Need improvements
Pro Nice User Interface Cons 1. Can’t keep the map zoomed in. When I zoom in the map it auto zooms out. I think it happens when car location is updated. 2. The app crashes when I open it. I found a work around. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled and now it’s working.

Pathetic Service
I have installed this company tracker 2 months ago, now recently from the last 18-20 days I have receiving false alarm or battery alerts… I have raised this issue multiple times to operator and every time they speak the same pitch that your complain is forwarded our technician will contact you soon and then no technician or technical person responded or call me to resolve this issue… it’s very non professional and pathetic. Today I tow my bike almost 1 hour in heavy traffic and all this happen because of this scrap tracker, it drain all my battery and even 1 main headlight also damaged for this… Anyway I would recommend you to avoid there services try to find any alternate service provider. Those who already have their services, best of luck.
