You’ll Get Screwed
Careful not to overdraft or else this company screws you to the tune of an additional $32. “We know you’re poor, how about an additional $32 charge on top of having a negative balance!” Been with this credit union since it was TCU but I will absolutely start looking at alternative banks or credit unions that won’t screw over customers and try and nickel and dime them.
Reliable
This app is very helpful and easy to navigate. It would be great if the contents would rotate to horizontal and fit the screen. The vertical position is a bit challenging and awkward.
Still no changes
This app is just flat out awful. It only opens half the time and when it does it says there are new transactions, refresh to see them. Of course I want the most current. This should be automatic upon logging in. Depositing checks is also a PITA. App struggles to recognize images. Everwise has not asked one for user feedback.
I’m better no worse than all the others
A perfectly average app, somewhat intuitive, but nothing to differentiate it from the rest

I’ve been with TCU, now EverWise for years, and I love it there. I will be with them for years into the future….

Cannot make a online payment from the app.
Downtime
Online banking always seems to be down on Thursday and Friday mornings. Especially when I know money is going into the account. The app crashes.

Annoying
This app does not reflect recent purchases in the charges or available balance until 4 days later when it decides it’s going to take it and now reflect an over drafted balance. You could say pending, you could say that is not part of the available balance, but nothing. I’ve even had charges show up and come out of my account, and then vanish for days leaving me wondering what my ‘actual available balance’ is, then they turn around and charge you fees for their app’s shortcomings. Disappointing I had high hopes for this credit union.

Loan payment not an option
I got a loan through Everwise in October 2025 and since December they have been saying they were going to let you make a loan payment on the app. It’s June 26 now and it still isn’t an option. Essentially The only thing I can do on this app is look at how much I owe.
Better, but still needs help!
Everwise, formally TCU, updated their App several years ago to a complete disaster. This App needs to be rebuilt from the ground up. It is horrible to use. The App doesn’t need to look pretty but be functional for mobile users.

Constant slowness and errors
This app does introduce some nice features that the old app didn’t have, but it’s constantly riddled with problems. Constantly slow constant issues with loading all the accounts. Constant issues with completing transactions. They have had quite some time to fix it and apparently can’t manage to do it

I love Everwise. So easy to maneuver through. Very user friendly. One thing i did have a problem with is when I speak with customer service and they tell me they’re going to call me back they don’t

App sucks
Their app messes up 80% of the time. Can’t login and view my account and it’s beyond frustrating. Why don’t you have an app that actually works? Mess with people’s money is not cool. Do better Everwise
First time user at 72
I found it very easy to get acclimated with it and now that I’ve had it for a while it’s easy to use. Keep track of your bills that are Paid your savings account and so much more. I really really like it.

Not user friendly AT ALL. Going to refinance my car just to use a different app

The app is very slow! It takes a couple of minutes before I can view my accounts.

Code sent to email
A code was sent to my email. I had to back out of the first email that you got that I had to put my last name and my email address and and then whenever I went back to it, I couldn’t put the six digit code in you should link them together so that you don’t have to go back to the one cause some people don’t know how to do that and apparently I’m one of them thank you very much or why doesn’t it just go straight to your app that you have downloaded on your phone.
Push notifications
It would be great if there were live push notifications. Swipe debit card instant pop up on phone for notifications. Receive a direct deposit instant notification. What time do direct deposits show up in online banking ? I feel the app has some limitations and needs some improvements I’ve turned on the alerts they aren’t instant at least not all of them. They appear delayed. They don’t have merchant info. Like $10 Starbucks if I used my debit card at Starbucks. Many fintech banks have way better live notifications, even Apple Cash has great notifications
Awful App
This app is awful every time I log on all it does is spin and say there is an error. It doesn’t work 90% of the time. And when I check my balances it only shows a few them spins. It’s not my connection it doesn’t need an update.. It does this every time I check it. I hate using this app for my banking

Requiring us to submit a text code or email is a pain. Either accept my password or send me a text, but not both. Thank you.
