Great First Card
Had 1FBUSA for months now and it is great! Love how responsible credit card use builds up my credit! Many years awaits with 1FBUSA!
They took over $200+ from me 😡😡
Card had unauthorized activity and no one told me. At least other credit card companies and other credit card apps give me a phone call or at least a notification. This unauthorized activity has been going on for two years! 😡😡I can’t trust this app or company anymore and never using autopay again!
Missing key feature
Can’t view current transactions. You have to wait for new statements. This is inconvenient
Facial ID Never Works
How come facial ID never works when I have it check marked to sign in?
Nice Update But UX is not great
I don’t like how the statements are arranged. It should be arranged with the most recent statements at the top and least recent at the bottom. I shouldn’t have to scroll to see the most recent statement, that’s really annoying. For example: it is now October but when I open the app, I see September statements at the top first. Fix this or add a feature to be able to sort the data.
Ty I got the money fast
But I got logged out when I was about to pay and I can’t log in if I can’t log back into my account what will happen? I tried everything I only spent $70 out of $500 and I was trying to pay back what I spent but I can’t log in plz help
THE WORST CREDIT ACCOUNT TO HAVE
I’ve had this credit account for three years and it never lets me login in and pay. I’m so sick and tired of this account and it’s always telling you to call the customer service. It should not have to be this way all the time !!!! I’m closing this account I’m so sick and tired of it !!!!!!
Undecided
There are a couple of things I don’t like about the app and the bank in general but the thing I hate the most is that you can’t track what you’re spending through third party apps such as nerd wallet. It’s annoying when you can’t see where exactly you’re spending all your money. How do you expect people to budget and see all their finances in one place. It would be helpful to have this applied in the app or online.

I CANT STRESS THIS ENOUGH, this card not only deserves better treatment but this app is gold ! payments go through usually in day, this is my 3rd time paying this card and im very impressed. i have other credit cards that are considered very good and this one is by far my favorite. THANK YOU GUYS 🫶🏽
Horrible app
App is horrid always glitches out your log in DO NOT RECOMMEND
Good when it wants to be
Won’t let me log in I’ve deleted and reinstalled, tried the website… I paid my card and the amount still hasn’t been deducted out of my bank account… and I better not get charged a late fee.

This credit card is so terrible and dealing with customer service might be worst then slavery
More bad than good experiences
I have had my account for more than 25 years and I do not like the new app! Ever time there is an update I get locked out of my account and have to wait days for “customer service” to figure out how to unlock my account. Pending charges are not linked in a timely fashion and the Home Screen looks jumbled together no matter what device I use. I have not been able to use the touch log in feature since they developed this app. I hate it!
Repayment sucks
The system of a scheduled repayment is dumb, why isn’t there a instant payment option, the payment was scheduled for said date, I had the cash but no money was transferred
Lipstick on a pig
The recent update was about a decade overdue. The user experience is still the equivalent to using dial up internet in 2010.
Locked Out
I usually get locked out of my account regularly for minuscule reasons, which is a bit irritating because this never happens to me with other banks that I use.
Terrible app
I don’t know how to describe just how awful they manage their app. They get you to login and set up facial recognition then log you out so you can’t even use the facial recognition… kind of defeats the purpose. 2nd time this has happened to me in the last couple months and I had to pay a bill late because I was out of town, where my password is at. Cut their card up and go with bank that can hire software and app developers that can actually do their job. 10/10 would NEVER recommend
No transactions shown
My account on the doesn’t display any transactions. Calling them didn’t help.
Terrible Company
The app is terrible. Won’t let you log in. It always says call for support. Always end up getting late fees for not being able to even use the app to pay my bill!
Inconvenient
The app never saves my password even though I have to login with Face ID. I have to always either reset it or call customer service to reset it. Very inconvenient.
