I love Centra & Centra Mobile
This app is the best, I don’t even need to bother with a checkbook any more it just does it for me. The little piggy bank account that puts your change to the dollar in it is so cute too. It’s easy to use, love that I can deposit checks with my camera! And I nicknamed my bank accounts , too cute. Centra Credit Union & the Centra app are the BEST
Frustrating alert system
No way to change the notification system to text or email, doesn’t send me authentication texts so it just automatically declines whatever payment I’m trying to make.

Horrible place to bank at. They will overdraft your account even though you asked to not have the overdraft feature. They kept over drafting my account to the point I had to cancel my account. This place is a joke.

So far Centra has locked me out of any transactions whatsoever with error codes and security emails, how is the ACTUAL CFCU MEMBER supposed to use your services when I am not allowed 🚫 to use my own account bank card or even make a payment within the App??? And, why is the Centra App not listed within my Settings to control, this is a security and privacy concern if there is no way to access the App in Settings?!! Ever since my credit union was bought out I have zero access to my account with the debit card they sent me, I tried to link a separate major bank where I have funds to transfer and I cannot access this account thru Centra Mobile after “successfully” linking the accounts to try to pay my loan installment payment, I even received an email confirmation for Online Bill Pay and no email confirming my shared bank account, I didn’t ask for Online Bill Pay but where is my other bank account?!! I have almost always been a Credit Union member ~ Centra Credit Union, no thanks!

So far, it is a very beginner friendly app with easy-to-use features. However if you have a loan, you can’t make payment on the principal from an outside source (bank).

I love the ease and convenience of my Centra application. It saves time and trips to the bank!! I love it!!
Landscape mood and printing failures
Landscape mode and the ability to print statements does not work on an iPad with the recent updates. Centra states it is a known problem. The landscape mode has not worked for at least two weeks. When will these features be restored?
This is why it’s a 4..
It’s a great app and easy to use but I just don’t like that I can’t pay any extra on the principal….it only lets me pay exactly what my bill is.

Centra mobile is a great app and it is very easy to use and very user-friendly. It works out for all people no matter the age as long as you have a credit/debit card. The only thing that is not the best about it is that you cannot use mobile transferring apps like Zelle until you’re over the age of 18.
Love Centra bank!!
I have easy access to my bank account no matter where I’m at. I can move money around whenever needed. These app is easy to use. I can also pay my bills and everyone at the bank when I have to go is very friendly.
Not at all intuitive
You’re mobile app hasn’t helped me at all. It’s not possible to see anything about my loan nor am o able to make a payment.

I have been a member of Centra Credit Union for 14 years. I came to centra when one of the major banks became so unsatisfactory in service. I needed honest, truthful, caring people who would treat me like family and treat my money like it matters. They provide all services you will ever need and do it with integrity!! The app is nice and all but it’s kind of hard to fluctuate between the transfers from another account/// I rated them a 3 star but I’ll Up it to 4 stars because they reached out to me about what I can do to help my transfer and stuff ^ they really aren’t bad at all Thank you for reaching out
