Stop, please
Can you just stop showing me notifications asking me to share the love and IMCU and post a review on Yelp. You are a bank and NOBODY looks for a bank on Yelp.
IMCU evaluation
I love credit unions and have been connected with them for years. Ihave one concern, however. Since the most recent changes for online access, it is very cumbersome to transfer funds between certain accounts. This is not good at all. Everything else is fine.
Mobile deposit is dead
Mobile check deposit provides a black screen now. The other features appear to still work, but the important one died.
Newer Interface
The newest interface I am not a fan of the size of the fonts. Words are so large that very little is able to be seen on the screen. The navigation panes are also large and take up a lot of space and are not able to be collapsed to be able to see more items on the page. I have not seen this as an improvement and if anything I do not like using this app.

Old version better
I’ve had a terrible time navigating how my money is moving on the new app. Different transactions process and post with no rhyme or reason. Sometimes instantly, sometimes days later. I can’t tell what money I really have to spend. I always thought I had overdraft protection. Apparently I don’t and I have found out the hard way. There are some cool features on here but most importantly is managing money and it’s really confusing on the new app. I love IMCU but the new app sucks.

This app sucks. It takes forever to verify that I’m a human and I’m almost never able to view my checking account. Wish they would fix this
Need balance total on credit card payment option
I’ve noticed when I go to pay my credit card it only gives me minimum balance when I’d like to pay the full amount off at one time. This typically means that if I can’t remember the exact amount, I’m going back-and-forth between screens in order to make a full payoff payment.

Not liking that I have to put my password in when I’m on my secure device. The old app put it in automatically!
New update isn’t the best
The new app is very hard to navigate and understand, purchases aren’t tagged accurately and balance doesn’t update

The new update suck. The available balance keep changing!!!!!
Missing features in new version
I used to love this app. I had the flexibility to group my accounts and rename them. Now my cds are mixed with my accounts and have useless names like ROTH IRA 5 yr and I can’t find a way to rename them or group what I want together. I understand making improvements, but the cost should not be useful features.

Would not recommend
It constantly forgets your username and password on purpose. The app will say it’s for security reasons, but if it makes the app impossible to get into, there’s no use. And the chat function doesn’t work. Does this app do anything right?
Deposit doesn’t work
Old app great new one states amounts don’t match despite them matching. No time to go to bank. If this is a continuing issue. I’ll change banks. The change to visa caused so much extra work it is hardly worth staying

While the new app seems fine, although a little cumbersome, the view is awful! This really needs to be addressed asap.

App leaves monetary questions in limbo until fully processed. Bank and card only allow you to spend your money as they see fit at places and things they agree with.

Bad update
Available balance doesn’t accurately reflect pending transactions, causing you to manually calculate your balance less the pending transactions, which defeats the purpose of having online banking.

Terrible. Great example of trying to reinvent the wheel and failing miserably. The old app would be a massive upgrade to this garbage. Any recent positive reviews are most certainly employees trying to squash all the real reviews. Cut your losses and give the people the old app or make this one just like it! Good grief!
Great new app

Horrible App
Recently IMCU rolled out a new and “improved” app. It’s absolutely the worst app on my phone. Bring back the old one. It’s almost impossible to track my banking activity and the formatting is seriously flawed. I’ve been a member for almost 30 years and this seriously has me thinking about switching everything to another bank.
