I just did the upgrade on this app 2 days ago and now I am unable to open app and play.
Don’t bother……
Update after update and still no resolution. Things will be changed and then the next day go back to being messed up. I don’t have time to complain every day when they keep messing things up.
The game
Few issues but they are very willing to fix things. One game I’ve loved and play daily.
Fun, BUT…….
I truly enjoyed this merge game as it helps tremendously to quiet my brain after a busy day HOWEVER with the latest update that now pushes SO much ad watching for literally everything and doing away with buying more energy with coins an moving it to gems I’m going to be looking for another game. Which at this point is sad considering I have spent $ on this game regularly over the past year of playing. This newest update is a tremendous disappointment.
Fun, but getting old
I like this game, but the side quest are always the same. The magic spin is a joke it always lands on the same wedge. 30 xp I’ve been playing for about a year now. How about making some new side quest
Purple magic hat needs some work
Please give a warning with the hat before it takes your items. Twice I accidentally hit the hat and it took items that I didn’t even get a chance to see what they were.
New update 😖
Absolutely love this game but the new update is HORRIBLE!!! Requiring so many unnecessary “clicks” to get through what was so simple and enjoyable has made it tedious and frustrating. Not sure I will continue to play, which is very disappointing to me because I have a lot of time invested…
Can’t open game
I love this game, but since the last update it will not open on my iPad. I tried app support but since the game won’t open I can’t get my user I’d so I am asking for suggestions here.

Trouble shooting
I’ve been playing this game for over a yr now , and all of a sudden I can’t ope it , every time I try it immediately shuts down . I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it today and it’s doing the same thing. Is the game discontinued or something? What’s going on I’ve sen few emails and got no response. Also it’s hard to move to the next levels , seems like it takes or ever.

It takes winning too many points to move up a level in this game. I used to love Star Merge. Now I am frustrated with playing and no movement. It makes me sad that I’m getting bored with the game.

I think this game is one of my all time favorite. I have been playing this game for over a year. It’s the only game I’ll play. But they recently did an update and usually I like their updates. And I hope they see this review because idk how else to get ahold of them. But yall recently updated and changed how you open gifts and those purple onion looking things. You used to just tap and it would open. Now you have to tap on it and click open. If you play the game you know you have to click those onions 5plus times to get the gifts out (which is fine). But since the update, it’s double that. So now everytime I click the onion I have to tap twice before getting stuff out. I know it might not seem like that big of a deal… but those taps add up. I’m playing a merge game not a tap game lol. I love this game so much, but I’m not gonna lie, I have backed off of i playing since the update because I get tired of all the extra tapping. Hope this can be changed back soon.

You have obviously put a lot of effort into this latest update especially in the graphics. However personally it made me mad when you had a built in guide which made me open something I had put aside to merge later. Especially as it was a chest of jewels! Also do we really have to have everything labeled? But the really aggravating thing is how you show what might be included by opening different items. It is not as though it will change anything and it is a waste of time when it delays movements on in the game. Also there is a delay in movement of boats that again, slows things down. All the extra effort when you are on a timed side quest is just annoying! On a whole I have enjoyed playing and spending extra money to play but these newest changes were not needed. I would rather all those forced actions never occur and some may enjoy thinking over what they might get from a particular object, I do not care to waste time on it. My suggestion would be to allow us a shut off of these particular additions.

3rd time asked for help
Very disappointed in Star merge. Still Play but not much fun. When my stars come as a reward and I press on them they go to my extra land except when I get the amount of stars I need the item says Path Is Locked. I know that wrong and have asked several times and sent messages and photos and no one has responded
New update
I love this game and playing since 2 years. It’s so much fun merging and participating in different events and earning achievements. The recent update made the whole game not looking so good. Before all the things were looking so real. Now they look like stickers and fake. Hope we get back to original and keep enjoying as usual rather having this new version.

I love this game. I play daily and have been for over 2 years now. Only thing that bugs me is it takes a really long time to expand your land. I have tons of stars that just take up the land I have because it’s taking to long to get the items needed to expand. Wish it didn’t take so long! Other than that it’s perfect!

Fun game. I’ve tried a bunch of merge games. Boring! Not so with Star Merge. Also, I want to thank Support. I had a game play question and I received a very nice, helpful reply. I kinda figured no one would bother. UPDATE: I have stopped playing because I am at a point where each SQUARE can require 30,000 points to clear. At 810 points from each bottle, well, you do the math. Imo, that’s just plain ridiculous. I’m done.
Loved the game
I loved the game. Played it every day. This last update, too much information that is not needed. Blocks the screen. No longer enjoyable to play. All the explanation bubbles that pop up are a hindrance.

Need More Merge Stars
I would give this game 5 stars. It’s very addicting and I’ve been playing for over a year now. My only problem is in the past when you unlocked a new path area you could use the merge stars to unlock one thing and it would become available immediately. Now you need to unlock everything before it becomes available. I’ve been trying to unlock this one path for months and you really only get merge stars from doing the orders. I wish it was how it was before where they open individually. Other than that though I really enjoy this game. I play it pretty much every day.
What’s up with all the ads all of a sudden?
I’ve played this game for over a year and always loved it because it didn’t have the pesky ads! I turned it on the other day and now there are ads. Granted you get stuff to watch the ads but still, it makes the game way less fun. I took my five stars away because of the ads.
Latest update SUCKS
I loved this game and never missed a day UNTIL this newest update. Having to hit the open option after being able to just tap got old real fast. I also HATE all the new icons hovering over items. I get that new players need the hints but damn us old timers don’t. It’s bad enough you force players to go to the side adventures.

Needs some changes
I absolutely love this game to pass time. Especially when i just want to turn my brain off and merge to make cute little things. I love it so much that my mom, grandmother and i all play and share our progress regularly. But as someone who plays multiple merging games there are two changes i would highly recommend 1. The stardust should allow you to merge its more than 810 at a time. Especially if youre going to make it where it takes 10k plus to unlock one land item. Thats just insane. 2. I should be able to delete anything off my land, that include the little statues from the monthly event. I shouldnt have to keep them or i should at least be able to store them off my map. This is the only merge game that doesnt allow these two things. Anyways, other than that. This game is enjoyable and i will continue to recommend it
Ummm…..fun at first
THEN, money grab! I’m at a point where I have no idea what to do, because I can’t move! I DID buy stuff moved a bit but now I’m still at a stand still. I suppose in order to move forward more, I’ll have to buy MORE STUFF! I reached level 8, which requires certain things to completely open it up, instead of working hard PRIOR, to open it! NOW? I’m stuck! I won’t put another penny into this game. It is aimed at making you spend, to go forward. Save your time, and your money. If not, you will SEE! And THIS, is a TRUE review! Update! Ok, I felt bad for my first review, but now? I stand by it. The grind? It’s unreal. I’ve actually done the one thing I didn’t want to do (totally my own fault) and spent money. It truly didn’t matter much. Even the money I’ve spent, I’m ready to delete this game. The levels can be done, but clearing the land is downright brutal! THEN, once you do, after busting hiney to do it and spending days to do it, you have to then have stars to clear a path! The paths? Unclear. So you gather a full day getting the stars you need, and it comes back that THAT path wasn’t cleared, though took the stars! Yeah, this game is just exhausting. I truly loved it, but I’m just burned out. It is WAY TOO MUCH getting from even ONE POINT TO THE SECOND POINT! I’m done.
Extraordinary games
I have been playing this game for years now. I’m addicted. The only thing that bothers me is the bonus game. Once you leave the main game to play the other one, you can usually only get maybe 3-4 plays in because they charge you so many coins ‘n. If you want people to play your games longer, then so make it so EXPENSIVE to play. I would want players to stay and play my games longer for hours on end if I were the developers!! How about cutting us a break and lower the price of fins required ? 30 coins is crazy when you are only given 75 to start with.

Terms and conditions
Since the update we are required to sign the terms and conditions agreement every time we open the app. It’s annoying, why isn’t once enough and then at the time of changes to the terms?

Was good
I’ve been playing this game for a while now. I enjoyed it to begin with but now I’m sick of playing the same board over and over and over and over again. 2 or 3 failed attempts fine but 9, 10+ even using boosters and still failing. I am now too bored with it to continue so I’m deleting the app. It’s a waste of time

What do you do with the huge raindrops that house the cloverleaf? They don’t seem to do anything they just continue to amass. But I really enjoy your game!!!! Today I dumped your game. It was fun until it was not. Maybe your last update ruined it. 24hrs for an icon to drop is ludicrous! The items I gather are not retained, so moving on seems never reaching. The way your icons are changed out is awful! I have icons that never appear again so moving those out is out of the question. They just stick around living on my real estate without paying rent. So I will move on to games that are actually fun to play.
Fun but could be better!
It takes too long to gather stars to unlock the objects in new open areas. It also takes to long to build get what you need to unlock new areas.
Could be a good game
The game would be better if it wasn’t so difficult to move on but you don’t make it easy to do so.l feel that you get to much of one thing and not enough of the things you need to be able to move forward and all you seem to do is merge and merge and you think you have maybe finished and you are back to the start of merging the same thing again unless you spend real money and i don’t have that kind of money to spend on a game.So I think I have to call it a day with this game.
Fun until you can’t progress
Loved the game and would’ve given 5 stars. But now that I’m at level 20,21,22, it’s impossible to move forward. The game gives you far fewer rewards per barrel/well/etc. so that you can only make merges at a tedious glacial pace and can’t open up anymore land. This was my go to game but I’m seriously considering deleting it, even though it’s so beautiful and I enjoyed it so much, because it now feels frustrating and pointless. And I had seen plenty of other reviews saying the same thing. I finally caught up to where those players were and agree. It needs to be changed for this to be a good game. Makes me wonder if the further lands aren’t designed yet or something …
Fix this!
It takes me 9 taps to get started every time. Yes, I counted! Why can’t you fix this! Dropping my rating to 1 to get your attention. Fix this! This this my favorite game, but this can be fixed and you are not doing that.
Used to be fun
[update] The did it. From bad they made it to horrible. Now every item has an icon describing the type of item (you look now at a sea of type-icons and dicerning what you are looking at has become much harder), and the helpers have a timebar above their heads, covering up everything behind it. Anything you collect has a horrible thick, fuzzy and dark outline. Answers from the customer service here is only a lip service, you're told of how much they care and to email their support. You do that and they "pass it on to the devs" but nothing changes. I am level 27 and sadly, it is time to delete this game. [original review] Over the last couple of months this game has become unplayable. It used to be cozy and relaxing, but now you have to play through a barrage of flying seeds and play video icons. It's like being in a blizzard. The seeds used to fly way less often and not always right where you were merging items. But now. Constant barrage. You can't click through them, so you either have to wait or swipe them away to continue what you were doing. And let's be honest, how often do you actually need those seeds?!! The video icons are totally in the way, impossible to select and drag or click onto a field behind them. I don't blame them for having buy-me incentives with sales and stuff along the side, but this? Also all of those "opportunity" cubes popping up all the time for the smallest item possible. Riddiculous. At least now you don't need to click twice to get rid of them. All these things taken together make this game which once was great a drag and annoying to play.
It’s Good but could be better.
One of the areas is taking me forever to clear (the honey building) because it’s not telling me how I can get the pieces to create them. The extra game (the one where you go to another land), doesn’t give you enough energies. Instead of increasing how much energy is used, how about decreasing it every time we chop an obstacle? Other than that, I do play it everyday.
Too many unresolved issues
This started as a great game but the developers have really let the players down. Why has the roast veg been replaced with dandelion when is it still needed? Where are the bee houses??? Why is there such a shortage of lavender when it is the most ? Why do you need so many star points to open each item????? Get your act together and consider the customer
