I like how the animals interact I love reading the messages and I love unlocking new stuff.
Did not receive what I purchased
This is one of those calm and relaxing games. Very similar to other merge games of the same genre. The reason for the low rating is that I purchased 2 of the extra areas and neither are accessible. I have been billed for both and received receipts for them. I get a message saying the is technical difficulty and there server may be down for maintenance. I have tried several times to get this resolved with no luck as of now. Will update review if this changes. For now I would say if you play this game, do not spend any money as you may not get what you paid for.
Disappearing items
Over the last couple weeks I’ve noticed items disappearing from my map. Not like berries and animal food but the homes you get tennis balls from. Some Gold flowers and a few other things. Hopefully it’s a bug and doesn’t stay.
Payment is not working
In-app purchases are not working. It doesn't connect to the server, and there are no errors on my end
Great game with a few gripes
This is a great little game but like the title says there’s definitely a few issues. My main concern is the obvious money grabbing. I wish the game was more accessible for players who don’t want to spend real life money or invite others to play. There’s several hurt/trapped animals on my island that I can do absolutely nothing with because you have to invite others for help. Looking around at a bunch of animals trapped in mud kind of ruins the cute atmosphere. I’ve unlocked several chests and have had to sell them because the game wants 185 gems to open them. The average player isn’t going to rack up that many gems so it’s incredibly obvious the creators are pushing people to spend money and buy them. It’s a little disheartening that all of the goodies and fun surprises are basically locked behind a paywall. There’s been a few things I was able to unlock with hearts and I wish that was implemented more.
Time traveling
I’ve been playing this game for a month and everyone I check the time I’m playing for 4-5 hours at a time. It’s quick to level up and fair merging! I definitely enjoy this game.
app won’t open

No fixes for ongoing crashing
I do love this game but since one of the events a month or so ago started my game crashes constantly. I did report it but there has been no resolution.
Just Okay
This is a cute game with some interesting elements but it just isn’t enough. There’s not enough to do, a lot of waiting for things to be ready - and I even spent a little money. You would have to spend a lot to keep it interesting. There’s potential here but I don’t know if it’s worth keeping. I will probably get bored with it. If they can tweak it and add more stuff to do that would be awesome. Right now I can’t really recommend it.

Nothing like it is on the app probably there was three baby kittens and they were so cute but when I looked at the pictures, it was one of those boring merging games so that’s sad and they get you to download it and then you probably have to pay for it and then they just want money

I really enjoy this game. You do not have to buy things to do it. The animals are cute and exciting. Would love more different adventures. It’s a 5star for me. I love it! Thank you!
Unable to logon
I have loved this app for several months and had a daily record going with the tasks!! but it is now not loading for me after my update and I cannot get help or report a problem —
Love the game but now I can’t open the game to play
I genuinely love playing the game, I have been playing it for nearly the hole year however the past 2 day I have been unable to open the game. I tap the app to open it and it opens to the first loading screen of the maker name of the game but doesn’t presses to the rest of the loading screens. It just instantly kicks me out of the game. I have tried to delete the game and re download the game to hopefully fix the issue however it dose nothing and continues to crash. Please fix this problem as I would love to play the game again. I would recommend the game to others unless the issue is not fixed then I won’t play it again and I won’t recommend it to others.

Bad odds
Don’t get me wrong. I actually love this game. But the amount of times that you use the hundred times multiplier that you get no results is starting to piss me off. I just had over 500 coins and got one out of five rolls that had any jackpot.
Help!
Hi! I’m (LadyCutieCat) and I do love this game but the app says there’s 2 live events right now but I can only go to Fogmire Island and I desperately want to go to Howling Haven but when I go to the travel page it only gives me the option for one event and I can’t find the other one.
No longer fun
It was a great game, however the last update changed one of the mechanics (removed automatically receiving panda tokens from heart chests) which left the game feeling like a money grab. I’d made several purchases as they were not required, now however for all intents and purposes they are. It’s a shame but there we are. Sadly I’d advise looking for a different game.
Cute
This is a cute game, however like someone else commented you should have the choice of putting items to upgrade the panda. After level 30 it’s very hard to open up new land without paying real money so that’s disappointing and then gets quite boring.

I Love This Game
Earlier, I gave a 3 star review, but now I would like to change that to 1/2 star!
I have tried to report a problem with paradise paws, which up to now I have loved, but it is impossible to do this. Every time I try to open this game, it gets completely open, then crashes! I haven’t been able to open this game for at least 3 days. I bought a small package deal, and shortly after the game started crashing. I tried to report a problem, but you can’t even though you have a report a problem spot. Please help!
Excellent game until last update!
I absolutely love this game and have even spent money on it which I don’t do on other games. Unfortunately the game now constantly crashes on me and if it hasn’t done a save just before crashing I lose my progress. I have been told it’s an issue with iPad compatibility since the last update, but please, please can you sort it out as I’m seriously losing patience with it to the point where I’m thinking of uninstalling ☹️ It would get 5+ stars if it worked ok

Disappointed
Not sure why the developer changed a long standing benefit in the game. You have to collect, then spend hearts to open chests, but have removed the primary reason for doing so. Makes me seriously consider removing the game.
Animals
Love,Love,Love the game! But I believe that when you win the eggs from the lucky spins you should not have to feed them to merge them. Because sometimes you win 10 or so more. So they will sit there until you get enough to merge them or they time out to merge. And ewe need better chances at crowns, and more extra games. But I do love the game!
Frustrating
Used to love playing this, play for hours, but just lately it’s been unplayable, constantly crashing, today, can’t even get into the game properly, constantly crashing, only game on my iPad that does this, so disappointed after all the hours I’ve put into it, can’t even find any info about the issue in the support to report it, guess I need to find a new favourite game
not a great update
why remove guaranteed panda tokens from driftwood chests? like what was the point of that bcuz we haven’t gotten tokens since. also, the animals scrapbook update made it confusing. we can’t easily see groups of the animals like before. also the text is very small, and difficult to see for someone like us with low vision. UPDATE: still very hard to actually SEE what and how many eggs we have. TOKENS: devs called it “rebalancing” how is it “rebalancing” that when we used to make hundreds of tokens easily every day, we’ve now made 20 tokens in 2 days. MONEY HUNGRY MUCH

For the last couple of weeks just crashes and unable to go onto the next world. UPDATE - the crashes are just getting worse, I can’t even merge any animals without it crashing.

I actually really enjoy the game but I paid for the starter pack £4.99 it took my money but failed to give me any items, when I go on the support tab then press on get help and get in touch then as you start to type your message the app crashes and you can’t sent your request, I don’t know how to get refund or items? Thanks

Used to be great
Been playing since the release. Been fun until recent changes. Devs removed spins from chests, which crippled ALL gameplay. They’ve incorporated horrifically slow and unrewarding sidequests like Aiden’s wheel. Current call for InApp purchase and ad participation BOYCOTT. Games shouldn’t reflect a dystopian mindset. Truly disappointing and will abandon the game if the terrible choices aren’t rectified.
Stop changing stuff!
I absolutely love this game. I never run out of things to merge or do on it but it is VERY annoying that you guys keep changing stuff. Or now, all of my fabled stuff will automatically merge if you have them placed to close to each other and there is no way to undo a merge. I want to be able to merge stuff when I want to merge it, not automatically! Like the treasure chests used to give you panda point coins with every chest, and now you only have a “change” to get a panda coin, stuff like this is going to make me want to stop playing the game.

Fab but frustrating
I love this game but find the excessive demand for gems annoying. I have also found when you have a trapped animal which requires 1 person to free it it doesn’t work. I’ve have had people visit and not a single animal has been freed. I hope an update will make it cheaper to play and fix the bugs.

This is a very good game but for one infuriating thing? Chained animals. You just have to keep saving gems. But when you get close they put the price up. Also the ones you can unchain through friend links do not work. I have a few friends playing the game and have done for a while and still cannot release animals.
