Scammers!!!
I booked a Bus ticket and they keep on cancelling my booking and refunded the money into the bookme wallet which ideally should be refunded back to my bank account that I used to made payment. However, When I initiated the refund back to my bank account from bookme wallet, it remains in the pending/review state, despite elapsing of the stated time 2-3 working days for processing. I’d NEVER RECOMMEND this app to anyone to save them, because these people will steal your money and will never return back. Be aware!!

Easy and user friendly app. I would appreciate the customer support team. I had an issue with refund but customer care helped me in getting it back. I would rate customer support team 10/10.
App not working properly
I forget my password and when i go for the reset. I give my mobile number and also receive the code but the application is not showing where should i enter the code and make my password reset successfully.! ”It stuck on the option of get the code”

Dates changes by 1 day
On website and in the app, my date of birth and passport expiry changes by 1 days. It does not matter how many times you fix and save it. Totally useless app

It’s been quite a while my flight got cancelled (SERENE AIR) and it’s has been more days since their promised time of refund. Can’t trust on this app anymore my family has been using this since 4 years regularly but it seems like we can’t trust them anymore. I NEED MY REFUND @bookme. My order id is AIR0166yab

Useless
They give no clarity on refund and changes in flight before purchasing the ticket. After the ticket is purchased, they say you cannot make changes! Either you take the flight or loose the money. Pathetic

Plz donot use this service they wont refund you incase of bus drop they send you credit in their app They wont send refund back to your card or bank instead they give u credit within their app… You have to spend more money to buy ticket physically incase of online booked bus is dropped

I Used Book-me From last 11 months and its was a best Experience every time, so convenient App easy to book any thing in just couple of clicks. Highly Recommended
First and Last time
Making your bookings online may work smooth abroad but this was a horrendous experience for me. Downloaded this app to try it out and guess what? I missed my flight, lost money, got dragged for weeks for my refund and most of all got ridiculed at the hands of their customer care reps. Never again. Save yourself the trauma everyone. Deleted.

Fraud service whenever they can
They will not refund you. Kind of a fraud service. Be vigilant while using their service. If you for reason want to cancel they will Just stuck you in their customer service and make reason for not refunding.
