App easy to used
Can’t see full description
This is not mobile friendly. No matter what comes out of your account, you cannot see the full description. You then have to click on every single transaction in order to see what the transaction even is. Super inconvenient!!
Refresh bug/info update bugs
Usually have no problems with the app but, for over a week now I haven’t been able to view my balance or do ANYTHING inside the IOS app for the matter. I updated the app as soon as I could and it didn’t change anything. Every time I try something in the app it just gives me errors and “try again later” messages. I tried to message an agent inside the app about the matter but my message also failed (seems like a server issue maybe?) I am able to use the desktop version thankfully, otherwise not sure what I would do.

I absolutely love my bank! They have stuck with me through some roller coaster rides, good and the bad, and everything in between. Lifelong customer. The ladies at the Aurora Indiana branch are fantastic!
Poor online experience
I have tried and failed to add bill accounts that I pay since the merger with my prior bank. I received no help when I called the customer support team
Sad Interface
In credit card section, that blue menu covers up the info it accesses. Looks like the mobile app uses the full size browser page here. Bad.

I don’t know what to do, I’ve had a lot of issues with this app on and off for the last six months and it’s gotten to the point that I can’t even use it. Half the time I can’t even login on the bank website unless it’s staring business hours I was instructed to delete remove the app and reinstall it because it wouldn’t update for several days and I wanna know what my active bank balance was nor would the Zelle future work without issues. Now I can’t login fully and when it does, let me it doesn’t show any accounts. I tried writing a message to support and it says I cannot send a message to support at this time.

I like the app, it’s great really. I have expressed some issues with the text notifications all those did was fall onto deaf ears.

Update failed
Never had any problems with the app until now. Stop doing updates that end up being counterproductive. Stop ruining what works just fine.

Very easy to use app and I love that I am able to transfer funds quickly between multiple accounts without having to switch multiple screens. I would continue to use this bank for their app alone!

It is inconceivable that a bank would charge to schedule a future bill payment. I’ll be looking to move my accounts.

This update is a disaster. Has my phone in a log in loop for days and no one has any idea how to help when you call a bank. Yeesh. Not to mention you started charging FEES.

I have never had more issues with an app in my life. It never loads. Now the new version keeps saying that I need to update it. I did update it and now I can’t view my account. Ridiculous!
