My favorite game
I’ve been playing this game for at least a year and I just love it! The characters are cute and cool and unique. There’s always a mini game happening so there’s many different options for you to choose from. I wish there were more games like this honestly because I’m hooked! 😃
Way too many bugs!
Great game, BUT I’ve never played a game with so many bugs! Latest bug (that been happening for weeks), you play a side game, win prizes but they never show up! Terrible quality control!

getting sick of the “Fixed a few bugs” update. Why not give us something we actually want instead like the ability to delete dolls that make the game unplayable
Good game
I enjoy the game however I would like to be able to sell off old dolls! It is frustrating because I have two of a bunch of dolls but they are so old and taking up space!
Events don’t work anymore
Loved playing this game then last September all the events stopped working, I cant play any events, tasks anymore. When I log in it will pop up, event over. I’ve reported it to support but have never heard anything back from them.All there’s left to play is the main page which is really only the basic game

Love the game
I’ve been playing this game for a very long time an I absolutely love the characters. I love the challenges. I have a bunch of dolls that I can’t get mates for. I think it would be beneficial to be able to delete the dolls that you can’t get mates for so that you can free up land on your island because I’m running out of land, and I have way too many dolls.
New update is trash
Since the new update, more things have gone wrong. I contacted your company twice over the last week and a half to fix the wrong rewards I received in the floating island realm (through the game and then a personal email with photos for proof) and no one has gotten back to me or remedied the problem. I got first place and was rewarded 2nd place diamonds, trophy, and doll boxes. I’m now in classic event fatigue and burnout with this game. Nothing is ever new; the same old game play - all the time. It’s getting boring! Bugs fixes make the game have more bugs. I’ve been a loyal player for over 4 years now and I think I’m gonna be done with this game soon. “Bug fixes” just makes more “bugs” and customer support doesn’t respond and are nonexistent!
This game, but
Hey Mergical, I sent this review because when I played this game, I have so many things so many I love it. It is probably my top. I love it so much but after I recall like when you hit that house and ask you if you want to allow all of them out or recall all of them after I recall and I start doing stuff they all come out please fix this problem because I’m trying to get some work done it was so many characters making stuff. I don’t have enough room for it please fix. let me explain so. there’s a little house where they sleep and stuff well I want to recall the characters because I have way too little space and it’s hard to do and make room for all the stuff they’re making so I’d collect the house and I’d click recall when I do that, I would start like getting XP getting coins and stuff but then they were all come out and say it’s a great day and start getting XP for me no I love that but what I don’t like is that I’m trying to get more room so they can put XP down so please fix this problem.😭😁💖
Getting very frustrated
I love this game and have played it for a long time, I have tried to update the game to the latest version 10 times, restarting my phone to see if that helps but it just goes to open game and not upgrade!

This merge game is Awesome! I’m glad they have a rest time especially if you have many helpers. Because while they are at rest, it givesy you time to do other merging. Love It! New: It’s been years since I’ve played this game. So I decided to continue playing. But I don’t recall paying for a Subscription before to download! So I changed my mind. I do not want to pay for a subscription just to continue playing. 🙅🏻♀️

Game has been crashing for over 30 hours up is up
Lost money
I have played this game since 2020. I have loved it until recently. The game keeps closing out and I lose progress. I also loose the purple gems I paid for. Use my tokens to buy extra characters and boom it closes out for no reason. All extra characters gone as well as the coins and purple gems used to buy them.
Fun but annoying
I been playing this game for a very long while. For the most part, I like it but I think that when you touch an object then search for a place to put it, it shouldn’t move when you’re moving the terrain looking for that spot. I guess that’s just me 🤷🏽♀️
Levels
Cannot download the update. It’s frustrating and will loose prizes. Also, still won’t let me download the game or renewal. Frustrating

Please make it to where we can either delete/sell the misc. 1 and 2 dolls we have. I don't play at all hardly because of the space that is taken with all the misc dolls.

Hello, I have been playing a while and I like the game. However I do wish we had the opportunity to get dolls that are left over from challenges and past events. I have so many dolls that I have two off and was never able to get 3. Maybe we can add an option in the shop to get dolls from past challenges.
Problems and no response
Loved this game. Now can’t watch ads which assist in completing tasks like the daily tasks. Can’t complete levels in in-game games either. Please fix it!
Incomplete doll sets
I have been playing this game for over 5 years. I would give it 5 stars, if there was a way to complete doll sets that are missing from mini games and challenges. There is a doll storage option but it is not suited for the amount of dolls accumulated. Half my land is covered in incomplete sets. I would be okay with even a delete option. If this changes I would gladly give it a 5 star review. I play daily for hours.

The games are a tough but doable now they push out this floating island game every week and it takes forever to get enough logs to play. More boring than challenging

I have enjoyed this game for years. The night before this I would get kicked off because “no internet”, but I was watching a video on the same device and using the internet on other devices…..it was working!!! Then yesterday it was fine. Today it’s kicking me off again for “no internet”…..once again, I have internet. I have tried contacting them and my tickets disappears. I’m sent to other websites that doesn’t have place to right to. When I try to send an email, it said I don’t have an email address…..I’m sending an email, so I have an email address. I sent a messages through messenger…..nothing!!!!!
I’m enjoying this game and spending a lot of time in it, but I have some trouble
It’s my favorite game to spend some time chill and relax. But now I’m stuck with 96 clouds in sail that open and I have no idea how to open more to have another ship. It would be great if I have some clue how to develop my island.

I have been playing this game for a long time and I always enjoy playing it. However since since updating it yesterday I haven’t been able to watch any of the videos to get extra stuff. When I try a message comes up and it says no internet connection even though I’m connected to the internet. Any ideas

This used to be a cute little game, now the glitches are many and it’s frustrating. Plus, it used to be if you sent a message the issue would be resolved or you would get a message from support. Now, neither happens. Very disappointing!
Love this game
I love this game but the recent update is not acting right. I have updated the app, uninstalled and reinstalled the game and it still says update this game. I have no clue what the issue is but please fix it. If I am missing out on something that is not fair if the game is not really going to update because in order for me to play the game I have to hit cancel. Please, Please fix this issue.

Bot invasion
The obvious bots in the realms are really discouraging. Why run competitions if you don’t want real people to win? At least make them less obvious, not sitting with 700,000 points ten minutes after the realm opened. I used to actually spend money on this game, but that was before the bots. I’ll never spend another dime, so your plan backfired.
Had fun, but can’t spend money.
I’ve reached a wall. I have no room for coins and I’ve bought all the vaults I can. Piles of overflow I can’t spend ( everything become more $ than the bank holds) and can’t even delete money.
Love this game but …
I’ve been playing this game for years now. Never had a problem before but a few months ago it started having an issues. Most of the time I watch the videos it freezes and the only way I can fix it it’s to restart my iPad. It gets to a point where I get flustrated and leave the game.
Floating island/ museum
Don’t get me wrong I liked floating island ( note liked) but when they changed the number of logs to 500 or a lot more to clear a space that’s crazy and no one has 24hr a day to try to get that many. In like 3 to 4 floating island games I have spent close to 2000 diamonds of not more and never got a single island finished no more floating island for me till they lower the log number down to a reasonable number. As for the museum I been every where in game and can not find a museum box so where are they? Other then that I luv Mergical but floating island is making me want to delete and not play no more

Been playing this game for a while now there is occasionally bugs and the games freezes every now and again, and there usually fixed within 24 hours , it’s well worth a download
Frustrated
I have been playing the this game for years. Lately though I’m just mad because it takes a ridiculous amount of time and money to get new land. I’ve been out of land for a long time and because of that I keep losing my prizes. My dolls because they go into temporary storage and disappear when in a few days. I have spent a lot of money to play this game also and I’m mad and frustrated the reason I have played it so long is because it is relaxing but not when I’m losing things because I can’t get any new land
Fun but glitch found
On the islands with the clouds there is a glitch that the dolls in the clouds disappear if your characters auto gather the area
New update bug
This new update is frustrating to me because every single time I try to play it it with WiF just to update this game but it then kicks me off. Please fix this bug.
Floating islands
The addition of the treasure chests have ruined the floating island for me. I no longer play them because the chest take up too much island room and if you don’t buy stuff it’s impossible to get rid of them
