Seems to be working better now without all the hassle. See below my prior comment-- Originally loved this facial recognition but now, in addition to that, I need two-factor authntication?If the app recognizes my face, seems like this is overkill!! And an unnecessary extra hassle! It's either my face or it isn't!!

Worst bank I’ve ever used
Great for banking, check deposits could improve
App does most things well, though I don’t use it for too much. Check deposits are easy, when they are easy. The biggest problem is taking check pictures can fail if you do not have good lighting, and sometimes if the check is torn wrong or folded. Sometimes it fights you, but most of the time it works. I wish it would allow you to focus your camera as often turns the pictures look blurry, but they still get accepted more often than not.

Called me with code asked for me too enter an 1 pad to enter 1 disappeared

App is ok. Don’t like the fact I have to go to a separate website to view credit card transactions and cash in points. Often times this site is down.

Where is the member to member transfer? Very frustrating.

This site now that it’s been updated is very easy to use and the options are all there that are needed. Only down fall is the glitches of logging in occasionally. Seems to lock up and it takes a while to get logged back in

Have been a member of Members Governmental CU:now 4Front for over 30 years. Credit unions rock( no fee checking, dividends on checking balances? Competitive rates for loans, friendly staff, updated equipment,♥️

It is very inconvenient to transfer money to members not including p2p since now is a limit and the whole process sucks!
