User friendly app, live tracking feature is excellent. Notifications especially overspeed alerts are received instantly which is very helpful for safety. Overall i’ve had a great experience using this app.

Num of times its glitch almost after 5-10mints i got a notification of start my car and most of the time place they mentioned os wrong

Notification and Calls
I used to have android app which worked smoothly then shifted to ios and the experience is worst. The app shows ignition on while it’s actually turned off and the notifications do not always come.

Live Location not updated
Live location is not working. The app shows my car’s location from 2 hours ago instead of the current location. Very unreliable.

Very ver poor Application
Their application is extremely poor. Whenever I try to check the history, the app crashes and restarts. The service is just as disappointing. A friend strongly recommended this tracker, but it has turned out to be a bad experience. The helpline is almost impossible to reach, and when you lodge a complaint, no one follows up or comes to check the issue. Very disappointed with both the product and the support.
Account logging out automatically
Please solve the issue that the account logs out automatically, and doesn't log in again, having issue it says that already log in but it is not logged in.
Logout option missing
I can’t find the logout option within the app, trying to login to new device but failed, tried deleting the application from the device where it was running. UI/UX needs to be improved.

Can't see logout button on my app. It doesn't show it!!!
History check
Thanks for logon issue guidance. Another thing is, while checking the history, once we go back, it takes us to choose the day than time than hour again; it should go back stepwise like we move ahead to check for a particular time in that day.
Usage of sound needs to be improved
On my first usage of app, it gave me a perosalised experience. Although i am annoyed by the motor sound everytimr i land on the dashboard.

Its very good trackker as compared to other companies because as much details this app can provide about ypur vehicle no other apps can provide and I personally like this trackker and app Ao please progress like this keep it up
Very Bad Experience!
The iTech Tracking app is really disappointing. When you check the history, it shows confusing and inaccurate routes — taking unnecessary turns instead of showing a simple line between point A and B. On Apple devices, it uses Apple Maps, which doesn’t work well in Pakistan; it should use Google Maps instead. They are charging a lot for this software, which isn’t even basic in functionality. There have been no updates or improvements for a long time. Honestly, this feels like a rip-off. I would not recommend this app at all.
Does not cater to multiple cars.
The app is not friendly to users who have multiple cars. It only shows one car in live tracking.

Does not update regularly
When I try to live track my car the app shows location from 2 hours before. Doesn’t update in real time. Waste of tracking. Pathetic

The app asks for email and password, I entered it and thanks to the super user friendly error message saying “Already Login”, no further details and no other options. Literally a trash app.
