Sooo Slow!
I’ve been playing this game for far too long! And it takes so long to complete the castles! Just a building takes forever and then 8 hrs to complete one and you only get 2 workers! Also the side tasks you get where you’re supposed to collect 3 gifts are ridiculous! The other’s are fine, make a certain key, collect produce but the gifts take weeks to collect and you only get 2 little items when you open one! You can pay 80 gems for one gift box or pay gems which take forever to collect only to get two items ? This game needs some serious updates and revisions!
Insufficient workers
I love this game but I am fed up with getting “insufficient workers “ continually showing up This happens when trying to collect from the different islands? On the main game page. It has been happening more since the new version was installed

Over the last month, all of the extras to play are gone.
Game frozen
I love this game, I’ve played it every day up until about a month or so ago. When I open the app it starts loading, gets to 60% and stops. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling but it still only goes to 60%. Would love a fix soon!!!!!
Mergeland
Hi when are we going to get an update. Only some of the castle are not letting me to open them. Also sometimes when I want to go into the castles to retrieve them it then said not enough workers. It’s getting frustrated when I’m trying to play the game. I love this game and I play every day and I have spent a lot of money to get items that I need. Please help. Many thanks.
Game Froze
So disappointed I was playing today and all of a sudden game froze to a black screen and when I had go restart the app, I was back at the very beginning. All my energy and work gone. And then it say it knows there is an issue with FB sign in to reactivate the account. I hope this can be addressed. I finally got to the point where the telescope towers where being built and there were two at 3:12 hours a piece and that is when the glitch happened. And NO REPLY to customer service.
Good game, too many offers
I’ve played for a little while, and I like it, but I’m considering deleting because I can’t just get on and play. I have to close too many “special offers” and then it notifies me too many times of different things to do and places to go. I just want to play.
Update
This was a five star game until there hasn’t been an update as of lately. I wish its update will come soon!
The main island
I’ve been playing this game almost since it cam out and I’ve been waiting for mor land to open up on the main island and maybe some new events I’ve always enjoyed playing but now it’s a little boring I’ve spend a fair amount of money on the game so something new would be nice or may end up deleting it and that would sad since I truly enjoy the overall game

I wish everything wasn’t so similar in colors and so cluttered into small spaces. If fruits and vegetables were different colors or there was more space to put the stuff it would be better.

My game won’t let me login with Facebook so I had to start all over. Now with the new login with google it’s stuck in the animals section.
Elimination of unwanted items that ocúpatated space
The bgame is good but I’m the game of Pinocho the extra game that it’s 2 day even if I do the pupets it open a land but doesn’t open one to continue It open but stay gris (or black) and I can’t continue playing and there’s no characters looking for thing and gave special price. I’m ver stoked
Game froze
I’d have given 5 stars until game completely froze last night. I tried restarting the game, no help, just went to frozen screen. I restarted my device, no change. In desperation, deleted the game, it STARTED ME OVER! I was on level 20 something! I’m NOT starting over. I was unable to connect to my FB account to retrieve my progress. I’ve spent much more than I care to admit on this game! So disappointed. Was really enjoying this game. I’ve played a lot of merge games and never experienced anything like this. Deleted my subscription ($15/month).
Won’t sign in
I really like this game but I’m really getting tired of the problems. First it’s I can’t play it for a long time cause it won’t load and you tell me to erase it and try installing it again and didn’t work. Now you FINALLY do an update and it won’t connect to Facebook so screwed again! This is getting very old!!!

Not been updated/checkup on in 5 months
I gave you 2 stars due to there not being an update in 5 months especially because if you haven't done any updates in so long imagine how many bugs and glitches and whatever else could be happening therefore being said are u letting the game go and do no more updates and the game is what it is or no I normally don't download games that are 5 months out of updates I normally only get games a month to 2 months out of updates because u never know what could be going on and if you can get into the game depending on glitches and bugs in it please do an update to check on the game
When will we see a new update
I have been stuck on level 36 on elven island since January, it says maxed out. When will there be a new update? It is no fun on a game if you can’t progress. It makes me want to go onto another game and spend my money there. Please update.

Frustrated
Love the game, however, once again having issues. I had this “network “ issue and ended up losing everything. I am in this situation again. I am waiting for a resolution. I have not uninstalled due to losing my game progress the first time. Please help.
My favourite merge game - EVER!
This is definitely my favourite merge game, I like it very much. It’s generous with jewels, cash and energy and I like the graphics. There is, however, a problem with the amount of dialogue between the characters, there’s far too much. Still a great game though!
Okay
The game is somewhat fun. But is constantly disconnecting from my Wi-Fi. Every time I hit play ad to earn more energy it says sending the video retake, please try again. This game does not even deserve a one star because of all the connection errors it has.
I wish I could play it!
Great game, but since the last update it stops loading at 63% and won’t open at all. I miss being able to play it.
Harvest
When I harvest/tap on my trees they disappear? I don’t know why but can you fix it please!
2 issues.
Spelling & grammar errors are a huge pet peeve to me and this game has them. Also, some of the tasks are poorly explained. Aside from that this is basically a story driven reskin of many other merging games, such as Merge Dragons.
Good game
Have been playing this game for a number of weeks loving the graphics it’s easy to play my only bug bear is that when you have the special episodes you never get to finish them because the cost of the energy you need is to high when your given 75 and it cost 30 to open a box that is your energy gone so you never get chance to complete those tasks .. other than that it’s a good little game to pass away the time with
Game update
The game just had an update so I updated it and now it won’t let me play! Very upset and disappointed! I have an iPhone and it was working just fine until the update. Please fix this! It loads just fine but then when it gets to the screen where u can play it’s frozen and I can’t do anything!

Your game is good until you get to the screen for the teddy bears and snowman you have to get to level 5 I find I have no idea how to get there?
Needs updated or something
For some reason I can’t open the game it said it my internet connection. I can get on all other games and other apps that I have to have the internet for and I have done all the other reconnects ect. I have put money in the game to play and if I can’t open it why keep the game and I will not down load again I will not get what I have already done and what I have in there. I was hoping for an update.
Countdown for lArge building
It would be helpful if using the remaining time on the generator would start the actual counter, not just lessen it.
Good game. Can’t play for weeks because it won’t load.
Neither iPad nor iPhone will update. Happens every update. Boat always stop 1/3 of way. They always blame either device or internet. Funny their other games update just fine as do ALL other apps. So quit with the dishonesty and fix your system or quit putting it on App Store. I know 7 other players who have same issue. So it isn’t me.
Frozen
I haven’t been able to play my game since the update. It freezes and won’t move on the screen or do anything
Please get a clue
Some of us have played these merge games (or find hidden object games or match games) in the past. We don’t need to be led by the hand through the game. We do need to know if there is something totally unique in your game, and how to play it. There was a group of games I used to play that would ask: would you like tutorial on new play? It made the game really enjoyable. Right now I am hoping I get through the tutorial before I decide I’m not interested.
Always Freezes and Crashes
I really like this game, but it freezes and crashes all the time. Now, after reopening it, the videoADS won’t open for a while, saying ‘they’re not available’. Sometimes the ads freeze too, and they can’t be closed out after the ad and the game has to be rebooted… sometimes I get so frustrated, I won’t play for a while….
New event island games
I’m disappointed that they changed the event islands to the stupid version where you have to collect items for the character to spit out specific items to collect for a second character who then spits out items for the main collectibles character. This version makes it incredibly hard to finish the event, even when not only spending ALL in game coins and gems BUT ALSO real money and still can’t finish!!!! Also, it didn’t give me the 5 minutes after the event finished to collect the coins and gems I gathered on that event island (not everyone can log into the game exactly before the event finishes to collect coins). They gave us 5 min to do just that before the update. I’m upset and disappointed and thinking of deleting this game because not only have I spent all my coins and gems to see if this would help finish the island as my little experiment and spend real money for nothing I also lost the opportunity to collect my event island coins and gems ( btw I also watched those annoying ads to get extra coins that pop up when you merge coins… also for nothing) really disappointed. I also wish they would change the event island back to how it was before when they just collect items which spit out pieces for the main event island character when merging them just like it was in the previous version before the update,
Great game-but there is a problem
I check all of my apps for updates on a regular basis. Mergeland was not scheduled for an update, however every time the game tribes to load it gets a little boat gets halfway across and it says network connection and try again or words to that effect. There’s nothing wrong with my network everything else works but this game will no longer load. Help!!!
Gems
I purchased Energies for an event and the event ended and my extra 600 energies did not get transferred over. So I ended up losing what I paid for.
Awesome game but there is a problem
I absolutely love this game however, in the elvsile, when you get to level 4 and it asks you to click the ornament and a switch button appears, it won’t let me press the button it just freezes
Stall screen
The game was working fine earlier this week but it’s now stuck on the ships with an arrow flashing downward above the middle ship. It does allow me to move to around.

Glitch
This game accidentally was deleted when it refused to load and when I tried to log back in it has me in a weird loop. It tells me I need an update, but when I click the link to update it just takes me to “Write a Review” and it doesn’t show an update is available. So, here’s my review. Fix this or I’ll need a refund. They responded, said I can update the app in the App Store. Unfortunately, update is. It an option, probably because I have the latest update and that isn’t the cause of my problem. Seriously terrible customer service. I deleted the app and got a refund on my purchases. No response is necessary.

The same thing is happening to me as previous reviewed. After the castle is complete I click then arrow and nothing happens amd I cannot play
