RIGGED
This game is beyond rigged; it’s carnival rigged, Vegas as in the “house always wins” rigs which is really sad when it comes to game play! I play games for fun, stress reduction and simple challenges when appropriate but not to have my intelligence insulted. I have approached this game’s events from every angle, including being foolish enough to spend money (NEVER AGAIN) and yet it is impossible to successfully complete an event. At some point I will simply delete the game and move on.
What are the dragons
I’ve played for a while and I still don’t understand why you go through the portal and get dragons, as far as I can tell after you level it up it doesn’t do anything. Other than that I love the game!!! It’s amazing and it is adorable. Thank you

Need a refund!!
I bought some bundles yesterday and advances 4 levels. Today I logged in and all the progress was gone along with the bundles I bought. I cant get ahold of customer support to report it. Please be careful with this game. This was going to be a five star review until that happened. Almost 50.00 dollars gone.
Ads
WAY too many ads that take WAY too long. I am deleting. Was spending more time watching ads then playing.
Issue with adds
I tried to contact through the link in apps, but that takes you to a website that is not in English, could not find an English version. Anyway, my issue is with the adds, you watch for the required time, then when I hit the close button it takes you to the app page at iTunes, over and over again. Not sure if this is the games fault or the adds, but it is frustrating. Otherwise, I quite like this game
Deleted my progress
I been on this game for awhile now. Never had any issues. I just went to get on my game. The whole game restarted and now I need to start my processes all over again. I am really displeased with this. Now after restarting this game for the 3rd time. Again it was deleted and I am having to start it all over one again.
Keep loosing my progress
I love this game but sadly there have been multiple times when I have lost the progress I have made. This hasn’t just happened once but 3 times now. It’s really frustrating as I can spend an hour on the game in the afternoon and by evening it’s all gone back. I unlock animals and land then they are locked again. I don’t want to delete it as I love the graphics and game play but I’m now getting annoyed as I’m just wasting my time. Please help

Lost all of my progress!
I liked this game. Sadly, last night, when I went to access the game, all of my progress is lost, and it started with the introduction as if I had just downloaded the game. ☹️ Update: I received a message from the developer, which is nice. Unfortunately, there is no way to log in to settings as was advised.
I love this game but theres two huge problems.
no matter how much time and effort, I cant seem to complete any of the events. It could be because they're to entice you to spend money or maybe i'm just not active enough. However, A HUGE problem i'm having with no way to contact support, is my progress not being saved and completely wiping sometimes an hours worth of progress on my merge island. I've been taking screenshots to prove to myself its wiping almost half of my progress every night but its so frustrating, it makes the whole app not even worth it. Leaving this so hopefully theres a bug fix and I can enjoy this game once again.

Merge animals
Unhappy. Can’t get support. It’s in Chinese. Haven’t been able to play for about 3 weeks. Either it comes up with the screen that has the blue bar showing and goes no further or it comes up with the level (31) I’m playing, but it is frozen. Nothing moves and nothing works. I love all my Unity games. Play them daily. Still able to play the old version of Merge Animals, but I liked the new one also. Is there anyone out there that can help? Thank you

Slow to progress
This is a cute little game, but relatively quickly it becomes very slow to progress at a decent pace without spending real money on energy. If the game was a bit more generous with the ability to acquire energy, I’d most likely spend a few dollars here and there on the game. But when the money spent is gone within 10 seconds with very little progress, it just feels like a waste.
Charming & cozy
I am so obsessed with this app My job has been really tiring lately and this game is so relaxing. The artwork is beautiful and the ads are not overbearing. If someone is reading this, I would love another treasure island 🏴☠️😋 Also when can I expect another mini game? I don’t usually review things but I came to see if y’all have more apps

I love this game but it keeps restarting. Just today it restarted twice! It is so Annoying! You will get far in the game and it will just restart. This needs to be fixed!!!!
Have things changed
So far this is the furthest I have ever got and do enjoy this game. Slight problem I cannot buy diamonds to carry on the game the places where prices should be are blank. Please help. Still waiting to buy diamonds, and now in rewards one is stuck at 500. Well the the bell tolls again. I was doing ok, but now I have caught up with the witch and cannot build anymore. Willl I ever get to finish this game? Hoping for a pleasant surprise
This game is very very worth a try so far.
I just recently downloaded this game about 3 days ago so I am giving a short review for now. I will update again in a month or two. From the start this game is not at all like merge games I have tried thus far and I have played a lot and deleted a lot because they all want u to pay for something almost immediately. Most of the time it the start off of ads. This does not seem to have that. Where there is ads all the time every few minutes. The only ads I see are the ones that I choose to want to watch for something that is worth it to get a bit farther in the game. I don’t see the annoyance of needing to buy something to get father in the game. So far this is a game I can give 5 stars to and actually say I really do love thus far. Like I said I will be back in a month or two to give u the real low down on it. So far so great!
Great game BUT
Clicking the sign in with apple button does nothing. No way to contact app support This is a great game but the developers seem to not care about the player/ customer. They simply want your money. I however will never ever ever spend money on a game in which support cannot be contacted. Also with the sign in with apple button not working progress can be lost. For now the game is a good time waster but nothing more until the stated problems are fixed. I will wait a few months to see if the developers even care to fix the problem. If they do not I will simply quit. If they don’t care about me or the consumer I will simply move on.
Finished
Good game for a bit of relaxing entertainment but I’ve now completed all the levels. Are any more levels being released or do I just delete? It’s boring just collecting the daily rewards with nothing else to do.

Needs a landscape mode
I was all set to love this game after seeing an ad on facebook, but I use my ipad in landscape (laptop style) rather than portrait mode. This game is really hard on my eyes without a landscape mode, I couldn’t even play for five minutes before I deleted the game.
Fun game but needs help with grammar.
I am enjoying the story line and you can make progress easily. It is simple to understand without it feeling like a game that is only for small children. However, in almost every area, there are grammar errors in the English. I would love to assist with editing if you allowed it. Keep going, I know this game will go far. Michele

The only issue I have with this game is that there hasn’t been any new space added to the main game in some time. I have an unreasonable amount of magic balls (to open new space) and I can’t get rid of them either.

Enjoy this game but some problems
I’ve been enjoying this game as a time filler and I like it a lot. The only things I’ve noticed that could be improved is maybe a way to contact support through the game, and I’ve run into the problem where I have four castles finished and fully upgraded, and no more things on the board to chop for them, but the chests are still giving me items for the last castle instead of the one that I need pieces for still. I see no point in doing the final chop now because the chests give me useless pieces. Other than these things though, I do love this game.
Lost all my progress
I have been playing the game for awhile. I was enjoying which animal was coming next. I was working on the Panda Bear. I went to go in tonight and it returned me to the beginning. Sad to say but I will be deleting the app. Maybe if they get that glitch fixed I might try again. But why bother if it is just going to do it again.
Deleted my progress
I have been on this game for about a month now, and so far, there had been no problems. Sadly, I woke up this morning and for no reason, my progress in the game had entirely restarted. I was very unhappy with this as I had come quite far along in the game. Other than this, the game is wonderful. The animals are quite cute, and overall it was very fun. It would have been a lot more fun if it hadn’t reset. Also, one more minor thing that I noticed was that there are a few spelling errors in the game, but that wasn’t a big issue. Please be sure to fix these problems for players in the future!

So mad I have to give a star to publish my review so negative star -⭐️ I started playing this game and I reached level 30. Couldn’t go any further waiting for you to add to game. I have rescued all animals through the penguin and build all houses, most are at 3 stars. I have cleared all obstacles. NOW I see you have a new game but it’s the same game. What’s the deal??????????? Now you are offering VIP memberships and yet all of us who played your original game and spent money received NOTHING in the new game no consideration period!

Fun but resets
Like many other reviews, I enjoy playing this game, but I’ve been playing for weeks and and logged in today and just got reset to the beginning. I guess I’ll just start over and give it one more shot (yes, I’m logged into my apple account, but my progress isn’t restored). If this happens again, I’ll quit and change my rating to a 1.

I love the game. Spent hours playing... and then the game glitched and deleted all the progress I had including the spare land which I spent money on to purchase. To say I’m angry is an understatement. Going into the settings to save my progress? Really? Like I didn’t already do that you ignoramus. What about the money I spend on your low down, low intelligence game you twit.
