I am shocked that you need to buy the trainer AND pay for annual subscriptions. If you want to use the trial version you only get 10 minutes of use. As well as this it won’t even connect to the suito trainer. You would think that the app would be able to connect to it’s own device?

Zero Support Availble
This app used to work, but following an update, it will no longer calibrate my Elite Suito. The larger problem is that Elite offers no customer support. They’ve got a knowledge base, but it doesn’t all address all issues. They’ve got a community forum that sees very little traffic. A customer cannot, however, communicate with anyone in the customer support department, if it exists at all.

The device is budget friendly and the app works flawlessly, however at the renewal time of my subscription it won’t accept any payment. So it seems to be dead by the developer.

Great value, accurate
The application works well with my Elite Suito and plays well with Strava and Wahoo. I only wish more features were available without a subscription.

Not sure if it’s the trainer or the app but does not always pick HRM up.

The app or software or whatever you want to call it is very basic and unless you can just pedal away without getting bored on demotivated then it’s ok.

Sold on this point as previous provider had this, but the “Available Soon” just loops around and around. Near impossible to get any support online.

This app is a joke. Asking for year subscription for very basic functions. The UI is so easy to become unresponsive. For last two years I used it three times, it is time to delete it! No I am a bit worry about the firmware in the trainer, is it trash like this one?
Fine
The app is super basic but great if you want simplified interval sessions in erg mode. But the fact you have to pay for such basic functions to use the turbo you’ve already purchased is crazy.

The Drivo II is a great machine, I’ve had mine for 2 years now and still love it.

Could do better
The app no longer uploads to Strava or Training Peaks. The app should also be able to upload all ride metrics like elevation gain/loss onto Strava for virtual rides. I won’t be renewing the premium subscription due to the lack of development and will be looking at the other virtual cycling apps instead.

Poor connect with suito
The Bluetooth connection drops out far to often. I turn everything else off as advised but the connectivity with the device is poor and wants to connect via ant+ which I don’t have
Better than expected but has room for improvement
Have been using it with Nero rollers about a month, on an iPhone XR, and haven’t checked out all the features yet, I’ve only been doing MyRealVideo downloads. Which are great because I thought I was going to get Rouvy and now I don’t need to, but it’s not perfect, here are some opportunities to improve it: -I really like how the video speed varies and the gradient changes the resistance, pretty slick- But it’s not cool when the video freezes (had strong WiFi) halfway through my ride and the only fix is to restart it. The myrealvideo function needs a better pause/save and resume feature, and an auto save to history feature. If you pause and go out to another part of the app (expecting to come back) your activity is deleted and it doesn’t even show in the history. -In myrealvideo mode I can’t play music or podcasts even though there is no audio with the videos. It would be nice if I could use my music app simultaneously. - Great that I can upload to Strava, but not including the elevation data is a real bummer. Even just including the total gain would be great. I like to track my elevation gain stats for the year! - with Autopause on, the timer on my myrealvideo ride wouldn’t pause today, just the video. I thought that was working recently but now I’m unsure. Update- I’m becoming really frustrated with the realvideo freezing up mid-ride. Developers- please try to fix this. Thank you
Pay and Then Pay Again
I wouldn’t say that the App is overly expensive but having spent several hundreds of £ on an Elite Trainer, you then have to pay to use the Elite App. At the time of purchasing my Direto I paid for the Pedaling Analysis but can no longer use it unless you continue to pay for other App features. Elite should be able to identify their trainers connecting to their App and provide a free service.

Excellent app but hard to figure out at first
Not very user friendly to start off with, but excellent once you have worked it out!!
Barely functional
This is one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. It’s hard to mess up a simple menu with some config but they found away. Stay well clear of this trash.
It works quite well with the Elite Suito
I’ve been using it for the past few weeks and have found the app pretty easy to use. I’m mainly using the power/time training mode and it exports to Strava without issue. The video mode training won’t export to Strava for some reason but hey, ho, on we go. I’m getting a heart rate monitor and am excited to try the FTP test.
Text is so small during workouts
Why is the text so small with huge black fields around it in my cousin workout screens? It's impossible to test during a workout.
Sort a few issues please Elite!
Have used the app with a Windows and Mac laptop, iPhone and iPad. Main issue is that the app needs to reconfigure my Suito trainer nearly every time, whether using Ant+ or Bluetooth. This needs to be fixed to prevent chewing of the carpet every time I want to train! The other thing to ask is why the full functionality in the computer versions isn’t on the Apple app. I can’t get to all my sessions to repeat/evaluate etc. Hmmmmmmm. A final one is uploading to Strava or Garmin. It doesn’t seem to happen in the app. Otherwise, this is an easy-to-read interface. A few more features, like to support left/right for use with power pedals (OK, not Elite then…) and an all in one graph showing all traces in real time would make it very competetive. Let’s face it, all these training apps are just several versions of hard with bits of easy. Does the trick. Hope you can look at these things, Elite.

Worst buy ever- resistance and connectivity problems all day long
Nearly Perfect
Elite customer care via email is very good. You can do a lot with this app and it comes into it’s own when you need to send off information about the trainer. The app allows for the creation of maps (KML file imports) so you can train using specific gps data for routes you need to prepare for and you can also create your own HIIT routines as well do ftp test. Yes you have to pay Elite £20 to unlock these features but you get a coupon for the 1st year. £20 a year is bargain! That’s less 10p a day. I’ve had no issues with connecting to my trainer using Bluetooth or using my Garmin for that matter. Great App, Great Customer Service and a Great Turbo Trainer.
Modern hardware held back by its app developer
I love my smart trainer, using it with Zwift is great, whenever I’m required to use this app things become unpleasant. App is outdated, ugly design, feature poor and doesn’t seem like the developer really cares. No Apple Watch companion app and the only options to share any exercise is to TWITTER or FACEBOOK, social networks instead of health or exercise apps, way less than optimum. iPad app is just an stretched out iPhone app, no benefit of using bigger screen… don’t install because it also cost $20 yearly
Need work
1) Doesn’t work when phone is locked. 2) To get avg 14mph on tri bike have to basically push like outside doing 19+ so it’s way off so the miles are not accurate. 3) would be nice to synchronize with apple health so you can have all data in one place It should be one star but let’s just keep going, I hope it can be great app in near future!!!
Does what it says
I love this app, downloaded it for my Elite Zumo turbo trainer. Controls the trainer give me gradients, connects to my heart monitor. None of that messing around with simulation just head down hard riding.
Rip off
Paid an extortionate amount for a turbo trainer now I have to pay for the app too? Very disappointing. Trainer getting returned tomorrow!

Not working great!
Very often we need to start over the connection with the trainer and the app. Lastly I can’t use the trainer or just at the lowest resistance because the “age set up” doesn’t work. So basically I can’t control the trainer. Very annoying!!!
Basic, but works well with Misuro B+ Sensor
Designed to work with the Elite Smart trainers (which are very good). It pairs effortlessly with the Elite Misuro B+ power & speed sensor, then immediately displays Watts, Speed, Distance, etc. Uses Bluetooth, which makes it even more remarkable that it works so well. (The Sensor also emits ANT+.) The feature I like the most is the ability to create a course then ride it on the smart trainer. What I dislike the most is the in-app purchase price of their riding videos which can cost $14 or more. Should be free - you find good videos for free on YouTube. Doesn't sync with Strava - it should! If you subscribe to Zwift, you won't need this app. Zwift also couples with the Misuro sensor.
3-month review
My experience is very different to most of the reviewers here, and I really like, and highly rate this app. I bought a Drivo interactive trainer (v1) in January, and have been training with this app ever since. Have used it on multiple platforms iPhone, iPad and PC with few problems. Power and cadence are always received via Bluetooth or Ant+. I have even generated 4-week training plans using the Training Test feature, which have been incredibly useful. When doing the training test, you really need to follow the instructions to the letter, otherwise you can very easily get a training plan that is very inappropriate for your abilities. I needed to do it twice on the first occasion before I got a usable plan, but now that I know the procedure, I can get very good training plans output, and have been following them for the past two months. Still need to do the FTP assessment, which I’m planning to do today. All in all, very pleased with the software, which for me has been quite reliable and very, very useful.
Old and outdated app
The app is poor. It’s badly translated, with some parts still in Italian! It fails to export data like maps and altitude to Strava when competing virtual rides. It does not correctly categorise the workouts when it uploads files. It doesn’t not take laps when competing interval or power training. This app might have been ok when it was new but software has moved on quickly with the likes of zwift. Either plan to pay for a third party software package to control your trainer, use your garmin or buy a different turbo.
Free option gone.
I have used this app for over 3 years now. I have found the app to work well once set up. The speed is a little off compared to my wahoo speed sensor and garmin watch. I have had the app connected to both my wahoo cadence sensor and wahoo heart rate monitor but it won’t connect both at the same time. After the free trial period expired I have only used the level mode because that use to be free. But when I got on my bike today level mode now costs $19.99 for a yearly description. I never would have bought an Elite Trainer if I knew I would have to pay yearly to use the trainer. I contacted Elite and the let me know the app charging for the Level Mode is a issue with the last update and they are working to fix it. With this one exception my experience with this app has been good.
Does not remember settings
Every time I start the app it asks for details. It always forgets date of birth then goes through trainer selection. Quit the app and reload it and guess what asks for details, hasn’t stored date of birth....goes through trainer selection. If you persist and set it all up (and don’t quit) you try to start a session and it says. Age not Set. Useless.. This coupled with the issues with erg mode, takes around 20 to 30 seconds to settle on new Power change (bounces higher, lower, higher lower and eventually settles) makes me think next time I’ll not buy an elite product.
Bluetooth connection is not that great.
I just purchased a trainer that works with this app. I was really excited about the training data that it shows with the built in workouts, but have a been a little disappointed in the app so far. The training program works great for a little while; then 10-20 minutes into the workout, it disconnects from Bluetooth and just stops. Also, the site claims that any heart rate monitor that works with my phone will work with the app. However, my heart rate monitor works great with my phone, but the app will not recognize it.
