What people like

- Customer support is helpful and nice
What they complain about
- Maps are inaccurate and buggy

- Paid features keep disappearing for users
Great app!
So helpful, I am happy I found it!
Map sucks
The maps suck. Not accurate and the app is difficult to use
Newbie
I am going there on Sunday
Paid version unreliable
I’ve had this app for years, with the paid version for the last couple years. Unfortunately the paid version never sees me as having paid so I can’t access the added features. I’ve contacted support multiple times about the issue. They’ve been responsive and helpful but no matter how many time they “fix” it the issue inevitably comes back again. The inability to access the paid version features happened enough times now I’m no longer going to renew. Will just use the free version.
What does this message mean
Data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format I have been getting this message pop up for about 6 months or so….i won’t let me mark trails as favorites.
Love This App
A wonderful resource and easy to use app!
Misses the most obvious
I must have been expecting something else when I did some searches on this ap. As it shows very few of the most obvious and very nice trails. People - you are missing a lot if you count on this for your trail guide.🤨
Linking Trails
It would be nice when showing a trail map that you also show nearby trails that connect. like BWI trail to B&A trail and the almost completed Broadneck trail etc. This would be very helpful planning an extended ride. Thanks
Should have read the reviews
Good looking app but had to delete as there is no Canadian Content (Ontario). Looks promising if they ever extended into Canada.
Sucks on iPads
Maybe it’s me but no full screen view on a tablet. I guess it’s meant for phones. I’ve also been standing on a trail and the app doesn’t have it. All Trails much better.
Great App
This seems to catch all the TrailLink so far
Bumpy extreme
Need some serious repair work the western 2/3 of this trail. Very sad about the condition of this trail - it’s shaded, fairly level, pretty quiet for an urban trail. Please repair this beautiful trail!
Marla
Nice app!
Trails missing
There are many trails that are not shown or marked on this app.It should be updated with more local trails also showing state park and preserve trails.
Tour de Santa Fe
Great trail systems to explore Santa Fe!
Doesn’t work
So many bugs
Lake Barkley Multi-use Trail (LBL)
Today, all in all, we drove our bikes a total of 13 miles around the Eggner Ferry Bridge at KY Lake (LBL). We attempted to ride over & thru the Central Hardwoods Trail (LBL) but not long onto this trail we encountered a fallen tree across it. As this trail is 11 miles long and meanders through the woods, we figured most likely we’d encounter even more fallen trees, so we opted to turn back. As it was the Memorial Day weekend, the traffic was rather busy along Hwy 68-80 so we headed back toward Ken Lake Resort. Tomorrow we’ll drive over and “launch” our bikes closer to the 68-80 bridge near Lake Barkley. This trail appears to be much longer than today’s trail with a well protected bike-walking path from vehicular traffic. We had a blast and, Lord willing, looking forward to completing more trails down the road!
GPS not compatible
The app is great for locating a trail. However, there is no way to access a GPS map. We could not locate our trail after parking as a result. There is a map, but no way to access GPS instructions.
Good trail maps
They look like they are good maps
Terrible app. Don’t waste your money.
Functions are extremely limited.
Just a bit better
It would be great if you could go to a place on the map and have a “search here” button. Sometimes I just leave the app and go to another because of this. Sometimes you don’t have a destination in mind until you find a great trail!
Probably great if you live in USA.
This is probably a great app if you live in the USA. Doesn’t seem to have any maps for bike trails in Canada 🇨🇦 (Saskatchewan).
Great bike trail resource
Whether you’re on vacation, visiting a new neighborhood or just want to do some exploring, this app is a great resource to find a trail near you for biking, walking, or even cross country skiing. What’s also great, these trails are car-free, family friendly and often near lunch places, coffee shops and breweries. What’s not to love!
Worst Trail App
This app is completely useless for finding trails in the Southwest USA. Every time I try to search by location or trail name, nothing comes up—even for well-known trails. It’s frustrating when you’re on the road full-time and relying on an app that simply doesn’t work. Don’t waste your time with TrailLink. I have already cancelled my subscription.
Need an ipad version
Love the app…but
Easy to use
Great way to find trails in an easy to use app
Missing a kinds of trails
They don’t list 80% of the actual trails that are in Alberta and BC
Bobbiebike
Good info !
Very useful
Helps me to navigate and keep to the trail
Sold, but can’t be used
Doesn’t allow registrations using Canadian postal codes. Nearest trail to Toronto is in the US
First timers
Thanks for creating this app, it helped us get going on an unknown trail!
Adventure Awaits
Find all available trails with one click and your adventure awaits. Map download feature is game! Start and stop points are a breeze to navigate.
Must just be USA only
Not much to say here other than they should probably indicate that it’s only USA.
Handy app
Very useful and handy app for anyone who enjoys multi-activities.
Great App for Newbies to E-Bikes
My husband and I recently got E-Bikes and this App is amazing! So easy to use, parking lots are marked, we can choose where along the path to start. We use App to communicate with friends where to meet up for our next ride 🚴🚴
Canadian, Ah!
below: Does not recognize or accept any Canadian areas
Great app!
This is a fantastic app for finding great cycling trails for the family. The customer support was great to fix an issue where my map credits weren't shoring up in my account. This maps US railway lines and other trails that have been converted to trails for walking and cycling. It's not meant to cover other areas of the world.
