Great game but half the ads freeze the game and I have to reboot my iPad to keep playing.
Will we ever get new levels?
I love merge games. This is one of so few that have a story and a customizable realm. But how long has it been since there was a new level? I need to be able to challenge myself. And what is the point of the drift lands? Also, when your subscription distributes 130 gams per day, but an additional 30 seconds on a timed level is 150 gems, it begins to feel futile. Please, don’t abandon this game.
Frustrating
Lost all my progress i had over 11k in gem’s game won’t reload after connecting to facebook Game Center. I’ve spent over $150 on this game just stupid
NOW ads freezes the game~!!!!!!!!!! Great game ….BUT….
1/29/23 - every time I watch an add, the game freezes, i have close out, refresh the app……. EVERY TIME !!!! As of today (9/20/2021), The game constantly kicks me out. I have deleted and reloaded in hopes that it would have some kind of update keep it from quitting. Freezes all the time… I thought it was my Internet but everything works fine at home but this game. Why does it keep doing that?

I can’t play this game anymore because the ads constantly freeze the game and there are a ton of ads. As soon as an ad come on the game freezes. Sorry to say but I am going to have to delete this game. It just doesn’t work right. I really had fun but it is just too annoying

Used to be so good
I used to love this game but it has gone downhill. There are no new levels, only the same events over and over. I used to love playing this game while I listened to music/audiobooks but now every time I try to play while I have audio running I’m another app, it silences the audio. It gets boring quickly without having something else running in the background. This used to be the best merge game but it seems the developers have given up on it. I hope they resurface and make some improvements.
Deadly ads
Why do the ads freeze the game? The end screen of Royal Match and Instagram as well as some others, won’t respond at all, so I can’t get back into the game, or get the rewards. All I can do is switch off my iPad completely, then reload, but this often means I lose some of the stuff I’ve already done. It’s very frustrating.

Constant crashes
I have loved this game for years but can apparently no longer play it. Despite saying that my phone model is compatible with the game it crashes every few minutes. I contacted the developers but was told that it was simply an issue with my phone. Really sad that I won’t be able to play this game anymore but the constant crashing makes it impossible
Needs an update
I like the casual game play but I’m not a fan of the animals not auto harvesting in the realms. They auto harvest in the harbor but not in the realms.
Where are more levels?
It’s repeating its self, no new levels have open up in at least a year! I liked this merge game best even spent $$ it’s doing the same thing over & over & over I just STOPPED playing ( bummer)
Did the creators just give up
This game has been very enjoyable until……The biggest problem is that there are no new levels, the bonus levels are always the same. It appears the creators decided to put it on auto pilot and walk away. I have played for years… yes I have invested hoping it would change but it hasn’t and it is said when so many enjoy the game.
Wondering if new levels will ever be added
I finished the story so to speak. I enjoy the game but I’m sick of replaying the levels and waiting for the occasional special event. Will we get more story and more levels?

I Enjoy Playing This Game but….
I’ve really enjoy playing this game. I just have a little complaint… I have reported an issue with my game several times about not being able to merge “houses” each time I get a response that it is on my end, but, it shouldn’t freeze the game EVERY TIME I try to merge them. I feel like your support team could do more than just blame my internet.
So tired of advertising on my games
Harvesting and merging are always delayed or didn’t work. More importantly most recent advertising wouldn’t let me close it unless I bought it and downloaded it.
Precision is bad in UI
I don't know how many times I was cussing at this game tonight for either dropping an item when I didn't want to drop it (because I got too close to the bottom of the screen or something usually) or carefully lined up a 5 piece bonus and dropped the item to have it only merge with two of the others and lose my bonus. Super frustrating especially on higher tier items, just wasted 58486829205 flower sprouts because I only got half as many higher level flowers from that merge as I should have.

Fun Merge Game
This game is one of the better merge games. HOWEVER if I could request one upgrade, it would be to add the ability to lock the screen like some of the other merge games. It’s really frustrating when I’m trying to move an object and instead the whole screen keeps moving instead
New update
Ever since I updated my game it won’t stay on. It’s bad enough they wouldn’t honor the payments I made after losing the game on my iPad, now they pushed this update and now the program crashes when I try to open it. No help in sight!!!
Good Game
This game is very fun and addicting but the biggest flaw is the most important. When I complete tasks I never get rewarded and when I contact support they deny my request when I know I completed the task, so it’s a waste of time and effort to do the tasks! I spent two days finishing a task for 14000 gems and they said the advertiser said I didn’t do it! If this is fixed I would happily give five stars.
GET RID OF THE INSTAGRAM ADS NOW
EVERY TIME AN INSTAGRAM AD COMES UP IT LOCKS UP YOUR GAME AND IT TAKES RESTARTING MY iPAD TWICE BEFORE I CAN PLAY AGAIN. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR AT LEAST TWO DAYS, I AM TIRED OF RESTARTING.

'I like this game but when the game asks me to view a commercial and I get Merge Tales it blacks out my current game of World Above. When I reboot, I’ve lost my hard earned prizes.

Stolen Gems
While playing an event that I was in 1st place, this game all of a sudden kicked me out and rebooted. Tried everything but reinstalling this game to fix this current problem but nothing is working. I wouldn’t care as much but I spent Gems on this event and they cost money and time to get. Not to mention, the 1st place is 600 Gems, which I won’t get because the game is glitching. RETURN MY GEMS!!!

This new update made me lose all of the progress I’ve accomplished on this game. So much money has been spent getting to where I was, now I have to go through it all over again? I don’t understand. It’s honestly the best game I’ve ever played but the fact I have to start over after getting so far is just crazy.. LOST MY WHOLE GAME
There was an update or something and when I logged in the next day my whole game had reset to the the very beginning of the game. The technical support was awful and unhelpful! I wish I could give no stars!

Great game but
I really like this game and it’s fun to play especially watching the dragons growing. The downside is the World Map which I’ve got to the end of and there’s nothing to indicate when more are going to be added. This spoils it as you have to go back and do things you did previously.

Almost a great game
I really enjoyed this game until I was forced to join a clan. I picked a random one then couldn’t figure out how to get back to playing the game.,it just keep taking me back to the clan page. I refuse to fight with bad software. Deleted.
Super Idle Fun
I don’t know what it is exactly that sets this game apart from other merge games- maybe it’s the fact that it’s displayed vertical instead of horizontal (which, in my opinion, is much easier to control), or that there’s a real story that can be compelling. The events are always fun, and I never feel forced to spend money on them because they can be just as fun for non-paying players. The art style of this game is adorable as well! The game makes it easy to just care for your Harbor (home base), without having to play levels if you don’t actually have the time. It’s the perfect mix of idle, and puzzle-based level games!
Can not restore my game progress
I love this game and have spent a lot of money on it. I’m am giving it one star because since the update back in August I have list all progress in my game. When I contacted customer service I was asked to upload screenshots of my purchases but for some reason I can never get them to upload. I had the game connected to my Facebook account and tried to restore it from there but for some reason it started a new game. I’m very disappointed because this was one of my favorite games!!!! I’m Deleting the app because I’m not going to start all over again!!!!!
