At first the strava sync worked fine. Now i can’t connect any more. I keep getting errors. The idea to integrate strava to get reminders of your maintenance is great though, but please make sure it works again!

Buggy App and unpleasant user experience
Forcing people to download a buggy and constantly crashing app to access their shipping information after buying a bike is such a great idea. I’m sure someone will hit their yearly kpi’s and goals while wasting the time of thousands
Fiets cf6
Ik heb de fiets vorige week ontvangen en in elkaar gezet. Het stuur en de wielen koste wat meer tijd dan gedacht. Er ontbrak een schroefje bij het stuur maar die heb ik ergens anders vandaan kunnen halen. Nu is het hopen op beter weer. Als de levertijd beter was (twee keer uitstel) zou ik vijf sterren geven.
Knippert alleen maar
De app knippert de hele tijd bij opstarten. Daardoor niet goed bruikbaar

Cannot connect my bike
I bought a 2023 Spectral:ON which is advertised as being connectable to this app for GPS tracking. Sadly, the „Connect my Bike“ option is missing in the app even though it is advertised in their „How to connect your Spectral:ON“ on Youtube. Please fix this! Otherwise, nice app for getting documentation on your bike, etc. Needs more useful functionality though.

App herkent serienummers niet
De app laat mijn 2 canyon fietsen niet toe, de serienummers worden niet herkend. Jammer.

Ze hebben geen reserve onderdelen op voorraad. Zelf een boutje moet uit Duitsland komen. Vier weken wachttijd minimaal.
Mooie app voor je Canyon fiets
Goede, mooie app met alle info van je canyon fiets bij elkaar op 1 plek. Een vraag voor de developers: komen de speciale spectral:ON functies ook nog beschikbaar voor de Neuron:ON bikes (2023)?

Bike Specs
Leuke nieuwe app van Canyon die in de toekomst nog verder uitgebreid wordt. Ik kon de specificaties van mijn Canyon uit 2022 niet zo snel vinden op de site. Met een QR-scan onder het frame had ik meteen alles in beeld. Echt top.
No gps or theft protection as promised
I dont know why I fell for this marketing trap. Love my Spectral:ON, its a trial & park beast. But I just installed this piece of beta software and there is nothing like advertised. Bike GPS finder shows my bike is in Norway 2000km from here. Great success! (Pff) Other promised features are not even in here (yet?). Oh hey it has all the digital manuals and parts info on my bike, but you already have that through the canyon website which is more than enough. No need for this app, it does nothing and what it wants to be, fails at.
