No atm card
Did not send an atm card.. its been a month. Ive been emailing them but no reply. Good thing havent set up my direct dep. Closing my acct.

Easy to use and navigate through.
Hard to locate features
It’s hard to find things. For example, it took me like 10 mins to locate the autopay function for our mortgage.
App outages
I love the bank, but the app needs work. It has been down a lot during the month of July 2026.

Bill Pay Stopped Working
Bill pay stopped working several months ago. This makes paying bills very difficult for me. I have called several times to get this resolved. The last person that I spoke to gave me the number for the collections department to get it resolved. When I called them they had no idea on how to help. If it is not resolved soon, I will be moving four commercial accounts to a different bank.

Use to like it
I had to turn off the notifications which is important to follow the account because Horizon abused it sending ads for their products. Thus the downgrade in review. I get notification and know I didn’t deposit or spend money so the fear is someone hacked my account or double billed me only to find an ad for Horizon. Disgusting. Also every time I open the app there is an ad.
Easy to navigate
I love the mobile app. It’s very easy to navigate. After some searching I found it has the same bill pay site that the desktop version gives you. I love it
Horizon Bank App
This app has issues. Most of time the touch ID doesn’t work. This app needs revamping.
Solid Banking Application
I like the app for its versatility. Personally a bit of a learning curve for me but the app and I are friends now.
Out of synch
The app will have wild swings in balances. It was explained to me that 2 systems don’t update real-time so this happens. It was explained to me as if it shouldn’t matter that there are wild nightly swings.

Hard to make a transfer
Won’t let me pick an account to transfer from and to. I’ve figured out that if I put in the amount first, then it will say “you haven’t picked an account” and will let me pick an account.
