OLD ONLINE BANKING MUCHHHH EASIER!!!!
Do not like this, can’t see my bill pay accounts enough to see which credit card I’m paying without opening everything up!! PRIME EXAMPLE IM TRYING TO SEND MY REVIEW ON THIS MESS AND WHY DO I NEED AN “already taken” stinkin nickname??????
Options missing like other big carriers
Needs updated to be in line with major carriers. For example, why is they for a code I have to get a phone call?? Transfers take long to post. I love having local branch but I miss chases features

This is the WORST banking app ever!!!!!
This app requires password changes every 60 days, you cannot use a password that you have used before for ridiculous amount of time!!!!! I am very tired of continuing to have to call and have the account unlocked and reset the password. No other system works like this!!!!! Beyond frustrating!!!!! Update…STILL THE WORST BANKING APP!!!!!

Please fix the load issue. For the last several months I’ve had load issues with my account home page. Which then doesn’t allow me to transfer money to my different accounts. I finally completely removed the app and reinstalled..but still the same issue. And yes, my phone’s IOS is up to date

Too many interruptions
It takes way to long to navigate through the pop ups, etc just to do a simple banking transaction.

Excelente manera de acceder a tus cuentas Y pagar los bills, la seguridad es excelente , en cuanto hay transacciones raras te bloquean la debit card , solo , estaría bien si te mandan un mensaje preguntando si eres tú , y con un mensaje poder , seguir comparando , la aplicación de ZELLE no deja mandar más de $300 al día .

It’s pretty good
Overall good bank app, easy to transfer money between accounts and convenient that Zelle is built in, but my checking balance isn’t usually very accurate/ updated which has caused trouble, and the app itself just has some design issues that make you have to refresh the pages a lot
