Error Ride on Bykea App
During I book my ride on app even rider is near my location but my ride is not book then I increase my fare but cannot book any ride please resolve this problem
No Ride Tracking
Bykea doesn’t have the option for sharing ride details with other people. There is a share icon but that just opens up details of the app. Please add ride sharing option so other people can track as well, instead of just the booker being able to track.
Great app and best support
Very good app, very helpful and drivers are much better compared to Yango & inDrive.

App is totally insane
I tried to book delivery for me, and app showed me internal server error and when i try to remove it from the app now. It keep saying the same thing and my request for delivery is still there and im getting insane no. Of calls from riders.
Address book
Nice app. An address book will be great help.
Hidden Tax
Used to prefer this app out of all ride apps. But is so disappointing that the app doesn’t work properly and also they are charging 15% Sales Tax on each ride now show me other amount and the rider other amount.

Worst Customer Support
This service has the most pathetic customer support. First they don’t match you with a rider and when you cancel the ride they block your id. When you complain it to customer support they say its beyond their control and you need to wait 2 hours for it to unblock automatically. Thus making this app useless for a person in need of a quick ride. Overall zero customer support

Salam . There has been issue in locating the location . Sometimes the location is rotating and show the captain wrong location . Kindly fix the issue and upgrade the map .
Zero Build Quality
Concept of app is great but the build quality of the app is zero. Slow and extremely buggy.

Feedback about Riders
Overall application is very good and working well. Regarding the riders to need more training how to use map.
Unjustified double Fares
Within months 3-times increased the fare normally pay Rs-90 goes 120/ then 143 and last ride 163 same location and there is no change so cost me Rs: 170. Never know selection of route and how calculate fares. Even many bikes worst conditions and different number shown at App. No Active Customer support and Become Greedy day by day.
Unable to register
When I try to register it says something went wrong. Please guide.

Salam my BYKEA app keeps on getting stuck it won’t let me proceed further it just keeps on asking me to rate one of the deliveries over and over again

Best option for daily life but please update the location service and please add a feature like Careem which confirms the paid amount from us which we give to the riders

I ordered a thing which was for 2400 he said he doesn’t have so asked 1k in advanced which i easy paisa and after that he block me. This is so wrong of him. BYKEA please take some action. The rider name is Nasir Mehmood And number is 03498214252. Beware you all of this rider!

Worst company ever! CAUTION ⚠️
I sent a COD few miles away, COD value 3200 rupees, upon withdrawal this amount they have hidden charges of rupees 75 which never mentioned when you are sending the COD package. The customer were charged rupees 282 for the delivery and I was charged a hidden fee of rupees 75, when I tried to withdraw the remaining amount to my bank account instead of rupees 3125 or 3100 it automatically withdraw 3050 and it more than 2 days I haven’t received any money to my bank account. How and why to trust this company? After receiving my amount 3050 I am going to delete this app forever, they can keep rupees 75 in my BYKEA account and get rich from it, I thought it’s a good company like Uber Careem but boy I was wrong. Trust with caution on BYKEA because that’s what they lack the most. I wished I dropped that shipment my self with rupees 50 patrol in my bike 😫
Best app for Ride, Parcel Delivery tracking
Best on demand app in Pakistan for Ride, Delivery and Purchase. Hats off to the guys who brought this sort of service in Pakistan with mind blowing ideas for the ease of people. Everything hazir at your doorstep with tracking.
Fraud
The rider fooled the person who we were sending the parcel to. We paid the rider in advance but he lied and asked for money from the receiver but we got in touch with the person who we were sending to. We told him to transfer the remaining money in our BYKEA account but he kept it with himself instead 😡 disappointed (riders name was Muhammad Nadeem)
