoy merge games, and the game play in this one. My frustration comes when I first open the game, sitting thru all the pop ups about battle passes and mini games. I understand they are helpful, but when you’ve been playing a while there should be an option to skip as the rules are always the same. Detailing every step takes forever and then I don’t want to play.

Since the new update you can’t change the generator boost to x4 even though I have almost 600 energy
Lots of glitches
On multiple occasions extra challenges just disappear before I’ve been able to complete them. Time did not run out, I completed a level and the challenge just wasn’t there anymore. This makes it difficult to collect all the cards. I’ve also had challenges appear that were already complete and the rewards were collected before I even began playing. Sometimes items from challenges I completed previously appear out of nowhere. I’ve submitted feedback on multiple occasions but nobody has responded and the issues persist.
Good game
Started playing for free cash.com. It’s a fun game. Lots to do.
I’ve played this game since 2024 but now they’re getting greedy.
It used to be a fun game but now they just keep increasing prices and decreasing what you get. Also the most irritating thing is that you used to be able to play 4x the energy and now they removed the option randomly 2 weeks ago. I like being able to play at my pace and 4x is perfect. I’m level 133 and I’ve had that ability for a long time. I loved this game but they’ve gotten too greedy. I used to put in a decent amount of money and now I can no longer play. I have been trying to get in contact with someone for 2 weeks but nothing.
Issue after update
Just like many others, I updated my game and now I can no longer use up to 4x multiplier…
Was great… until the latest February Update
I started playing this game for cash but ended up liking it so I continued to play it. Every single day, I played this game. A couple weeks ago I reached the end and had to wait for an update. No big deal, but this latest update reverted progress by at least half. Things that I worked to get to top levels can now only generate at 2x instead of 4. I feel like I’m wasting my time so now I don’t even want to play anymore. Over to Disney solitaire I guess…
Okay Merge Game
I used to play more often but you can’t boost to 4x anymore even with over 300 lives. Makes it frustrating that you have to merge so many times.
Best Merge Game I’ve played
Love merge games. I’ve played many. This one is my favorite. I’m older and the story seemed geared to younger people. Just skipped it. The gameplay, events etc. is what I enjoyed. You can FTP but spending just a little bit gets you far. Not a bunch of gimmicks like other games. Progress is consistent.
Stealing money now
I purchased the VIP Pass for the puzzle event and didn’t receive any of the rewards for levels 1-9 on the pass side. Customer service is nonexistent or non-responsive at this point. Refund my money or give me what I purchased.
I really wanted to like this game
I play a lot of merge games and usually delete right after this one I wanted to like because it has a lot of extras, the graphics are cute and I have yet to run out of energy and have not spent much money. Now my frustration the orders are high energy and also include items from generators that take a long time to cool down, I also haven’t seen an option to increase the energy used on a generator like 2 times, 4 times, ect, to help get those high items. And this is probably my worst frustration is there is no board room there is too much going on and not a lot of space or storage and to top it off the minute you start trying to fill orders the board fills up with bubbles, I mean I swear there’s a bubble for every single item you generate it’s really obnoxious. Game has potential but wasn’t executed very well.
New update
Now the multiplying option doesn’t work correctly and gives you low graded items. Now I have to wait twice as long to complete orders due to the set back. I’ve been playing this game for quite awhile and my level is 133, it’s maxed out and I’ve been waiting for new updates. This by far has lost my interest, it’s almost like all my game play and time has been a waste since I feel like I’m playing at level 10 again.
My bonuses disappear
My multiplier just disappeared. I went from 4 to 2. Don’t like losing my power ups and bonuses.
I’m obsessed
I been playing this game nonstop for the past few months. It’s so addicting. I love the constant new challenges the game offers. The only recent issue I experienced was today when I finally completed the candy machine challenge and got the anchor. I clicked it a few times and when I opened the app it was gone and the candy machine came back at level 1. I was excited to see something new.
Pedo for a 4+ year old?
This game is encouraged for 4 year olds to play, and yet the main character is telling an underage teen to be careful because she likes girls too?? This is disgusting, and the push for same sex attraction to a young audience kills this game.
Mini games
The new mini games such as aqua merge and the picnic merge aren’t very rewarding , I love this game and been playing for a while and these mini games aren’t as rewarding as games in the past
Cheated out of rewards
I used to really enjoy this game and still due to a point but now I feel like I can’t do any of the challenges. Example the mind challenge where you need laser guns and you get laser guns if you spend energy. Well I have spent close to 400 energies and I’ve only received one laser gun. I feel like before I would have maybe 4-10. In the event with the ship I land on a square with a times 10 multiplier and I only get what the squares worth. With the free gift. I always stop on the middle three when the multiplier is eight, but it always drops down to four when I receive the reward. Is this bad programming or are the developers bad at math?
Idk what they’re doing anymore
I’ve played this game for a very long time and enjoyed it while it was good. Spent money and now it’s just odd. The stories have ended so now I’m just collecting coins despite having a new update with no ability to win more batteries or items buy reaching coin goals. The characters don’t text anymore and give you opportunities to win gems like before. I see some new things they’ve tried but there’s just not enough. I’m not spending anymore money because honestly what’s the point

This game is really really good. No intrusive ads whatsoever, very fun and intriguing story. Easy to earn gems and energy. I’ve played this game everyday for upwards of 3 months straight. It’s so very good!!
This app USED to be good, had to delete!
So first they even updating and changing things that should’ve never been touch bc they are either broke and need more money money hungry losers. The chest is useless, nothing good comes from it , the energy box used to be randomly good but now and it’s ALWAYS back. Everything is useless and takes money if you don’t pay They force you to do this boring overplayed activities. Even if you click x to get out or force you to do a tutorial The ice cream used to be one energy and you can use it around 6/8 times, now it’s 2 and you maybe 4 times. I played today and 2 small items took me 100 of my energy. Deleting

gfx are good and sound fx are nice and cute. the game has extra things in it that i dont care too much about like the romance story and such; but overall the game is good.
Mid Merge Game
I am sad to write this review because in the beginning I really liked this game, but after reaching level 35 I can honestly say there’s way better merge games. It quickly becomes orders being extremely difficult to complete without spending money and even then you have to shell out A LOT. Also $8.99 for the season pass is a scam when other large companies offer theirs for half the price (Seaside Escape & Gossip Harbor) and WAY better rewards. I want to continue this game in the future and hope the in game purchases get less required.

I play this game more than any other game I have on my phone and there’s over 30+ games on my phone but I’m so close to deleting it because it’s freezing taking energy diamonds not giving out correct payouts say I have 1d2h left on an event but I can’t enter the event now it’s just stuck on one screen I have exit out and retried several times still not working so I’m about to uninstall it

Out of all the games I downloaded just to earn Swagbucks, this one is by far my favorite and probably the only one I’ll continue to play after the challenge is over. I usually don’t enjoy story based games with limited choices as a lesbian because they always force you into a straight relationship, so I was mostly skipping through the story sections, but then I realized the main character can have romantic dialogue with Fiona! I’m so excited 😁 huge, genuine thanks to the developers
Rips you off
So every purchase I have made I have been charged double/ duplicated. I’m really upset about this since I KNOW I absolutely did not try purchasing as much as listed on the receipt. Feels like I’ve been scammed.
Goodish?
Amazing game overall but has strange glitches. I was supposed to start with the anchor for orders and when I closed the app it completely disappeared. The candy jar disappeared then came back at level 1 after I made it to level 3. Lucky tickets are only giving low level items (mini gray batteries) instead of what they used to (gems or yellow/green batteries). Besides the glitches that sometimes affect gameplay it’s a really good game
Good
Such a good game but I’m getting fed up of opening the app and then it freezing and not doing anything once it’s 100% loaded. Just gets stuck on the main screen. I’ve emailed about this before but never had a reply or a resolution. So annoying!!
The game won’t load
It’s frustrating because I like this game. But it won’t load, it stays on 80% and that’s it. I’ve deleted and reinstalled it and that didn’t help.

Beware
I really like the game. Enough to pay for vip slots (which I will never do again in any game after this). and About 3 weeks later the slots where gone. I contacted the app and they gave me instructions that made no sense. I will say it was Incoherent. Don't spend any money and be careful because there is a bit of a scam feeling when you lose what you paid for and there is no proper response or recourse.

It’s ok but
The dialogue makes no sense whatsoever! I have no idea what’s going on, it doesn’t flow, I like the merge board and all the things I’m upgrading but please please fix the story!
Obsessed
Update: After finishing the candy machine, for the second time, I got the pirate ship again. I had it for a couple of months and was just short of upgrading to the final level, when all of a sudden it disappeared AGAIN and started the candy machine all over again!!! This is getting frustrating. You need to get that big fixed!!! Love playing this game. Love the extra challenges & graphics. Only downfall is that I was already at level 101 & got the anchor after having completed the candy machine, then the game out of nowhere reset & went back to level 90, took away the anchor & started the candy machine all over again from the beginning. Did contact support & am waiting to hear back. Seems like possibly a glitch, which I hope they can fix because that’s at least 11 levels of progress I’ve now lost. Only reason I gave it 4 stars

I play A LOT of games! Recently joined an app to get paid to play and found this one. I have never played a game so frustrating and slow paced! This is one of the only games that I have actually spent real money on. It was a complete waste. I don’t think I will even get paid for my time since I couldn’t meet the time requirements. Fossil Issues
The game is great! But the Fossil event isn’t working. I fuse the shovels, but I can’t use any of them! I drag them over the dirt-covered items, but nothing happens! What a lousy event!
