Please help. App asked for update and now it won’t open for me!
Too Many Glitches
I am noticing in the Ruins Event Wonderful Museum that the event already started and there was already 2 elves already in the game. I did not download the event and start the event myself. I am also noticing I have to close the game all the way out and reopen it to get the eggs merged. Sometimes the game itself freezes. I have played this game for a while. My original account disappeared and I had to start over from scratch.
Chronic User Suggestion
Been playing this for years and have always had a grand time; something that I think would make everything easier and be so much more helpful is a magnetize option where you can 2x click on an object or something and all of the objects like it will be drawn to it so you don’t have to drag every single one every time to make mass merges. This would make everything so much more enjoyable please and thank you.
Still Christmas ? And. Rewards not given
It’s weird to me to open the game to see the same Christmas theme - it’s August, yo. Also the events - watching the ads inconsistently gives me the rewards. It’s a decently fun game but it’s just… lackluster and inconsistent.
Game won’t start blackscreening
Same issue as problems It just shut off works on other devices not sure what to do or how to fix problem, please advise thank you
Pretty sweet !!!
This is one of the only games that has kept me interested in playing !!! Cute amazing graphics.!! I love the daily tasks and the side games !! I love that the side games last a few days !!! I personally have bought diamond packages and other items just for fun !!! But their are plenty of in game opportunity to get coins and diamonds !! it’s just so much fun never boring absolutely my favorite game !!!!
Event
I’m in a bakery event and when I opened it to start playing it took me to the same event that I played months ago and I resumed with the same progress, instead of starting over as I have done with all the other events. Also the Home Screen is still Christmas holiday theme. Please fix this. I’ve been playing this game for years and it’s very glitchy as of late.
Fun Game, can’t finish every level…
I love this game. The main frustration I have is there’s not enough items to merge and finish the level. It happens on most of the levels.
Hi
Question. could you guys fix the game so it’s not Christmas anymore when you open the game you have Christmas themed of everything even in the game it is April get with it cause it’s not winter anymore.
New Update
Yesterday I was prompted to update the game, which I did and now the game will NOT open. I was also warned not to uninstall and reinstall as it could mess things up, but at this point I’m still afraid all of my progress will be lost.
HELP PLEASE!!
Ok so I was looking for a merging game I think this is it but I remember the elves before they were conscious they were dolls maybe the game had an update but I don’t know if this is the right game and if it is I really liked the way it was before it was really cute with the dolls and the animation I don’t really like the way it is now also if you are reading this can you make a review to me if you know what game it is??? TY
Lost my game
My game crashed, how can I get it back? I have been playing for a couple of years! I have made plenty of purchases. Please can you get my game back?
Baking Sweetheart Event
I just opened the event and it's set to the same spot I had during the last Baking Sweetheart event. Love the game, otherwise.

Merge tales
Game won’t come up most of the time and when it does it disappears when playing
hi
how do i load my video after last update????
iPad upgrades videos stop playing
How do I fix it
Merge Tales
Been playing this game a couple of years now, spent a fair amount of money. My complaint, even though I win the #1 spot, I simply can’t complete the amount at the top. It becomes tedious and boring trying to accomplish completely all the way. I fixing to try a different merge game, I’ve did Merge Dragons for several yrs and merge takes. I absolutely love this game until, I clear the board, then I just quit. Please think about lowering the amount to like 100,000. It just might keep people interested.
Problems with App
I have been trying since 8:00 am to get into the app, it just flickers and goes back to my Home Screen. I have removed several programs and there is plenty of space. I have removed it and reloaded it but still can’t get in. I know the special event is starting and I need to get in there. I have been playing this application since it started and spent tons of money so I don’t want to lose out. HELP!!,!!!!!!
I mostly love it
So I’ve been playing this game for about 3 1/2 years now I haven’t got a update for the maple tree in over a year for me to be able to clear that land. I haven’t got any new levels in over a year my friends keep disappearing. They’ve disappeared about 4 to 5 times now and I have to start over other than that the game is great. If they would fix these minor flaws then I’ll give it five stars!’n
Addicting
Love this game! Need more levels! I’m on 285. It’s addicting
upset
i can’t open the app every time i try i get kicked out
Too many interruptions
I play merge dragons and thought this would be fun, mostly it is but I’m tired of getting interruptions by purchase requests. I’m opting out of this game, wish the best to everyone else playing it.
I can’t open the game
I was trying to play the game about 2pm EST and it just keeps crashing. Is there an update I missed? It was working this morning
Update?????????
Will you do any updates at anytime soon. Bored now. Also no new bonus games just repeats
Bugs
Great game but just updated it now won’t load !
Won’t open
What is the problem with this game? When i try to open it flashes real quick then closes. I’ve tried all the normal things to fix it without success. It’d be great if the developers could fix this . I can’t even report the problem to them?!?!?!
Fix needed
Twice I’ve clicked a merged item worth 4k points. Each time only half the points were received.
Wow… just WOW!!
Everything was going great. Although, I’m not a fan of the auto merge, but I dealt with it. During an even was my issue. I KNOW I was working on the event and I got pretty far. I just recently got on and went to the event, only to find out, I had to RESTART the entire event like I never worked on it. I deleted it cause that’s not cool for me.

Beautiful Game
Amazing game that really helped me with my anxiety, I feel so relaxed whilst playing. The artwork in game is so stunning! 😍 I love all the different events to take part in every week, This game reminds me of a sticker book, it’s nice being able to collect lots of beautiful plants, magical trees and pretty elves that upgrade. Merge tales is also very generous with rewards too so I want to say Thankyou to you guys for creating a wonderful game 🥺🥰💖
Problem opening App
I have not been able to open the app in over a week. This occurred after the last update. Continues to just go back to Home Screen. I have invested a lot into this game and do not want to lose my progress. Please find a solution.
Enjoying this game very much.
I really enjoy this game. I am experiencing a problem though. I don’t get the daily reward every day. I often go 5, 6, 7, or 8 days without receiving it. I wonder if any one else experiences this issue.
Event troubles
I absolutely love this game, but when I go to work on the new event when it opens, it’s already done for me. This has happened too many times.
Love it! Keep having issues.
I can’t watch videos to get extra things and I can’t finish the daily challenges because it says I don’t have any videos to watch but I haven’t watched any for months!!!
Review
Love this game it’s got everything
Game won’t load
Game won’t load
Great but..
Loving it but there’s not enough room to save things up to merge them five times.
Boring
Takes too long to progress without watching endless adverts.
I NEED HELP PLEASE/ I love the game but?
I’ve written a few times asking for help. I saved my progress and when I got back my star number went from 478 to 380. All of the progress I had was gone, can someone please help me and fix this. If you save your progress shouldn’t it keep what you have not revert back to months earlier. This is the main game I play and I spend a good amount of money monthly on this game, however, if I cannot get help and loose a few hundred dollars simply by saving my progress then that means I have to repeat the same levels and tasks all over again. And if that is the case I’ll go elsewhere. Can someone PLEASE PLEASE fix this UPDATE. - as per your response at the bottom a few hours ago. Nothing was resolved and nothing was restored. My 30 day gem was not restored either. Which I was told would happen so I had to purchase the 30 days of gems again. I am not the only person who has had this problem. Basically I was told the information was not in the system but that they would restore my 30 day card. Which hasn’t happened. I lost all the money invested from purchasing elves and other items plus other things that were advanced to 4th and. 5 th level are all lost. I am still over 100 stars behind from where I was. My advice to all playing the game do not save your progress. When I did all of my gems vanished, all of my progress reverted back about 6 months. To which I was told by support that the information was not in their system. So best advice either save daily or do not save ever.
Brilliant
Really really good game . I have been playing for a while and am on a really good level . All the different challenges are really fun and the different items you can collect are really good
Not loading
Latest version won’t open

Not starting
I have installed this game loads of times thinking the bugs would be fixed, but still not, I press enter it gets to 96% and keeps going off, PLEASE can you fix bugs
Diamonds
I did like the game and thought it was fun until I bought 30 days of 25 diamonds. Then I only got like 18 days worth of diamonds. It got cut off.
Open
Update needs to be soon as getting a dit fed up now playing is getting boring
Game crashes
Games won’t even open even after I did a system reboot. This is the second day in a row and I’ve never had this issue before in all the years of playing this game.
Open
Nice picture, no game ……
Unimpressed
Game looks good but clearly someone forgot to test it or something because it instantly crashes as soon as you open the game. Please fix this issue and please check there are no other issues before you issue another update. 😕
Can’t remember
I had to delete the app and reinstall it I lost everything and need help
