Very disappointing experience with Airblue. Flights are frequently delayed, and even when you book a daytime flight at a higher price, the schedule can be changed to a nighttime flight. Customers pay more for convenience and should not have to deal with unexpected schedule changes.

Improve and compete
Firstly you need to add on the option of using line payment to get the booking done instead of going around to look for your central office in the country. 2ndly ask your IT guys to fix and update the app. Its default settings are messed up with booking calendar showing only Lunar and then off course once you select error pops up. Website does t show this error so it’s down to your app developer.
How to change the date type
The app is only working on “Hijri” calendar and not on “Georgian” calendar … please change / Update it in Georgian as well so it will be easy to manage …. Thanks

Used the app for online check-in, and it was a great experience. The hassle of waiting in long queues can be very annoying. Highly recommended
Terrible service
This is such a pathetic kind of service. Their flights are always delayed. They keep troubling people. They don’t even think about how much work someone might have stuck, or who might have important meetings. In one day the status changes 5 times saying the flight is delayed.If there was a number even lower than zero, I would give that to Airblue for their dirty service. And I will neither travel with them myself ever again, nor will I ever suggest anyone else to.👎🏻
Smooth app - Adding to Wallet does not work
The booking option works great on the app. However, adding the boarding pass to the wallet used to work but now displays an error. Unfortunately, the developer has not fixed this error in months.

I called many times on customer care number and it take 20-30 minutes long but no one answer the call. Calling from out of country i got too much charges.

I booked a flight and just before 5 hours it was rescheduled for 3 days, next time i booked just after booking application left working.

Amazing app to buy tickets!
Being an app developer, I can confidently say this is one of the best apps i have used of an airline. Buying and managing tickets is so seamless. Seat selection has a minor bug i hope you guys work on it soon where it confirms the seat if u close the selector after selecting a seat. Otherwise app is really great. Great job airblue tech dept. Keep maintaining this app pls. Its a relief and a very user friendly.

Worst experience ever
Completely useless airline and staff, they tried to loot the money even they did not have availability for tickets their website or app still sell you with your name on waitlist, keeps your money in there system and did not issue refund for months, i have not had my refund yet which they issued about 40days ago! I am going to write against them in ombudsman and getting my money disputed through bank. Stay safe dont book worst ever service i had in my life!!!
