An Honest Review
My experience was always satisfactory. I am a user of sastaticket since a long time. The best part is to purchase the tickets with best prices using your credit/debit cards and avoid international currency charges and taxes. I made both local and international bookings with airport drop and I wouldn’t complain about the experience. Of coarse there is always a room for improvement but in my opinion, this is one of the good initiatives in Pakistan’s tech industry to automate the booking experience in a convenient way. Keep growing guys ✌🏽
Poorest customer support and communication
I bought an e ticket from sasta ticket application. Went to the airport, came to know that flight was rescheduled 3 hours prior and they had informed the agent (sasta ticket). I did not receive any notification or email regarding the reschedule by sasta ticket. Very bad experience
Service Good, Charges High
Service is good but Service charges are high. There should be no additional charges for using Sasta Ticket rather some discount may be offered. So more customer use Sasta ticket
Mr Nagi
Easy to use app.
Dissappointed
Farig serice hamare paise phans gaye waleet main bank main ni ja rahe
Helpline very Unhelpful
Very difficult to speak to a Customer Service Person.
Muhammad Asif
Pathetic service since couple of months despite of high service rate and additional charges for credit card payment etc.
Problem in ap updating
Ap kay app ko update karne mein problem aa rahi ha app khud hi repudiation per chala jata ha plz fix it as soonest
Easy
Very easy for foreign tourists to purchase travel tickets with this app.
Misleading Reward Offer
Misleading and deceptive marketing. They advertise a PKR 1,000 reward for installing the app, but only after you install it do they disclose that it cannot be used on your first booking. Then, on your second booking, you can redeem only PKR 500. The remaining PKR 500 is subject to further conditions that are not made clear upfront. This is classic bait-and-switch marketing. If these restrictions exist, they should be clearly disclosed before people install the app—not hidden afterward. Extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of customers’ time. I won’t be using this service again.

Worst Booking App Ever
Its been 3 days now I have been asking them to change my return flight and every time the customer service person responding with same message “we have sent the email to airline and no response on it” we have our flight tonight and nothing they are doing. Highly untrained staff and pathetic partner eco system they have.

App is not working properly
The app is not syncing with their database. It doesn’t show recent bookings or past trips, and the cancel-trip option is not working either
Al farash
This is very safe and easy app for airline booking, rather than to ask again and agin from the travel agents
Worse Customer Service
You would be in big mess if ticket got cancelled by service provider. Zero help by Customer Service, you have to wait two days for response. No phone calls got attended. Very bad experience

App doesn’t work

Excellent Service
One of the best website to get your domestic tickets online in few seconds. I am an overseas Pakistani and have used them few times for domestic travel. Haven’t seen a service like they have with any other online website. Keep up the good work Team. Cheers.
App Issues
The app was working fine initially but for the last couple of months, it just keeps on searching for flights with no results.
