Issues
Don’t buy anything. When asked to restore purchased islands, I was sent a fix, which took progress away and now everything is Chinese. And still didn’t get Sausage island and the other one back! And it changed my user id so now the whole conversation disappeared!

I have been playing this game for quite some time but in the past few days ,when I try to open the app, it does not load.

Love the game but
I love this game it’s got me addicted but recently when I go on the side quests the first time I complete an order it completely freezes. I have to delete the app. Reinstall it and hope my progress is saved up to that point. So far everything has been saved on iCloud. It’s frustrating, each time one side quest finishes and a new one starts I’ll try to see if it’ll work. It’s only worked for one and it’s gone back to freezing on me

I have been playing for three years. The game recently got glitchy and I couldn’t play on the extra island. Today I had to delete the app and download it again and 3 years of hard work is gone

App will not open and I really want to play. I was close to finishing the activity island and have put a lot of time into game play. I loved this game but since the latest update the game freezes on every single special event.
Good game but difficult to get some of the rewards
So I love this game. The only problem I have with it is the side events It is nearly impossible to finish it without having to spend money every time you click something it’s 30 of your energy so you click 2.5 things and your energy is done. Also, the card game is impossible to finish. You get a lot of repeated cards and the event always ends before you can finish it or when you’re really close. Also sometime it’s too much going on on the main island.
Loading problem
I play this all the time. I can get it to load. It just won’t open. I’ve tried restarting my tablet. I really don’t want to delete the game and reinstall as that may make it where I have to start all over again. No fun. I tried to access your sight to report a problem, even that isn’t allowing me to inform you the right problem. Hope you contact or give me some way to get it going again
Special events freeze up
I was having a real blast playing this one and I was making some pretty good headway, but the latest event has totally frozen in my app to the point where I think I might have to delete it and reinstall which I’m sure it will make me lose all my progress. The game really is fun. It’s just I can’t go anywhere so I have to give it three stars because I can’t play anymore.

In the past week the game went down for ten hours with no communication from the devs and once it came back up every event island event has frozen the game to the point that I have to uninstall and reinstall the game to get it to work.
Money is the problem.
I like the game but only play in short spurts as money is a huge problem, so I have to make it last. Good game one of my top 5. Sometimes have brain freeze into many games run together, but keep up the good work, I just have to go at slow pace Lois

Freezing bug needs fixed
Ever since the update a few days ago, almost every time I do something the game freezes and I have to restart. Please fix so I can play the game
Pleasantly surprised!
I usually get tired of this type of merge game pretty quickly once I advance to a place where it just becomes too tedious to go on. You absolutely don’t have to spend money to progress at a reasonable pace, and the ads are all voluntary. I enjoy that the rewards you get for watching an ad at worthwhile, and can cut the wait time to complete an item up to 20 minutes! Sometimes an ad will be offered several times for one item which is unique to this type of game. If you want to watch ads to grind and get energy, the option is there! The events are fun, and add some variety to the game play while you wait to complete some larger task and the multiple islands are also enjoyable.
App will not open
App will not open after years of use and updates. There is nowhere to report it on their developer website or through the App Store. The website is all in Chinese
Just me being knit picky.
So anytime I make a rare merge an option to receive another one of those rare pieces appears. After I decline it gives me an are you sure message. Well in that message someone put “off” instead of “offer”. As in you won’t receive this offer again. Great game though.

Fun, though slightly frustrating
I have been playing this everyday for a long time, and sometimes when the events are updated I cannot access the game. Such as right now. There is a new shoreline available as an event and I can’t bypass the welcome notification page about it, it just stays stuck on it. I have tried closing, reopening, deleting the app and reinstalling, still the same bug. Frustrating because it looks like a 6 day event, which means I won’t be able to play until this coding issue plays out. I tried the help/support link and it goes nowhere. So I may hunt for a different merge game unfortunately.

Since new update game gets stuck and won’t change screens from temporary challenge game screens. I had to delete it and I lost 4 years of progress and data after having to redownload it. After starting over it yet again is frozen and will not even open or load past the initial title screen.
I have no clue what the storyline is, but I just keep playing…
Like others have said, the story line is janky, I have no clue what they are babbling about when the speech bubbles pop up, but so far this is the best merge game I’ve played. My only wish is that they'd offer gameplay in portrait mode. I can literally play for hours. There’s a lot of adds, but they do actually help pay for things.

Quality has gone down
I really the concept of this game but I don’t understand how we use to wait 5 min to get 30 energy after watching an ad. Then it went to 10 min to get 30 energy for watching an ad. Now it’s down to 10 energy every 19 min. This game uses a lot of energy to get anywhere. There is always something g going on and sometimes more than one event at a time making it hard to finish any of them. Please communicate better with players who have issues or questions. Seems there is no one at the helm.
Disgusted with what was my favorite game
I will no longer e paying $20 a month to be ad free since you have made it to only 10 and 5 energy points is all you get. So I won’t be playing it much anymore
I don’t get the diamonds I paid for!
I just bought diamonds and never received them! This game in the past has taken $6.33 in received nothing. The App Store will not refund me. So I took it as a loss. Today I spent $4.11 and didn’t receive the diamonds again! I love this game and have been playing it for years! I’m upset about spending money and not getting what I paid for!

Not enough free energy
Until a few days ago there was an option to get free energy by watching a short video. Now it’s once a day!! I doubt I’ll keep playing & it’s too bad because I really really enjoy the game!
Super fun at first
This game is a lot of fun at first but once you progress a bit, it starts to take weeks to unlock a new area. I understand you want to make it challenging but this is definitely set up to make you spend money on resources. And I definitely fell for it. But now I’m months in and have barely cleared the fog in half of the game and I play a lot and spend $ regularly. I’m over it. My own fault really.
Lost original game and stats- Help!!!! App support goes nowhere?
I lost whole game stats. Phone reset and game was gone. Reloaded and it didnt sync with previous game data. I was working to get Aurora and collecting Pumpkin Carriages. When phone reset it started a brand new game. I have to do game all over again. My ID was Carebear Staneart thats all I know help!
Ripoff
When I started playing this game quite some time ago, there were great rewards and energy. Refresh every 10 minutes of 30. Now they reduced the energy refresh the rewards have been significantly reduced for all events and event island. In the event, I rarely purchase anything there’s always a problem and it fails. You have to contact Support and it takes them two days minimum to respond. And by that time the event is over and the money you spent is wasted. They will offer a compensation pack, but it’s not equivalent to what you would’ve had. Extremely disappointed with the decisions, these developers have made over the last six months. I would not recommend this game to anyone. Nothing but a scam.

Been collecting the stone collection but there’s no castle to put the final piece onto instead I got 2 of the same items that you collect the stone from
Seems fun but the English wording is not good
The game seems fun but when your story bubbles come up , the wording of the phrases is not correct conversational English , whoever is doing your wording it almost looks. Like it’s been translated not written the way we would converse. And some of the wording is incorrect. It’s making it hard for me To enjoy it and the story line.
