Funktioniert
Login brick wall
I couldn’t get past the login page. Did a password reset. Used the temporary password immediately and it said it was expired. Extremely frustrating. Such a basic QA move completely flubbed.
Easy updating
Does one thing and it works great on the new Suito. Needs minor UI fixes but does the job perfectly fine.
Does not work for Drivo - Drivo II
Easy to install; easily connects to the trainer and “reads” firmware version. Not able to update.
Connected first time but no updates
No issues with the app, possibly a little disappointed that this wasn’t an embedded feature in other elite apps and that my trainer hasn’t received a firmware update since launch
Works
The Update was simple and fast. I don’t need more, thanks
Neither use nor ornament
Simply doesn’t work
Used to upgrade software
Absolutely no issues. Connected and updated automatically with no problems.
wouldn’t connect
the app wouldn’t connect to my elite sterzo
Fonctionne parfaitement
Mise à jour de mon Suito T en 3 min
Can't register to dire to upgrade firmware to use square frame
Bought a square frame, but I can’t pair it with my direto trainer. The square says I have to update the trainer software. But your upgrado app doesn't work, I can't register or login to update direto firmware
Worked fine. Easily did the upgrade
Had no difficulties successfully completing my upgrade. App is easy to use.
Connection issues
Couldn’t connect and I’m an IT expert. Is this just another scam to get my details?
Work good
Upgrade Directo XR. No issue.
Do not use if your trainer is connecting successfully
I should have read the other reviews and not bothered. I was able to connect to Zwift before the update attempt. The update has failed after dozens of attempts. Now my suito will connect to Zwift, but it says there’s no signal. All other Bluetooth devices have been turned off, I have unplugged and plugged in the power cord several times, and have cycled off/on my phone’s Bluetooth. My phone has a strong connection to WiFi and mobile data is turned on. Do not bother unless you are not planning to ride inside anytime soon, and can wait for 3-4 days until customer service can reach back out to you.
Worked for me!
Had no trouble, followed the instructions which are minimal, and it updated several components in the trainer successfully.
Completely useless
I really like my Suito trainer but this app is broken. My update was stuck at 18% for over 10 hours. Tried two more times with no luck. Please fix this Elite!
Alles Einwandfrei
Runtergeladen, angemeldet und Direto XR-T aktualisiert.
HORRENDOUS
Completely useless app…. Connects to the trainer but get stuck at 14% when updating the firmware. Even let it “updating” overnight and it didn’t finish.
Einfach gut
Funktioniert ganz einfach: Es findet den Trainer Direto XR und aktualisiert auf Knopfdruck per Funk die FW. Beim Rizer geht es genauso.
Activation term date expired
Won’t allow me to login to the app with the above error, password rest gives me the same error… New activation states account already active and to try password reset…. Support links go to a 404 page. Wow!
Funktioniert einweindfrei!
Macht was es soll. Top!
Searching for devices
Would Not Update. Use 2 iOS and 1 Android and will not update nor calibrate
